Recently, I experienced an unexpected plumbing emergency that required shutting off the main water supply to my home, leaving me without water overnight. I contacted Steve’s Five Star Service immediately, and Rhea, who scheduled my call, was courteous, professional, and highly efficient. She ensured I was booked for the very first appointment the following day, which was greatly appreciated.

Will and Kaleb arrived promptly and addressed the issue without delay. They clearly explained the problem, presented several viable options, and thoughtfully walked me through each step of the process. Given the circumstances, their professionalism, consideration, and attention to detail stood out. The quality of their workmanship was excellent, and their conduct reflected a genuine commitment to customer care.

I have to say, I’m beyond impressed with Steve’s Five Star Service. From the start, Matt guided me toward a superior system. I was fine with my old system installed in 1996. It was working and I had no intention of purchasing a new one. Matt was doing a regular maintenance service. He suggested I consider a new system. It’s an expensive investment and I figured he was just trying to get a sale. But he explained the benefits of being proactive instead of waiting for it to breakdown: electric and gas bill reduction, less toll on the environment, quieter operation and overall efficiency. I decided to do it. The price was reasonable and financing was really easy to complete.

On installation day, Andy, Jose, Jon, and Daniel delivered excellence every step of the way. They weren’t just thorough—they took the time to ensure a flawless installation hopefully guaranteeing long-term reliability. This team didn’t just meet expectations; they exceeded them. All were polite, conscientious and respectful — very important to me as I care for my mom with dementia in our home. From here on out, Steve’s Five Star Service is the only name I’ll be using and happily recommending to others.

I had a great experience with Steve’s Five Star Service for HVAC maintenance and furnace safety inspection. From the start, the technician was punctual, friendly, and very respectful of my home. He even called ahead to see if an earlier appointment time worked for me, which I really appreciated.

He was communicative and warm, explained my system clearly, and got straight to work. He walked me through an overview of the furnace, pointed out a few maintenance suggestions, and answered my questions thoroughly — without any pressure or aggressive upselling, which I value a lot.

Great and honest plumbing service. We went through a few other companies before this one was able to offer us a service that worked for us and our budget. Kevin was able to fix the issue rather than replace everything and make a big hole in the wall like the other companies wanted to do. We are thankful for an honest company to help us out. Kevin Elvir was great! He was knowledgeable, very respectful, fast and thorough. He explained the problem, described what he needed to do to solve it and he followed through. He deserves the 5 Stars I gave him.

The sewer main line of our house was clogged the day right before Thanksgiving. Can’t imagine how to get through Thanksgiving without using water and bathrooms. It was late, like 3 pm ish in the afternoon and we reached out to a few plumbers hoping someone could take this last minute job. Luckily we found Steve’s and they sent out Kevin to our house within an hour. Kevin quickly diagnosed the issue and cleared the clog, also found potential issues and provided valuable suggestions to prevent future blockage.

We truly appreciate Kevin’s professionalism and the fact that he’s willing to come solve the issue while everyone else was rushing home for the holidays. He’s very friendly and patient, and explained everything clearly in detail. Kevin also came out again the day after Thanksgiving to check the sewer line to make sure it remains open and provided details about future improvement. We will use Steve’s and Kevin again in the future.

Contacted Steve’s five star service due to my heater stopped working and after having multiple techs come out from a different company , Steve’s sent out Christian Flores , he was able to figure out the problem right away

These guys are absolutely amazing. I had a problem with my HVAC system and my sewer line. I had multiple companies come out and give me crazy ideas and nothing made sense. My neighbor recommended Steve’s and i am so glad he did. They sent out the HVAC tech and the plumber to address both of my issues. They HVAC tech got my furnace back in order and also got a new thermostat. They also replaced my old cast iron sewer line using a new trenchless technology and my yard was untouched. These guys did magic. At the end I was called by there manager Kevin and he was absolutely great. You can tell Kevin has been doing this for years and is a true master at this trade. To get a call from the manager just topped off a great experience. I highly recommend these guys. The service was amazing and the price was better than the other companies. Steve’s for the win and Kevin provided the 5 star service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kevin was outstanding. He arrived, quickly assessed my situation and gave me four options to consider. Each of which, Kevin patiently walked through and explained thoroughly. Although I could’ve just made the repair, given the age of my unit, I decided to proceed with a complete replacement. Kevin delivered a quality job as promised. He was very personable and provided outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

I needed a serious fix on my toilet and Kevin and Will came out and successfully took care of my issue! They were polite, professional, honest, and efficient. They clearly laid out the cost of different service options and did their best to make sure I got quality service for the best price possible. I couldn’t recommend them more! I also have been dealing with a broken AC and John came out and was quickly able to diagnose the problem, make detailed recommendations, and walked me through the pricing options respectfully and clearly. Same as above, he was kind, honest, and efficient! After a short time my AC is fixed and I’m already reveling in the cool air in this hot season! Thank you so much John!!

Christian showed up for our service call on time and got right to work, fixing our issue within a few minutes. Super professional, answered all our questions and re adjusted our thermostat and blower speeds he balanced our air and made sure both our AC and heater were working perfectly. Great guy will definitely request him for any future needs.

On 1/8/2026, Our upstairs heater didn’t work. I called the office in the morning and got the same day service appointment. Matthew came to our house on schedule. He spent more than an hour to check and adjust something. The heater was back on. He also explained their annual maintenance program in detail. Since we were 1st time customer and also joined the maintenance program, he didn’t charge today’s service. He said it was a courtesy service! Matthew provided us an excellent and professional service! Thank you!!

On 2/12/2026 Kevin came to our house for annual plumbing maintenance service. He provided excellent and professional service. He also explained details about new water heater, tankless and filtration system very patiently. He tried to fix the kitchen faucet. Something was broken because the unit was too old. He recommended me to get a new faucet and also scheduled me to install a new one with Will and Kaleb next day. He was so nice! Thank you, Kevin!!

Had awesome service from these guys! Have been needed to get some home upgrades and signed up for the membership. Guys that inspected and installed our water heater were great!! We’re in the middle of two bathroom remodels at our Upland home, so the plumbing needed to be done right the first time. Steve’s Five Star Service did an excellent job from start to finish.

They relocated our old 50-gallon water heater out of the garage and installed a new outdoor Noritz tankless system, which gave us more space and better efficiency. They also moved plumbing inside the walls to allow for a new shower and rerouted the gas line so we could fully close and drywall the garage.

A few plumbing companies told us this would be a complicated job because of how our house was built, but Steve’s handled it smoothly and professionally. Big thanks to Sean, Will, and Kaleb. They were efficient, straightforward, and easy to work with. Pricing felt fair, and the quality of the work gave us real peace of mind.
