Showed up with no appointment or phone call. Repair person was so rude. When I inquired why he was here with no appointment he told me fine...I'll cancel the order. I then said excuse me and he practically ran to his car. Don't want to rant but I will never call this company again. Absolutely horrible.

Immediate call back. Quick appointment time. Fixed the same day with cost of service call put toward repair cost if fixed the same day.

I just moved into new place and washer stopped 🤦‍♀️ I was sure that was going to have to purchase a new one but they came out saw the problem and when he said I can fix right now I was blown away and thankful because I had a basket full of wet clothes. Then I said, self that is surely going to break the bank to fix it right now on the spot, we’ll I was wrong.

Great service! I called this company early in the morning because my refrigerator stopped working and they had someone at my house within an hour. The technician Andre quickly found the problem, told me my options and even explained that if their fix didn't solve the problem there would be no charge. He was very honest and direct and not even two hours from making the call to getting a tech out to me and my refrigerator is back up and running. They will be my go to guys for appliance repairs should I ever need them again. I'm so thankful for local businesses like this!

Alex is the best! Refrigerator died over the weekend. Called first thing Monday morning, and Alex was here by noon. Needed a major part which arrived Tuesday morning. Alex had us up and running by 1:00 pm. Very reasonable price and one year warranty. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Our dryer wasn’t working properly so we called Sakura Appliance Repair. My husband found them online with the great reviews, so we decided to call. Sakura Appliance said they may not be able to service us that same day, but would give us a call if they could. To our surprise, they called within a few hours and were fixing our dryer. Alex, the technician was polite, professional and explained in detail what was wrong with our dryer, what it would cost, before he started the work. Our dryer wasn't heating so I called Sakura Appliance Repair. They set me up with a 9-11 appointment window the next morning. Alex came at 9:15 a.m and was done by 9:45. He replaced the thermostat and vacuumed up the accumulation of lint and dust in the bottom of the dryer and put it all back together so quick I could hardly believe it. I highly recommend them.

I can't say enough about Sakura Appliance repair and Alex. He was professional, he was on time he took care of my issue within 1/2 hour 40 minutes at the most and I couldn't be happier with him. I would absolutely recommend him, he was honest and he was very fair. You can't go wrong with them. I am putting there number in my contacts for any other issues that arise.

Alex just came to fix my washer and was Amazing. I've never seen someone take apart a washer so fast. He was able fix it and was in and out in less than 1 hrs. He was on time and seemed very knowledgeable. I will be a return customer if anything else breaks. Thank Alex!

I’ve used Sakura twice and was greatly satisfied with the service. Alex answered the call both times. One for the washer 2 years ago and most recently the dryer.

Alex fixed the dryer in about 20 minutes. He instantly knew what was wrong with my LG dryer from my description prior to the appointment. Since then, the loud knocking dryer purrs quietly and works efficiently.

Technician came out exactly as scheduled to get my refrigerator fixed. Very upfront about costs and options and any issues that may arise in the future. He got my refrigerator working again in under 2 hours, and also fixed my insanely loud dryer while he was here. Gave me recommendations about maintenance I should be doing too. 100% would recommend and I will be calling them again for any appliance repairs I may need in the future.

I recently hired Sakura Appliance Repair to repair my leaking refrigerator and my clothes washer, which was not washing my clothes very well. In both cases, Alex the repairman quickly diagnosed the problems and fixed them in short order. Alex also gave me insight as to what the cause of the problem was and the resolution. Alex also gave me great advice with regards to my appliances. The fixes prolonged the life of my appliances, rather than forcing me into buying new appliances every time a minor problem occurred. Alex was prompt, courteous and efficient. My appliances are in good hands with Sakura. I’ve had similar experiences in the past with Sakura, and I have always been very happy with the results.

It’s tough to find honest repairmen these days. Alex was quick to come by identify the issue and charge me a fair price. Deal with confidence - no upselling just great work.

Had a reoccurring issue with my freezer. The manufacturers repair people have come by and have done nothing about it and have charged me astronomical prices just to have the issue happen again, All without explanation of what the issue is or how to fix it or prevent it from happening. Tech from Sakura showed up on time, was very friendly, was able to diagnose and take care of the issue in almost no time. Not only did they take care of the issue, they explained to me the common design flaw in my freezer and how I can fix the issue myself when it inevitably pops up again in the future. They also explained what to look for in terms of bigger issues and when I should call them. Turned a $350 out of warranty visit from the manufacturer-recommended repair person (who would sometimes not even show up) into an easy, fairly inexpensive diagnostic and quick fix from a much better independent repair person who actually took the time to explain everything to me. Excellent service and would highly recommend for Fridge/Freezer issues.
