I do not approve of these guys they send ppl out who have no regard to their surroundings! Rocks chipping at my paint on my car ! When I simply asked can thy blow off the dirt they had just put . Dude walked off angry as if I did something to him . Why does peoples valuables not mean anything ?! This is my second time complaining who's going to pay for the chipped paint . All this grass and trash in my rims!!

Alas, a company that is accountable, organized, knowledgeable, qualified, and efficient. After a year of home renos and some hardscape work with another company, my husband and I were beginning to think such a thing didn’t exist. Enter Michael from DreawWork. From the very beginning, he was super responsive and quick to come take a look at our property and get us a detailed estimate and discuss a plan. Though, most companies are great at getting you locked in. Where DreamWork really set themselves apart was maintaining this standard. Throughout our entire backyard project which included irrigation, lighting, landscaping, and the installation of a cable railing, Michael maintained excellent communication, ensured we were satisfied every step along the way (and I can be a bit particular), and his team got the work done in the time frame they estimated (now that’s a novelty!). And furthermore, it turned out better than we could have imagined. The workers were super respectful too—ensuring they closed the gate while working as to not let the dog out, respecting my requests for quite hours (I am a night shift nurse), and cleaning up after each day’s work. Michael himself came very frequently to check in and oversee the project, asking me each time if I had any questions or concerns or anything I wanted to change (types and locations of plants, lights, etc). This meant so much to us, since we hadn’t experienced this level of quality control or customer service with any of the other contractors/subcontractors we have worked with in the past year. Additionally DreamWork’s pricing is very competitive with the multiple other companies we had received quotes from. So grateful we made the right decision. We recently hired Michael and his team at Dreamwork Landscaping to transform our front and backyard ahead of a big wedding celebration—and they absolutely exceeded our expectations.
They installed beautiful artificial grass, a decomposed granite (DG) pathway, a full drip irrigation system, turf and recommended and installed a great selection of plants that really elevated the overall design. Michael also contributed some fantastic creative ideas that helped bring the whole vision together.
Throughout the process, Michael was extremely responsive and attentive to our needs, especially given the tight deadline. Not only did they meet it—they finished with time to spare.
His crew was a pleasure to work with: friendly, respectful, and always professional. We couldn’t be happier with the final results. Dreamwork delivered above and beyond, and we highly recommend them for any landscaping project!

We recently had the opportunity to work alongside Zack and the team at Living Green Designs Landscaping on a full exterior project where our crew handled the exterior paint and stucco while their team completed the landscaping and outdoor design work.

They did my backyard and I just went to change wall mounted low voltage lights because they died. I took it off cot the wires and now they are at the bottom of the pillar and can't be retrieved without putting holes in the wall I find it amazing that they did secure the wires. More money!!!!!!

Living Green Designs did a fantastic job. My front yard looks totally different and I get compliments all of the time. I had some ideas but with Mr. Garcia's great input, it came out better than I could have imagined. The cost was definitely worth it. They took their time and made sure everything worked out as smoothly as possible.

Zach was a life safer! Very knowledge about all types of plant species as well as specific code in West Hollywood. If I could do 6 stars I would! He really came through at the end of our project when we needed to update our plans to get our C of O! Zach was responsive and helped our family get across the finish line!

After a major remodel of our house in Palos Verdes, my wife and I were ready to landscape our gardens. Finding the right vendor, however, was not easy. I eventually contacted a trusted friend who had recently had his own landscaping transformed, and he strongly recommended Living Green Designs. It turned out to be one of the best recommendations I can remember.

Zach and his team created a beautiful back yard haven for us. We built an entire new patio seating area with gas fire pit, lighting and power supported by two retaining walls. The grass and planters each have their own drip or sprinkler line. Every detail was planned and constructed with care. We couldn’t be happier with our new back yard!

Zach and team did an outstanding job completely transforming our back yard this year. It was a long project, involving quite a bit of demo to take out a large in-ground pool and overgrown planters which hadn't been maintained in decades, and building up a great new entertainment and play space for our growing family. Through the whole process living green has been responsive, cheerful, happy to work through evolutions in the design (as we realized more fully what we were working with) and we couldn't be happier with the final product.

My only appreciable lesson learned on the project (our first major remodel) was to make sure to exercise the detailed design phase and/or be explicit in the points of the design that you have clear intentions for. We had a couple minor go-backs during construction due to some crossed wires on aspects of our BBQ/Fire-pit design which could have been avoided with a little more conversation up front, but that being said, everything worked out fine in the end.

Along the way, I appreciate that Zach was able to offer general design suggestions that made us re-evaluate our initial rough ideas in a very positive manner.

Zach was a great partner to work with on our full outdoor remodel. We came to him with some reasonably firm plans already drawn up and a smaller budget than reasonably required to do it justice. He worked and re-worked the plans with us, balancing our desires and budget, while introducing practical considerations into the design that we hadn't considered. It took nearly a year from first consult to completion, but we are satisfied with the finished product, and probably happier with the final design than the initial one. If you are very comfortable with your plan, you can probably find someone to execute it quicker and cheaper. If you are are looking for thoughtful design assistance, Living Green Designs is an excellent choice.
