The whole staff did an outstanding job!
My house is super clean!

Missed cat throw up behind bed. Missed rust on wall from blinds.
My water was unexpectedly shut off during the cleaning date however and they did a lot without it!

Aura and Mariela were both hardworking, considerate, professional and thorough. My bathrooms sparkled! They were also very understanding with working around the challenges of multiple people working from the home. I will definitely use the maid brigade again.

We have been with Maid Brigade for many years and they are awesome. If you’re thinking about it, do it. They are trustworthy, reliable, and accommodating. We are loyal to the MB team for those reasons and many more.

It would be nice to get some of the windows cleaned. The ones that are reachable. They only spend 1 hour or a little more to clean my house. $203 dollars a week seems like it's a little overpriced. But overall I'm happy.

The maids work diligently and only occasionally fail to do a chore such as most recently failed to vacuum the back of 2 fans. Even though they were briefed on the request that same day. They usually complete their cleaning chores expeditiously. I am pleased with their diligence.

I have been a client for at least 10 years. They are the absolute best from office staff to the cleaning crew. They bring all the green supplies, vaccums etc. which is a savings in itsself. Any minor issues I've had over the years (and there are few) have been resolved immediately. Trustworthy, thorough and consistent in following any particulars about my home.

I can't help but give this service 5 stars. They do a fine job cleaning my house.

- at least 2 people each cleaning
- very flexible with my changing schedule
The cons:
- I never know who will arrive, or when they will arrive, on the prescribed day.
- Some cleaners are better than others.

The staff was very friendly and they did a great job cleaning my place! They worked efficiently and got the job done quicker than I expected. They were happy to tackle those hard-to-reach areas and left the place looking good as new!! It was worth the price, and we will definitely use them again.

We've used Maid Brigade for years and have been happy with the team! The team that works with us has done so for years and they do more than just clean your home. They get to know you and what you prefer.

The cleaning teams are very nice and accommodating but the overall cleanliness low/mid based on price per month at 366.39 for our last cleaning. I’ve been with this company for years because the staff that comes to my home are so amazing but you’re asking for my honest review. The people you hire are amazing but the time allotted to warrant the price you charge does not correlate. At this time, it’s more of a surface cleaning than what used to be a standard cleaning

Maid Brigade is a fabulous company!!! All of the friendly team members who have come to our home have done an excellent job. Our house is truly sparkling clean after they leave and it always smells so fresh, as well. We have a large house with antique mementos and books which are always handled carefully by the team members. We are so appreciative of the care they take and the knowledge that whether we are at home or away, everything in our house is safe and the job will be done well.
Added to the great cleaning staff is the terrific office staff!!! They are always friendly and accommodating, no matter what I might need. I’ve had to request many schedule changes over the past year and every time, Allysa was gracious, never ever making me feel it was a problem. At times, she even anticipated my needs and found a way to make sure they were met.
