Constraction reviews in Arvada, Colorado

We had our basement finished by Timberline. Their work is impeccable! I wish they could redo our whole house. Rebecca and Allen were always kind and accommodating to all our questions and changes. The subcontractors were also always nice to our family and animals around. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Timberline! They transformed my unfinished basement into a beautiful, functional space that exceeded my expectations. The team was professional, efficient, and always attentive to my needs. The quality of their work is outstanding, and they completed the project on time and within budget. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them!

We are very happy with Timberline’s quality, timeline, professionalism, and price while finishing our basement. They were very easy to work with and open to implementing our ideas.

Allen and his team at Timberline construction were amazing to work with. They finished our 2000 sq ft basement. We added a bathroom, bedroom, huge wet bar, dance floor and living area. We took out 3 windows and added a giant sliding door. We are delighted with it. The team was all very professional and provided great advice, thoughts and ideas. They have a showroom where you can get ideas and see samples of flooring, tiles etc. The team kept to schedule and we felt informed during the process. Would highly recommend Allen and his team if you are looking to do some remodeling.

Timberline transformed our basement into a beautiful in law with a full kitchen that has left everyone that has seen it impressed with the quality of work done. Everything stayed on schedule, change orders that we requested were handled without complaint, and we are thrilled with the final product. All the trades that came into our home treated both us and our home with care and respect. We will definitely be back for future work in our home and you should feel confident they can handle any type of room that you are looking to have work done on.

Highly recommend Timberline Construction. Great listeners, took the time to understand what we wanted. There were times I didn't understand the construction lingo, and Allan took the time to explain some of the concepts so I could get the big picture.

Looking to get the Kitchen done in the near future, would hire again.

Allen, Rebecca and their sons are all Amazing! We hired them to do our master bathroom and master bedroom closet remodel and they knocked it out of the park! Rebecca & Allen met with us to pick out all our colors, tiles, finishes in their design center and then Allen and his sons did an amazing job with the demo and re-design! I recommend Timberline to all my clients, family and friends! Their craftsmanship and quality are the best!

TRULY AMAZING. In the current marketing in the Denver Metro area, it is a really challenging housing market - which makes it difficult to scale up or find a reasonably priced, "perfect" home for the budget. Instead of looking for a new home, we decided to invest in our current home and do a complete renovation to our main level. Our house was built in the 1960's and was in significant need of a remodel. We had reached out with a list of big, ambitious dreams to Allen Gregg and Timberline Construction - truly thinking it wouldn't be possible. We were thinking a new kitchen, removing two load bearing walls to make the home an open concept, and updating the floors, doors and trims. We started working with Allen, Jacob and Rebecca on inspirations, floor plan layout, options, colors, materials - and our dream came to life! Rebecca took the time to aid us in our design, offering professional design feedback and suggestions based on aesthetic and industry trends. Rebecca was knowledgeable, kind, patient and extremely helpful. Not to mention so personable and amazing!

We had the opportunity to fully customize our remodel, with different recommendations based on our budget and style. The team was respectful and thoughtful, making sure to stay within our budget without compromising quality or having to cut things from the plan. Additionally, they were patient in change orders and adjustments on the fly, as well as kind and accommodating when we were unsure or changing our minds on something.

All of the vendors/employees Timberline used were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very good at their craft. The material companies that Timberline partnered with are of the highest quality, had quick turnaround times for delivery, and we were able to view all different options within Timberline's showroom.

THEY WERE SO QUICK! We did the following:

- Completely gutted kitchen to studs and completed full remodel
- New back patio door
- Removed 2 load bearing walls & installed 2 beams.
- Installed new floors in 1400 square feet
- Installed new trim on main level
- Installed 11 new doors and jams/trim
- Paint/Texture main level

All of this took place in 7 weeks! We did move out of the home, which aided in the timeline -- and it probably would have been quicker had the floors had a shorter lead time!

Overall, we have had the most exceptional experience working with Allen, Rebecca, Jacob and the Timberline Construction team. They have truly exceeded our expectations and given us a brand new home. It is GORGEOUS!!!

I am so thankful we kept the good bones of our house and made it new inside. It is truly life changing!

You will not regret working with them! They made the process so easy, and were there to help and support us with design help every step of the way.

Timberline Construction has been our go to for multiple projects in our home. We have been repeat customers of theirs having them remodel our living room, office, laundry space, kitchen and our basement over the years. Their quality of work is exceptional and looks as amazing as it did the first days after completion. Rebecca has a keen eye for design and she will help you throughout the lifecycle of your project. Every project has been finished on time or ahead of schedule. You won't go wrong choosing this amazing family owned business!

Timberline did an absolutely phenomenal job remodeling our main level and extending our kitchen. They were consultative and friendly, and they did incredible work.

We couldn't be more pleased with the quality and workmanship of Timberline Construction. Allen and Rebecca were great to work with through the design, finish selections, and the overall construction process. Subcontractors used were great and the area was always cleaned up at the end of each day. They made it easy!! We would highly recommend them to friends and family. We absolutely love our finished basement!

Excellent Experience with Timberline Construction!

Timberline Construction did an outstanding job finishing my basement. From the initial bid process to final close-out, the entire experience was seamless and professional. Their team was efficient, courteous, and clearly take pride in their work.

They completed the project ahead of schedule, which was an incredible bonus, and their pricing was very reasonable compared to other bids I received. Timberline is a wonderful, family-run business that values quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Timberline Construction to anyone looking for a reliable and professional contractor!

Thank you Rebecca, Allen, Jacob and team for our beautiful basement that we will enjoy for many years to come.

We hired Stonebridge Builders for our home remodel in Boulder CO and had previously used them for our home in Denver years ago. They did an amazing job both times and we would use them again in the future. I highly recommend Stonebridge for any home remodeling or additions. We did both over the years .

Finally a general contractor who genuinely respects their customers. Stonebridge is doing it right!

They sub all of their work out and the sub-contractors are the worst to deal with.

Chris Tolar and the team at Stonebridge Builders are always reliable and provide excellent work!

Mr. Tolar runs a tight ship. He exceeded my expectations and provided quality craftsmanship. The communication concerning the steps required on my project left me with few, if any questions. I would recommend Stone Bridge to my mother.

Stonebridge Builders is a highly professional construction contractor that specializes in quality and workmanship in custom remodels. Their results are outstanding.

Stonebridge builders completed a basement finish for me. They did a fantastic job. The project managers really worked closely with subcontractors, and really made sure that all Pieces were put together nice and clean.

I loved this company and their staff so much that I want to personally market for them. It's so RARE to find the combination of quality work, lovely people, and most of all INTEGRITY in this industry. Stonebridge Builders finished my basement and remodeled my main living area. I went from living in a home that frustrated me, to one that I love. My friends/neighbors are blown away at the change. Locals are welcome to visit my home if you want to see the work firsthand.

Chris Tolar and Stonebridge Builders are the epitome of professionalism and craftwork. It speaks volumes that they have been doing this for so long in this market. In an industry where their counterparts are constantly being called out for bad behavior, bad work, and poor ethics, Stonebridge stands out above the rest. You do not have the kind of longevity and tenure in their role, in this community, without being at the top of the game.
