I can't tell you about their quality I can tell you that the owner cut me off while driving and argued that and then cut off another car and argued that he didn't do that even though I watched him do it without a blinker and all he could do was yell and cuss at me.

I would have to agree with Mary, the owner was a real jerk and know it all. He had me in tears after he left my place. NEVER AGAIN!

I appreciate the professionalism of this carpet cleaner. He came into our rental property and informed me that the carpet 95% destroyed by pet waste. He showed me it under the black light and everything and suggested that I should just replace the carpet he didn’t charge me anything.

I was not impressed with customer service. Upon arriving at my house, Paul was grumpy and not giving a friendly vibe. He was upset because he brought the van for carpets even tho we had only discussed having the duct work cleaned. He told me it would cost $150 more than he originally quoted me. He ended up walking out because my neighbor asked a question about him driving on the grass.

We could not be more satisfied with the vent cleaning that Steamrite did. Nick was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained his procedure, took care to protect our home and he has good marketing skills as he reminded us of all the exceptional services that Steamrite has and he did not criticize any competitors at any time. Nick is truly an asset to your team.

I called Streamright to clean up after my pet. I cannot tell you how incredible they were. The stain was removed and you could not even tell that I had pets. They were professional, fast, and even cleaned my area rug for free. I will be using them again and I strongly recommend them to all who need their carpets cleaned.

We had very aged and damaged carpets, they made it look brand new!! Prompt friendly and quality service. Other places tried to scam me on quality of air vent cleaning but they did full service as stated high quality!! You can't go wrong with this company you won't be disappointed great value for high quality results!

Just had Steamrite come to my place and clean out my air ducts. Paul handled everything one hundred percent to satisfaction and was very professional, he was always willing to answer any of my questions and give me reassurance. On top of that, I had an issue to where I couldn't have them do the cleaning during the first scheduled time and to my surprise Paul was willing to come back later in the day and help me out instead of act like I was wasting his time! Needless to say from the moment I placed the call to set up the appointment, to the arrival, and the after product I never experienced dissatisfaction. The air feels so much cleaner and I am confident I will be using Steamrite again in the future!

Steamright provides amazing service. My carpet looks great and smells great after the cleaning. Friendly people and really great service. Would definitely use them again. They were even willing to add on some extra areas to the cleaning I scheduled at the last minute.
