Steve’s did a fantastic job installing our new HVAC system. This Dream Team worked great together: Jon, Andy, Daniel, and José were all very professional, got right to work, answered any and all questions we had, were respectful of furniture/floors/walls/belongings everywhere they worked, and always cleaned up at the end of the day like they weren’t even there. They even alerted us to a leak outdoors that we didn’t know about and helped coordinate getting one of their plumbers out to assess. The team was so efficient they actually finished *earlier* than anticipated! No problems whatsoever, would absolutely recommend these guys 10/10 great work

Andy and Jose took out all the rat-damaged ducts and reconfigured a new, more efficient air distribution system. The system is now working very well. They were meticulous in making sure there was no dirt or mess left behind. Very personable guys and very knowledgeable about the process. I highly recommend them.

Received great service from Caleb and Will today.. They pulled out a crazy root clog that had taken up residence under our bathroom. Sean did the inspection yesterday and did a great job. He quickly diagnosed the problem

I was very impressed by the reviews of your customers. So I decided to call. I was looking for a 9k btu mini split for a 350 sq ft area. He wanted to sell me an 18k btu which i thought is very high for such a small area and will only be using it once a week.
When i expressed my concern. He basically said take or leave it. Didnt really explain the reason. Having been an owner of a company. I know how important customer service is. And hiring personnel that love what they do. Having said that. I told the tech I was not interested and he said ok

Andy, Jon, Daniel, and Angel were all great to deal with. My furnace went out on a Friday and on Monday I had a new one installed and running. Angel was very helpful in the consultation and gave me different options to choose from, different repair options or replacement. Ultimately I chose to replace the unit because of the age. The install went smoothly and everything looks clean and professional. All involved were great to work with, answered questions, and gave me all the info I need.

I had a great experience working with Steve’s Five Star Service. I called about low water pressure, and Dane came out right away to take a look. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to fix it the same day.

While we were at it, I decided to upgrade my water heater. Kaleb and Will arrived later to handle the installation. They were true experts—getting the new unit into a very tight area without any issues. I really appreciated the all-around help and service. I will definitely be contacting Steve’s Five Star Service again

I had a plumbing disaster involving toilets not working and a shower everything backed up in at 3:00 in the afternoon and Kevin showed up evaluated the problem. Gave me options and explained everything. He called and had Will and Kaleb come to clear the drain to the main line. They were all friendly and left no messes and everything working great.

I've used them 3 times now and I'm satisfied every time. They offer multiple options to fix the problem at different prices and are honest about which one you probably need and which one is the best bandaid if the budget is tight. Kevin was very friendly and professional. I hope to not need the service again, but if I do then I'll be asking for him!

Absolutely fantastic company! Sean came out, gave me an estimate to replace my water heater and finished the job that same day! Super professional and a nice guy. Will definitely call them again for all my plumbing needs in the future. The great reviews for this company are well deserved!

Excellent service! Christian Flores is very honest and professional. He fixed the issues on my Carrier furnace. He was very thorough, even went back to get an other matching part to ensure everything worked perfectly, not left for another day. Now our heat is back and the house is warm. Highly recommend!

I have used Steve’s 5 Star service for years and depend on them to keep my AC & Heater functioning properly with their service contract. Field Service Tech Chris U. is awesome and I always request him for my service calls and any repairs. This winter’s service revealed a malfunctioning thermostat and an heat exchanger fan motor. Chris had the thermostat on the truck and the other part was ordered. I never feel like I am being over sold on any of my repairs. Fabulous customer service by Chris U.

Excellent service by Will & Kaleb. They were on time, professional, respectful and did a great job installing a new water heater for me. Also, Jonathan was the one who showed up to explain the services and cost yesterday, he was wonderful as well. I will definitely refer Steve’s 5 Star Servce.
