Constraction reviews in Arvada, Colorado

We engaged Stonebridge builders in 2021 for a major home renovation in Boulder, CO after consulting with several different construction companies. We liked that the CEO, Chris Tolar, came out to our home on more than one occasion and explained, together with his appointed construction manager, Nick Bojanic, how the project would run. From the bidding process, to completion, Stonebridge were very transparent as to pricing and stuck to the agreed budgets, providing helpful and expert advice on changes where needed and effectively bridged the occasional gap between other professionals involved in the project such as our architect and structural engineer. They also handled a major revision to the project with grace and pragmatism, which we greatly appreciate. Construction work was managed deftly and to a high standard. Our manager Nick had exacting standards and applied them to all the subcontractors as needed to keep the project on track and maintain quality, even after project completion. Stonebridge also managed to get us to a move in date that worked for our family’s needs. I would heartily recommend Stonebridge for residential construction projects!

Stonebridge Builders did an incredible job of remodeling my kitchen, living room and dining room. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to update their kitchen, baths or a complete home renovation. A little time has passed and everything still looks great. Thank you Stonebridge!

Absolutely the greatest experience! Full kitchen and living room remodel. Chris Toller and his company was professional, honest, transparent and they all do exactly what they say. Mike was our project manager. He went above and beyond with every aspect of this project. The office staff was courteous and easy to communicate with on billing. We were on schedule even with a couple hiccups. They offered every possible option to ensure we received the product we wanted. I would definitely highly recommend them plus use them again for future projects!

What a great company, they have done more then I expected, there work is above and beyond, everyone involved has been very polite and you see that everyone cares about there workmanship, we looked around alot and we bowl with a gentleman that works for them and we discussed what we were looking for, we decided to go with Stonebridge Builders. We can't say enough about them, one Happy Customer.

We had Stonebridge finish our basement and it was a great experience. Our project manager Juan was excellent and kept us updated and everything on track. The work was done quickly and at high quality. We were happy to work with them and love our new basement!

I hired Stonebridge Builders to complete the renovation of my basement, and I am extremely pleased with the results. They constructed a beautiful staircase that seamlessly opens into the living area. I requested a fireplace to create a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and watching TV, and it turned out exactly as I envisioned. While I initially planned for two bedrooms, I ultimately decided to convert the space into a dedicated workout area, which has been a great decision. The wet bar is a fantastic addition, eliminating the need to run upstairs for drinks. Additionally, the bathroom looks absolutely stunning, completing the space beautifully.

I've heard so many horror stories of builders and contractors not following through with jobs or doing shoddy work or not sticking to schedules or budgets...well none of this was true with Stonebridge. The whole experience from beginning to end was a pleasure. There was constant communication from the lead (Mike Stonebraker) and he was so meticulous about everything making sure we were satisfied with the job. I highly recommend Stonebridge Builders.

We’ve had the opportunity to work with Stonebridge Builders on numerous projects through our company, The Comfort Crew Heating and Cooling, and they are one of the most organized and professional general contractors we’ve partnered with. Chris, Dave, Robert, Roy, and Chris run a very tight operation and communicate clearly throughout the entire project.

Their team does an excellent job managing timelines, coordinating trades, and maintaining a high level of quality on every job. As a design-build contractor handling complete home renovations and remodeling projects, their attention to detail and project management really stand out.

It’s always a pleasure working alongside a team that is this professional and well organized. Stonebridge Builders is a great choice for anyone planning a full home renovation or major remodeling project.
