I hired this company after reading great reviews, primarily because of the AC issue with condensation coming from a secondary outlet. The next day, Patrick arrived and said my line was clogged but that the system was old - if I added a "booster" kit, it would give me a few more years. Without expertise in HVAC, I trusted his assessment and the job was done. However, when we tried to use the AC the following morning, no cool air came out, just warm air. Patrick hadn't checked the system before leaving, which seems suspicious considering he said he thoroughly inspected it. After multiple calls to get a technician out three days later in a heatwave, they claimed the "refrigerate" unit was now empty and needed replacement because of its age and outdated chemical use. I ended up shelling out $1000 for non-essential items that sounded like an upsell plot. To recommend replacing the entire system for $20K seemed excessive. Poor service, especially given the company's treatment of military customers, has left me questioning whether I'll get my money back.
