Constraction reviews in Arvada, Colorado

GreenView Solutions recently transformed my backyard with a cedar fence, concrete pad, landscaping, and strategic lighting installations. The quality of their work, especially the elegant cedar fence, is outstanding. But what truly sets them apart is their exceptional customer service and communication. They kept me informed throughout the project, ensuring everything went smoothly.

The addition of lighting on the fence, trees, and other areas has revolutionized the look and usability of my backyard at night, creating an enchanting ambiance. Their professionalism and attention to detail are commendable. I highly recommend GreenView Solutions for their top-notch work and the remarkable transformation they offer.

I have used GreenView Solutions not once but twice in the last two years. The first time was to replace my crumbling backyard privacy fence. The second time was to help me dig out and construct a custom backyard bocce court, as well as installing some concrete walkways and a patio.

In both cases, the work was completed within the agreed upon time frame and budget, and I was extremely satisfied with the end results. I should point out that in neither case was GreenView the lowest bid I received. Nevertheless, I chose them because after meeting the business owner Brandon, I felt very confident that he (and his team) will do exactly what he says they will do, and if a problem were to arise, he can be trusted to make it right.

I am happy to say that two years and two projects later, Brandon and his GreenView Solutions team have not failed to live up to that expectation. I will gladly call upon GVS for any future outdoor projects I may need, and I would definitely recommend GVS to all my family and friends and to anyone looking for a good quality, highly reliable fencing/general landscaping contractor.

About a year and a half ago, Brandon and a crew led by Nick replaced my chain link fence with a gorgeous privacy fence on two sides and a ranch rail fence where my property abuts a wooded open space, and also replaced a rickety gate to the side of my garage that dragged and was an eyesore with an upgraded one that locks from the inside. Among the quotes that I collected, GreenView was not the most inexpensive, but he was the only one who consistently showed up when he said he would and was responsive and easy to communicate with. Everything went off without a hitch - Brandon handled the permitting process with the city (other companies told me that part was up to me!) and Nick and crew did a flawless install. Whenever anything unanticipated came up, Brandon or Nick would proactively communicate with me and patiently walk me through the considerations involved to make a decision on how to proceed. I made an unconventional decision to go with steel PostMaster posts instead of wood posts which GreenView includes as standard. Other contractors cautioned me against this, and Brandon patiently fielded a ton of questions from me as I deliberated. I have not regretted this decision. A large tree limb from a tree in the city's open space fell on a corner during the recent snow storm and seems to have simply slid off of the corner post onto the pickets on the other side. There was damage to a few pickets but the PostMaster post was unaffected. The PostMaster posts also withstood the 100mph winds that came through last spring without issue. I can confidently say that GreenView is THE choice if you are looking for a streamlined experience, quality work, and peace of mind!

Brandon and his team were excellent to work with. We had a fence project that dealt with HOA requirements, some updated city code requirements with fire safety, etc... Not an overly complicated project but it definitely required getting a few different groups approval. Brandon and his team continued to communicate well with us and when there were planning challenges that arose, he stayed on top of it and came up with solutions. I really appreciate a company that doesn't just throw the ball back in your court when these types of things happen. The final product turned out great and we (and our neighbors) are loving our new fence. Thanks GVS team!

We hired this contractor to install a new fence, and the results were excellent from start to finish. The workmanship is top-notch, the lines are straight, and everything feels sturdy and well-built. They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and left the area clean when they were done. Highly recommend if you want a quality fence installed the right way.

Brandon and the GreenView team did a terrific job with our fence replacement. They were very communicative and professional through the entire process. Most importantly, they did an incredible job with our new fence. Highly recommend.

Did a fantastic job on a tough project also involving demolishing a crumbling cement fence. The fence is beautiful, sturdy and for once have privacy. I recommend the upgrades of the steel posts and caps on top for aesthetics. A big thank you to Brandon, Nick , Alan and Raul.

GreenView is incredible.

We needed to demo about 200 feet of 70-year-old rotting fence and construct a new one in its place that looks good and lasts for a generation. GreenView’s quote was highly competitive, they were extremely communicative, they rolled with some pretty last minute changes while on the job site, and (best of all) the end result is exactly what we were hoping for. Reggie, our project lead, was extremely personable and detail-oriented, with impeccable follow-through, and his crew was equally professional - the exact kind of people you hope to find for a project like this. Go with GreenView!

They are friendly and helpful with ideas.

They did an exceptional job for us remodeling two bathrooms. We had a challenging project and they handled everything with great attention to detail, professionalism, and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend working with Culligan Construction!

We had Culligan finish our basement and it was the best decision we ever made! They did a wonderful job. They did what they said they would do and were very professional. All of the employees are wonderful helpful and professional. Jim was a pleasure to work with and we our very satisfied with our basement! Today it is SO hard to find a company you can trust. We were so lucky to have chosen to work with Culligan.

Culligan Construction recently remodeled my kitchen and some other features at my home. This included new cabinets, granite counter tops, refinishing a lot of woodwork and other work. The result is fantastic and I couldn't be happier. It's always it bit concerning when picking out the right cabinets, counter tops, etc. but they helped me out with it and it turned out perfect. Culligan has extensive experience and their design/build process which is invaluable. I have used them for two other remodels and both turned out great. Their team is composed of skilled craftsmen and the owner, Dennis Culligan gives back to the community by his participation in the Arvada Design Review Committee which provides recommendations to decision makers on new construction in Olde Town Arvada. I highly recommend them for any project you are considering

Honestly can't say enough about these guys. They came in right in the middle of 5 bids so we knew they were reasonable in price. Then, they were happy to work with the few special requests that we had, and finally they actually finished on time. I'm not kidding....to the day of when they said. Highly recommended from me and others in the neighborhood.
