Constraction reviews in Arvada, Colorado

Allen and Rebecca were great to work with. They listen carefully to our vision and also were able to provide great recommendations and ideas regarding our basement build. I would highly recommend Timberline Construction.

I highly recommend Timberline Construction to anyone in need of construction or renovation services. Their professionalism, quality workmanship, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. I will not hesitate to hire them for future projects.

I met Allen with Timberline Construction Services in 2017 as a Building Inspector performing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and structural/ framing inspections. I've inspected at least 100 homes for this company and have never had a problem with any discipline that couldn't be corrected while I was on site. The trades were professional and projects were clean. It makes your day better when you see that an inspection is for Allen because you know that you have at least one inspection that day that's going to go great.

Timberline was great to work with. Their responsiveness and attention to detail made for a great final product that we were very happy with. The subcontractors they use are great, conscientious and very good at their respective crafts. This is all a clear reflection of the personal investment of Allen and Rebecca into Timberline and meeting their client's needs.

All aspects of our basement build were done professionally and as discussed. The Timberline crew were great to work with on the design and details of our project. It was completed timely and we couldn’t be happier with our new space. I can’t wait for our next project with Timberline.

Timberline did an addition for us in the summer of 2024, putting an extra bedroom on our 2nd floor by building out into a vaulted ceiling area. The overall experience was excellent! Everything looks very nice, they got it done quickly, and the price was great. Highly recommended!

Working with Timberline was even better than we hoped! The whole team has their process and scheduling down to a science. The owners and operators take great pride in the work, are present on site regularly, and are incredibly knowledgeable and kind. The project manager and each of the expert tradesman who come onsite are professional and the workmanship is excellent. From the process of getting a quote, to design, and all the way through the build, we enjoyed working with this efficient, hardworking, and professional team!

We picked Timberline after 3 bids, can't be happier or more pleased with the final result on our basement remodel in Arvada. Was able to keep within our budget as we negotiated our final design, as they gave us possible options to consider. The original timeline was completed on time, and the workmanship is still impressive after living with the results for two months. Everyone who worked in our home was respectful and provided quality work, it was fun watching the transformation. Highly recommend Timberline.

We had Timberline Construction Services finish our basement and they did a great job. Allen and Rebecca Gregg were great to work with and completed the job on time. They were flexible when we asked for changes. Please give them a call. You won't be disappointed. John and Toni Scheunemann

Timberline Construction Services, Inc is my first call for all of my home repair or renovation needs. Most recently I’ve hired them for plumbing and carpet replacement. They’ve provided top quality work and exceptional customer service throughout every project I’ve hired them for. I trust them in my home and never worry because the craftsmanship and repair has always been completed higher than my expectations.

We absolutely love the results of our basement finish, and the process was so easy and efficient. The Timberline team was always professional and responsive. They happily accommodated a couple of our requests for changes in the middle of the project. There was a slight confusion regarding paint color for the ceiling, which was immediately corrected. All work was well done with craftsmanship. The team worked consistent, long days to remain on our planned timeline. Thanks, Timberline!

Timberline Construction is an excellent company for all your home improvement needs. It is a family-owned business with quality owners. They finished our basement 6 years ago and because we were so impressed with the quality of the work, we had them install all new LVP on the main level of our home. We trusted them to do the job while on vacation and when we returned we were stunned at how good the floors looked! They went above and beyond to make us happy. They are not the cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for. You will not be disappointed. Thank you, Allen, Rebecca, and Jacob!

Excellent work and a pleasure to work with! Allan, Rebecca and Jacob (from Timberline Construction) were amazing throughout the process - from the quotation, to the design selection to the completion of the project on time. Our basement looks beautiful and better than we expected. Their team built two bedrooms, a playroom and a full bathroom.

They are super responsive to feedback and the teams they brought in to do the work were very nice and did amazing clean work.

I can't say enough good things about Timberline Construction! From start to finish, working with them was an absolute pleasure. Their team is not only incredibly skilled and efficient, but also some of the most easygoing and friendly people you'll ever meet. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them for any construction project, you won't be disappointed!

Absolutely thrilled with our basement finishing experience with Timberline. Jacob, Allen, and Rebecca were simply fantastic from start to finish. From the get-go, they were incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel comfortable and confident in their abilities. Communication was top-notch; they kept us informed every step of the way and were always available to answer any questions we had.

The design they came up with was well thought out. They really took the time to listen to our ideas and incorporated them into the final plan. What impressed us most was their attention to detail—they fixed little things before we even had a chance to mention them! It’s clear they take pride in their work and have high expectations for the people who they contract out to.

Working with Timberline was an absolute pleasure. They were on schedule, respectful of our home, and just genuinely nice people. We couldn't be happier with how our basement turned out and would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone looking to transform their space. Thanks, Timberline!

Timberline Construction did an amazing job finishing our basement. We enjoyed working with their team and they always exceeded our expectations. They are a very reliable company and we would highly recommend Timberline Construction for any of your home improvement projects.

What an amazing experience we had from the initial meeting all the way thru the process, Timberline Construction services, was wonderful to work with. We would 100% reach out to them with any future construction projects. We highly recommend them. Their attention to detail and their communication process ran so smoothly. If you have any projects you’re thinking of, give them a shout out and see for yourself. 5star all the way!

We couldn’t have been more pleased with Timberline Construction. Timberline did a complete kitchen, main floor and basement remodel for us. From start to finish, we had nothing but a wonderful experience. They were nothing but professional, and worked within our budget. The communication was superb, they kept us updated every step of the way. Rebecca had wonderful ideas and insight based on what we were looking for and Allen and his team were able to implement them. They had great attention to detail and exceeded our expectations. Thank you Timberline Construction for making our house a home.

Absolutely LOVED Timberline! They did a wonderful job finishing our basement. We came from a new build home to an older home that had a walk out basement. We were hesitant to go with the same company that finished our basement in our last home and as we explored finding someone to help us this second time around, we found that it was hard to even get a response or follow up. I found Timberline from local reviews. Their response was same day and we received a layout rendering just a couple days later. The process was so efficient for us. I especially loved accessibility to the design options in our budget. They started the job on the date promised and work was consistent from day one.
We love our basement so much that we have spent most the time in it since it was finished. They did an amazing job with quality and detail.
We plan on utilizing the expertise of Timberline for future renovations that the rest of our house needs.
I highly recommend them. Hard to find reliable and good people these days and I'm grateful I found them!

Timberline Construction were so great to work with for finishing our basement! Allen and Jacob came out for the initial consult to work through initial floor plan designs with us, both giving advice and listening to our thoughts. Rebecca created the CAD floor plan, and used her experience to help guide us in making a very difficult layout (4 support poles and the HVAC in awkward places) become a functional living space. We were given as much help as we wanted picking out finishes; they have a wide range of options, or you can choose/buy your own. During construction they were all very responsive and quick to make adjustments as we found changes we wanted. Happily we were moving in our belongings in just over 6 weeks, and at a very reasonable and moderate price. We are very happy, and plan to consult with them about rebuilding our porch, and possibly some other indoor projects.

Timberline was great from start to finish. It was clear throughout that our satisfaction was their number one priority. One example of this was the fireplace stone we initially selected was out of stock and our second choice didn’t turn out quite like we wanted. Allen did everything he could to replace single stones, whitewash single stones, and move stones around to ensure we ended up happy with it. Their detail to craftsmanship is great! We were so impressed with them that we recommended them to my in-laws. They did just as great of a job on their basement.
