I have been using Steamrite for over 10 years. The products are safe for all of my animals including my birds. We have many pets including three large dogs. Paul keeps my house looking brand new from my carpets, to my floors, furniture, and area rugs. He also does my duct cleaning. Whenever I have had an emergency such as my wash machine backing up into my basement or my dogs bringing mud in all over my couches after a sprinkler head break, he has been there right away. I truly do not know what my house would look like without him.

I have used Steamrite for over 15 years! By far the best carpet cleaning company around. Paul is very professional. I recommend him to all my clients also. They are a 10 star company in my book!

We've been using Steamrite for a year now, and we have always been impressed by the results. As the owners of two large dogs, we've had plenty of companies clean carpets in our different homes, but we always go back to Steamrite. We knew they were different when the first thing Paul did was put on his special glasses to go through the house with his special light to highlight and treat the problem areas in the house. We wondered what he was doing, and he was patient and showed us what he was looking at, and why. He showed a TON of patience, and really wanted us to be informed, and happy.

Paul and Nick have always been on time, and have always done a really, really good job. It's also a plus that they love animals, and we know that they would not let anything harm our little guys. We are going to try their air duct cleaning service the next time they come out since the heater smelled a bit "musty" last winter. If that service is anything like their carpet cleaning service, we will be incredibly happy campers.

Paul did a great job. He worked quickly and uses only the highest quality cleaning materials, including a protectant after cleaning. The black stain on my carpet was removed completely. His laid-back demeanor also made him a pleasure to interact with.

Would love to know why Paul hung up on my husband yesterday (11/18/22) while inquiring about cleaning our carpets and furniture. We can only guess that it was because we mentioned the Valpak coupon we had, and Paul didn't think we were worth it. Paul, you may have wanted to let my husband ask why you can't help us, before abruptly hanging up on him after saying, "I can't help you". We would have been happy to forgo the coupon and pay full price. And my husband was missing a room when you spoke, so it would have been 6 rooms at a larger square footage than originally quoted. You would have made out well with us as a customer. Not a good look for your business.

I own a rental property had to get the carpets cleaned before my next tenant moved in. I called Paul and he got me in quickly! Super professional, very friendly and him and his team did an EXCELLENT job. Highly recommend!

Paul has been cleaning our carpets for years. He just finished cleaning our carpets again, and they look brand new! He takes the time to discuss how to maintain the carpets between cleanings to help them stay cleaner between visits. He always does a fantastic job: prompt, fast, and thorough!

They did a great job on my carpets for a very reasonable price! Plus, I called on a Saturday morning and they were able to arrive by Noon that same day. They were even able to clean my expensive wool area rug in my home without damaging the hardwood floors underneath. Try getting another company to do that! Amazing customer service, quick yet thorough cleaning and they even left me a bottle of stain remover. Can't ask for more! Highly recommend.

Wow! I have used various companies and NEVER have my carpets gotten so clean before. Paul completely explained the process and what I could expect given the pet stains my poor carpets have endured. He exceeded my expectations. Paul is friendly and professional and worked hard wearing a mask the entire time. I will never use another service again and I HIGHLY recommend Steamrite.

Paul did such a great job on the different projects in the house. The shower looks perfect (there was staining in the white grout) and my white couch (that didn't look white) has its color back! He worked diligently and hard on our carpet that needed cleaning ages ago. We have a dog and four kids and we are hard on our house. Paul has been cleaning for us for a long time and my mother before me! Thanks, Steamrite!

Paul and his son did such a thorough job job with my air duct cleaning. They showed me stuff that came out of my air ducts, and they were super professional and honest. Amazing job! Also great guys!

We used Paul/Steamrite for multiple cleaning projects we had delayed for too long.

In a high traffic area, he did a superb carpet cleaning! It's 25+ year old carpet and he was able to take it back in time at LEAST 5 years with his cleaning.

Next, he tackled the grout in a shower in our master that had significant staining. Although he wasn't sure at first, he was able to get it looking brand new!

Last, we had a white sofa. We have 4 kiddos so it wasn't really white anymore... Thankfully, he was able to restore it to it's actual color and now every guest will breath a sign of relief that he did!

I’ve been using Steamrite for over 20 years for carpet and upholstery cleaning. They've removed many stains and odors which has saved me time and money by not having to replace my upholstery or carpet. Steamrite recently cleaned my ducts. They did a more thorough cleaning than the previous company I used. They cleaned the trunk lines, furnace, dryer vent, and outside air conditioner coil. Paul and his son took their time and showed me all the dirt and contaminants missed by the other company. I recommend Steamrite because of their knowledge and high-powered equipment to clean carpet, upholstery, and Air Ducts!

Steamrite was recommended by our realtor on our new build. All I can say is WOW! The amount of dust and debris that came out of our vents on move in day was WILD!! We used Stanley Steamer before on our other home and they didn’t do nearly as much as Steamrite did. Every new build needs this before moving in!!
