5280 has been cleaning our house every other week for the past several months and doing an excellent job. The ladies are always on time, extremely professional, and are spectacular at getting our German Shepherd's hair out of all the nooks and crannies of our house. We highly recommend them.

The ladies are the nicest people and do a great job. They will go out of their way to do things that I need without me asking them to do it. My big and only complaint is that they stuff anything and everything in a grocery bag, a pot, any available container. I know I have a chaotic house, having three small children, but dirty clothes don’t belong in a box that has been filled with papers, books and toys. It’s been discussed many times but hasn’t changed.

I have used this service every week since march 2021 and these ladies are my life savers! Susanna Fernandez is the lady that I Highly recommend! She is always on time and before she leaves she makes sure I'm happy. I work from home now so she is always aware of what I'm doing to ensure she is courteous of her noise levels. If I'm on a call she holds off on the vacuuming till the end of my call. She and her team even work hard around my kids and dogs with grace. My youngest son has special needs and has a tendency to throw food or slobber (sorry I know...TMI) on the walls. Susana cleans my base boards and walls to perfection EVERY TIME. Dust collects easily in my home and Susana cleans my fans and window shades every time! I really could go on and on about just how amazing this company is. They offer daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly options and they work with YOUR budget! they are kind and respectful! I don't trust easily... but Susanna and her crew I would allow to come to my house even if I'm not there! I know that my things with be clean and safe! she truly cleans from top to bottom. to list a few favorites...Under my couch, makes my bed (folds laundry when I get to far behind...as a special request), oven and inside the refrigerator, base boards, and even does MY DISHES when I have some left in the sink! We have used 5280 several times in the past to clean investment properties. They have always done a thorough job. This is the first time we have used them for our personal residence. Their estimate was for 2 people for 2-3 hours. While they were working they called to say they needed 4 hours, for a total of 8 hours. It has never taken anyone more than 5 hours to clean our house in the past.
My wife and I were upset, and we told them to just stop where they were. They said they would like to finish the job to show us the difference between how they clean and how others clean. They said they would only charge for the time they had already spent. We reluctantly agreed.

When we returned home that evening both of us were amazed. Not only did the house look amazing, but they had done so much more than we had come to expect. Our refrigerator was completely cleaned and organized. The house was spotless. They had even cleaned our toaster!

The cost might be a little more than others, but if you want your house really cleaned, they are worth every penny.

Maria Hernandez and Maria C. did a great job deep cleaning our house today. They were very friendly, professional, and hard working. Lately, my work schedule has been very irregular so I have had to reschedule my normal 4-week cleaning schedule often. 5280 has been very flexible and each of the teams who come to clean have been fairly consistent with their level of service. I am very thankful for a house cleaning company that trains and pays their employees well so I know I can rely on consistent service even when my schedule is so inconsistent!

I was thrilled to have Yuri and Leticia come and clean for us. They were amazingly thorough and very efficient. It is so lovely to have a very clean house, especially before the weekend. They also were very accommodating to my work schedule and cleaned in my office around my meetings. They cleaned all the big things and did so many little things that I hadn't even thought of. I really appreciate the great job they did, how professional and friendly they were (even to the dog!), and definitely will have them back!

Today's ends 10 years of service. We are moving.

We started after our second kiddo was born. We usually could stay tidy but cleaning the range alone needed some work. And we kept at it for every 3-4 weeks. We were always at home and very flexible if they needed to move us around because we often called last-minute for shifting about. We truly appreciated their flexibility!

90% of the time, I would come home and feel like I was in a hotel, everything was that tidy, down to the vacuum lines in the couch. Just once a month: totally worth it.

My husband grumbled about prepping for the team; really, for these rates, organize just a little! But after they would leave, and he'd look at the range: yes, good satisfaction.

I thought we were good tippers but found late in the game: at holidays, be generous to the people cleaning the mess you don't want to live with.

The cleaning team did a deep clean in my house yesterday and they did an absolutely outstanding job! They dusted everything, big and small, hand cleaned the trim around every door and window, all the baseboards, and to my delight they even cleaned the dirt in the all of the window tracks! The floors and counter tops glisten, and I so appreciate that they even cleaned the inside of the refrigerator. They tackled too many things to list here, so I'll just say they paid attention to all the nooks and crannies, went the extra mile, and exceeded my expectations!! This was the 1st time I used this cleaning service, and I'll definitely use them again.
