I had Tomoike Landscaping clean up excess shrubs and vegetation in my back and side yard. They repaired my irrigation in my front yard also. I was very satisfied with the job and price.

Steve was great, came quickly, knew how to fix the system and had everything he needed to get everything working again. Great guy, great prices.

I highly recommend Steve! He helped me with my parents large yard especially weed control on the slope for a number of years. He was so responsive, always communicated well, did amazing work and was so flexible. His prices are almost too good :) If you go with Tomoike Landscaping you'll be happy!

Steve saved the day! One of our sprinklers weren’t working, so we tried to fix our own sprinklers but that resulted in all of our sprinklers not working!

Tomoike has helped me with irrigation problems on several occasions. He is willing to help with small projects and his fees are always reasonable, in my opinion, on the low side. I take comfort in knowing that he’s available to help me. On one occasion he helped me program my irrigation controller over the phone without charging me.

Steve was available first day to unravel a grossly mismanaged sprinkler system. I mean it was like a 5000 piece jigsaw puzzle and he calmly put it all together in an hour. I can’t recommend him enough, plus he has a great smile :)

Had a lot of problems with this service given their high prices. I am ok with paying for quality, but I did not get that here. My apartment was not fully clean when they said they finished, and I had to take time out of my work day to go back through the place and identify areas that weren't clean yet. My belongings were moved around in ways I didn't want them to be. They left a pile of wet towels on an ottoman outside my bathroom. They took some plastic bags and piled them into a grocery bag that had fruit in it.

We had our first cleaning with Sharon, Ada, and Jessica. They got right to work when they walked in and did a great job. I haven’t ever hired any cleaners before so I didn’t know what to expect but my house was very clean after and I’m looking forward to future cleanings and being inspired to maintain the cleanliness between!

Great personal service! This outfit knows customer communication. From th e first phone contact, the owners pre-visit, and calls during the day to ensure we were informed and happy, we were never in doubt as to what was happening and any questions we might have were answered immediately. The gals came and deep a deep clean of our new home (to us, built in 1913!). And when I say clean, I mean clean. As retired Navy Chief, I know clean when I see it. I am very impressed. Absolutely got our moneys worth!

Hello, First time in a long time I didn't sneeze or cough after our cleaning person cleaned. I came home and just kept saying, "Wow". WOW...nothing is broken! My cats were even calm. I cannot wait to keep using them on our schedule. I now want to give a certificate to my parents for Christmas.

Unfortunately I had to let Maid Brigade go. They consistently left things undone. The last time the crew missed cleaning my dirty kitchen floor, my glass living room table and the bathroom sinks that I had repeatedly requested be done. Finally gave up on them and hired a new service.

I am a senior with limited mobility and they were able to take care of tasks that I have not been able to do.
