My name is George Gurrola and I am an Association community manager in Southern California. I just want every management company and fellow community manager to know that I found one of the BEST landscape companies that I have ever worked with.

The company is Southern California Tree and Landscape Inc. They were hired for Community that I manage and they are AMAZING!

Im going to tell you one thing that made me fall out of my chair, literally!

The community was in bad shape when they took over and the field operations manager Angel Rodriguez emailed me asking if they can work a few Saturdays (for free at no charge to the HOA). This is how dedicated they were to show how much they valued their workmanship. WOW!!!

Not only did they work a few Saturdays to get the community back into shape but the field operations manager was actually working alongside his crew to help in the cleanup/improvement of the landscape.

These two things are just a snit bit of what type of company that Southern California Tree & Landscape is.

They service all areas from LA County to Fontana and from the Valley to the OC. I’m not one to post reviews but they went way above and beyond any expectations that I expected. That I had to take the time out to write this review. Five STARS and FYI it’s hard to get me to give five stars.

I work at a HOA property in Harbor city We hired Southern California landscaping and when they came aboard they totally cleaned up my property by removing and re-planting new plants. They have also save me a lot of money by fixing my arrogation and closing areas where water is not needed. Angel Rodriguez has helped out our property in many ways he is on top every day operations with his workers at my property. This is the easiest company I have work with. I am also very happy with the outcome of what Southern California landscaping has done to my property 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

So Cal Tree and Landscape and Arborist Trent were just the team to properly prune, lace and shape my ancient avocado tree in Torrance. Highly recommend them!

Highly Satisfied, Used Twice!
Trent (Certified Arborist) is very professional and easy to work with. Best solution is proposed to the customer at a competitive cost. The complete tree crew is great, and work hand in hand as a team. The tree “climbers” are phenomenal demonstrating high skills, safety along with effective interaction with the ground crew. Great teamwork on zip lining cut branches down when required to a safe resting spot. Easy communication in English with the team members. All employees seem to be very receptive to satisfying the customer. The finished jobs were completed as requested and agreed on! Site clean-up was very good with special detail to adjacent properties.

SoCal Tree and Landscape is one of the most responsive landscapers I work with. Whenever I send a request, they are quick to acknowledge it and relay the info to the rest of their team so issues can be resolved faster. In particular, Arlene Acero and Ivy Santillan are the ones I communicate with the most, and I truly appreciate their efforts in providing detailed proposals and timely updates, especially for irrigation repairs. We definitely work well together, and more HOAs should get them for their landscaping needs! ☺️
