All Air Masters, Inc. is the only place to go for all your HVAC needs. They installed a new 4 ton heating and cooling system including replacing the ductwork for us and I couldn't be more satisfied. From my initial call with Evette who answered the phone to the completion of the project, I was treated wonderfully. They were punctual and completed the job in a good time frame for all the work that had to be done. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and courteous. Frank SR., Frank Jr., Bobby and his assistant, and Rafael paid close attention to the slightest details. At the end of each work day the clean up they did made it look like they had not even been there, I was very impressed. Any calls I made with questions were quickly returned by Frank Jr. with answers. This is a company that does business the way it used to be done and should be done. It was great to be treated like a customer who mattered and not just someone to make moey off of. I have used All Air Masters for years and again as always they proved to me I made the right choice.

2/18/2026 update: Fabian came out to be there for the final inspection sign off from the City in case anything needed to be corrected. All went well and final inspection signed off.

After the wildfires my entire house sustained a lot of smoke damage and possibly chemical damage. I was pretty worried about carcinogens in my home and attic and especially trapped in my attic insulation. I found Frank the owner of Air Masters online and he came to my home the same day and gave me a detailed scope of work as well as a very fair price for removing the old insulation and installing new attic insulation. Once we started the job they used the best materials and had a professional, communicative team and worked very efficiently and took a lot of care of my home and my comfort. Jose and his team were wonderful and kind and Frank is someone I will forever refer to my neighbors and friends. 10 stars!! 🌟 🤩 ⭐️

I was very impressed with Frankie. He arrived on time and was very personable. Quickly diagnosed the problem with the A/C and resolved it in no time at all.

With the heat as bad as it right now I was very surprised to get an appointment the next day which was a Saturday. Was very glad to hear the owner had decided to run a full crew on Saturdays, what a life saver! I have used All Air Masters for decades, your are the best. I will be requesting Frankie again in the future.

We had a new HVAC system installed by All Air Masters in 2019. A few was blown while we were changing out our thermostat, and All Air Masters was friendly and helpful from the time the phone call was answered and the service call scheduled, till the time Eric, the technician, departed. Very happy with All Air Masters.

My air conditioner stopped working. I was able to get a same day appointment for a technician to come out. Frankie arrived on time and had Amy unit up and running in less than 40 minutes. Great service for.a great price. Highly recommend.

I'm giving them five stars because Eric came out and did a great job, got here relatively early on a holiday weekend when our heater wasn't working. Having said that, however, this unit is only four years old, installed by All Air Masters and the problem which he stated was a "hard lockout" has happened before. This is a warranty issue I will take up with the owner, Frank. The service was top-notch, though.

Simply a wonderful job, I thank Bobby and his team for being really helpful and installing our new HVAC exactly how I needed it to be. Both Frank the owner and Bobbies team answered my hundred and one question so that I felt comfortable moving forward with them, simply they were respectful and patient through the whole process. They were recommended by our family who used them years ago and now we highly recommend them to any of you reading this today.

We had our 50 year old HVAC system removed and replaced with a brand new HVAC System. Alll Air Masters was great to work with every step of the way. Frank was easy to work with and his crew, led by Fabian, was simply awesome. We could ask for a better company to install our new system. 3-days total and the old system fine and new one installed. All work was done according to the quote we were provided, no upscope or additional charges were asked for. All Air Masters is an excellent company. We couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Frank and his team were professional and very communicative from start to finish. I had an issue with my central heating and was able to get an appointment as soon as the next day. When I couldn’t make that time, they were flexible and scheduled me for a later date without any hassle.
Frank Cruz was the technician who came out, and he was courteous, friendly, and highly professional. He quickly identified the problem and clearly explained what was going on. He’s very knowledgeable, answered all my questions patiently, and offered honest options and advice. I really appreciated his transparency and professionalism. Highly recommend this company!

Frankie Cruz Came out this morning less than 24 hours after my phone call requesting maintenance and repair. Response time is amazing, Customer Service is fantastic! Frankie is friendly and courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He had to replace a couple of parts and did it faster than I expected. Reasonable pricing and exceptional all around service I would thoroughly recommend All Air Masters for any of your HVAC needs.

I am more than pleased with the excellent job that All Air Masters did in installing my new Slimline A/C unit along with the ducting in the attic and all that goes with it, including the air vents and the furnace and beautiful return by the furnace. I'll try to show pictures of the before and after.(Note: the ugly one is the old one!) It was a complete transformation. They built a new platform for the furnace etc. Rafael went way beyond the call of duty in doing extra things that I didn't expect him to do. Bobbie was excellent as well. They were some of the hardest workers I've seen. They were courteous, thoughtful, friendly and just went far beyond in everything they did. The whole experience was better than I ever expected. Frank Sr. and Frankie worked with me in making the best deal. I appreciated that very much. Thank you all of you!~ I could go on and on, but just take my word for it, they were the best!

Chris from Steve’s Five Star Service did an outstanding job servicing my unit. He was thorough, honest, polite, and extremely professional from start to finish. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work, and he made the whole process easy and stress-free. Yesterday, February 21, 2026 mi amorcita and I were absolutely giddy with excitement anticipating the installation of our brand new Carrier "Comfort System" rooftop HVAC. Our old Carrier rooftop HVAC system was over 20+ years old and was giving us both air-conditioning and heating issues. Here in Rancho Cucamonga we can get very hot days in Summer😮‍💨 and very cold days in Winter🥶. Now mind you, HVAC Systems are a very significant expenditure, so I wanted to do as much research as possible to obtain the right choice in HVAC System and the company doing the installation. We were impressed with STEVE'S 5 STAR SERVICE for their Google reviews and being a local family owned company. We only really considered one other company and HVAC System, but settled on STEVE'S 5 STAR SERVICE mainly because we really liked the sales and service technician Angel Perez. Installation was quick and efficient and we really liked the installation crew of Jon, Jose, and Jessie. We were given a quick tutorial of how to use the thermostat. My amorcita, Emma and I believe in "the simpler, the better" when it comes to using devices and/or technology. Scroll up on the thermostat for heat, scroll down on the thermostat to cool....simple, right?? Well....no sooner had the installation crew left I tried to heat our home from the 61° (brrrrrr... cold) ambient to a more comfortable 72° is where the "wheels fell off the wagon" Our brand new, expensive Carrier HVAC System was not working!!😱. Worse, the system would not shut off when I tried to shut it off at the thermostat. 61° air was blowing nonstop! I neglected to get any of the installation crew's phone numbers, so I called Angel Perez who advised me to turn off yhe HVAC System at our home's circuit breaker panel. Both Jon from the installation crew and Angel Perez attempted to correct the problem. Was it a wiring issue?? It was decided that a "computer chip" was defective and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, a Carrier HVAC technician would be needed to "program" the new computer board. The Carrier HVAC technician wouldn't be available until Monday, February 23, 2026, so I spent a freezing cold Sunday night and morning in my home. Fortunately. mi amorcita, Emma was visiting our son, or else there would be hell to pay....I am a bit more forgiving! Angel Perez did offer us a free additional year of maintenance on our HVAC System once it is operational, which is nice.....I guess?🤔 I cannot in good faith and consciousness provide a 5⭐️ experience and review for STEVE'S 5 STAR SERVICE for our personal experience. I would give a 5⭐️ review to the installation crew of Jon, Jose, and Jessie for their prompt, friendly work ethic. Also, 5⭐️ to Angel Perez for doing everything in his power to make the situation right. We understand that we live in an imperfect World, and sometimes these things happen. I believe when you make a substantial investment in such an important part of your home's infrastructure, the product and company need to be especially vigilant in ensuring performance. STEVE'S 5 STAR SERVICE didn't quite measure-up to their 5 STAR namesake in our experience, so we'll see how our brand new Carrier HVAC System performs once all the issues are worked out. We called Steve’s Five Star Service to fix a kitchen plumbing problem the were able to send Kevin Elvir out the next day. He showed up, had all the equipment with him and was able to do the job with a complete satisfaction from us. He’s knowledgeable, works quickly and is super efficient. He explained everything too. Chris Urzua from Steve 5-Star responded to my service request to fix a thermostat that was not working. He arrived on time the same morning I called. He was pleasant, polite, and professional. He immediately discovered that the power cord to the furnace was unplugged or not completely plugged in. Once the plug was properly plugged in, the thermostat became operational. He stayed to observe the cycling of the thermostat. Unfortunately he was unable to waive the initial $89 cost for the visit.

Andy and Daniel were excellent. They were informative, helpful and hard working. They were also personable. They were also careful to keep their area cleaned up during and after complete. Finally they were friendly and answered my questions. Thanks guys!
