The maids were there a long time and seemed to do a good job, however, after closer inspection, there were areas that were not done. I feel the $325 was way too much for what they did. It took 2 maids and my nice 3 hours to clean 800 square feet. There was dust, grease and dirt still left behind.

I have used Maid Brigade twice now - once for a move-in service on a freshly constructed home, and once since then (about 6 months later). I have decided to move forward with monthly service because they have impressed me greatly compared to a competing company I used at my old apartment. They certainly raised my expectations :) Thank you!

They did an excellent job cleaning our apartment. It was more than we expected. They were very professional about it, and they accommodated all our little quirks. The team really tidied up the place and all in 2 hours (not bad for a first time clean). We have them on a monthly basis, so were looking forward to their next visit.

I contacted you while in bus yesterday morning and needed my house cleaned immediately. You responded right away I arranged the whole thing while traveling back to LA and you completely accommodated my request. Maids came by my house that hadn't been cleaned in awhile. They were wonderful! Excellent job and I'd like them to come back next month. How do I make that happen? THANK YOU!!!

Way, way too expensive - they charged $604 for a move-out cleaning of a 2-bedroom condo with no furniture or carpeting. The sales manager also got the times mixed up and cleaners showed up 4+ hours earlier than she said, requiring us to hurriedly rearrange our schedules. She offered no apology.
Will never use them again.

Dennis is amazing to work with, is very patient, and easy to work with in regard to scheduling and cleaning needs. He alone makes using Maid Brigade a wonderful experience. We have had several strong cleaning teams come through since 2013. We continue to use Maid Brigade and will continue to use it for our regular monthly cleanings.

I used the Maid Brigade service in Torrance, CA on 6/6/2019. This company sucks and provides awful service.

Their fees are exorbitant! They charge $65/per hour for each maid. They sent 3 to my home for a total rate of $195 an hour. (I never knew they would be sending 3-- and had I known I'd be paying $195 an hour, I would have declined.) In one hour, these 3 maids, wiped down the kitchen and bathroom counters and cleaned 4 windows!!! When I explained how exorbitant their rates were and how terribly dissatisfied I was, they charged me $300 which is their "minimal fee." Terrible customer service!!

I feel completely ripped off. I paid $300 for 3 counters wiped down and 4 windows sprayed with Windex. Do not use them! They exploit their workers and do not care about customer satisfaction.

They must know they have shady business practices because they ask you to sign everything on Docusign and then keep referring to what is signed as some justification for their poor business practice. I did not have an opportunity to read the "contract" in advance (nor did they ever send it to me). Instead Nikkie Hamilton (who is the manager) said we sent you the salient bulleted points. Well, the salient points are 1) this will cost you nearly $200/hr (and service is very poor); from what I could tell, the same could have been done by 1 person in 1/2 hour; and 2) if you cancel this or are unhappy you will still pay $300!! Unbelievable!!! This one is going to the Better Business Bureau!!!! $300 flushed down the toilet.

In addition, their contract says to ask the cleaners for a bill and pay in cash or check (to avoid the service fee). Apparently, they just went ahead (without my permission) charged my card $300 + 3.5 service charge.

We had a tremendous mess of a house due to having just replaced our floors. There was dust everywhere and it was just a mess around the house. The Maid Brigade crew worked so hard and did such an amazing job. I didn't want to touch anything once they were done - everything was so clean and put in order!! Thank you, Maid Brigade!

The women from Maid Brigade did an excellent job. They were thorough, respectful, polite, and hard working! It was a joy to have them clean my daughter's apartment. We will certainly have them again! Thank you!

I had a great experience from the very beginning talking with Maid Brigade to receiving the service. The price was fair for services received. I was a little apprehensive asking for help cleaning but glad I did as the 3 maids that came to help were kind, professional and did a great job. My wife was only wanting a deep clean, but after they left she was so happy and impressed that she is considering a monthly service. Also, we have cats so we were concerd with chemical cleaners so that's why we chose this company. The smell is a lightly chlorinated, not overwhelming (normally cleaners give me migraines) at all but just enough to know it's a clean smell. I'm over all happy with my experience and highly recommend.

We have been using Maid Brigade for about seven years. I chose to have a well-established professional company rather than a private individual or two. I appreciate the work they do, the products they use, and the great customer service. They are very communicative and responsive to questions and any changes I want to make. I can strongly recommend Maid Brigade!

The ladies were very polite and professional. They worked very efficiently and hard. Everything felt very clean. Noticed that there were some dusts on the bed in the nursery and chest in the guest bed room, which looked like left over from cleaning the fan. It is not a bid deal and overall, we appreciate and happy with their hard work. Especially love the clean floors...I don't have to worry about my daughter crawling on the floor now. Thank you so much!!!

The ladies did a fabulous job in cleaning our home. Considerate, respectful of privacy yet thorough in their approach. They were gentle to avoid breaking / displacing things or scratching hardwood floors etc. We have been with Maid Brigade for 7 years now and will continue. Maid Brigade is a wonderful service that I would recommend to anyone looking for friendly, responsible, trustworthy and reliable housekeeping. The owners are personable and interested in providing the best possible service and the teams that clean your home are careful, thorough and efficient. If something is missed, they want to know and will do whatever is necessary to make it right. Great job and very friendly cleaners! I had a last minute event and a very small window for cleaning. I called Maid Brigade two days before and they were very accommodating. The two cleaners that came were very efficient, friendly, and did a fantastic job. I'll definitely use them again!

The maids arrive in a timely manner, do an outstanding and efficient job of cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, scrubbing floors, taking out trash - all those things you need to make your house sparkling clean.
