John and Jill are incredibly hard workers who did a superb job deep cleaning our home! They were very thorough with asking about our needs and multiple times asked if there was anything else. They both worked non stop during the time they were here and gave me a walkthrough to ensure everything that was asked of was done correctly! Jill even taught me a cool trick to clean the microwave. Both were very appreciative, thorough, and kind. We will definitely ask for their help again!

We were struggling to keep up with the cleaning of our shop office and J&J Property Solutions ended up being the solution we needed. From the initial deep clean to the regular bi-weekly cleaning service, they have come in and done an amazing job. Their rates are perfect for what we need and can afford. These guys are amazing. We utilize their services for our office cleaning needs and I highly recommend them. Johnathan always blows me away, taking care of things I never expected him too do and the initial deep cleaning made the office look brand new. Outstanding experience with this company during a move-out cleaning. As an active duty Soldier I needed a short notice move out cleaning of my off post rental property in the Aurora/Buckley SFB area. I spoke to Jill and she was able to cater to my specific needs and budget, getting a crew out quick. The crew arrived on time and cleaned my home quickly, efficiently and effectively. I was even provided a detailed invoice for my landlord to show professional cleaning services performed. I would highly recommend this service!

I called J&J property solutions on a Saturday when I ran into a problem with my sprinkler system. Jill took my call and referred me to John who runs that side of the business. John had Brian come out the next day (Sunday) and he did most of the work but had to finish on Monday. Everyone was very professional and helped me with my problem in a very timely manner. They don’t usually work Sundays but made my job a priority.
They will get my business from now on.
Jill does cleaning service and I will consider her if I ever need that service. Very ethical company.

These guys came out for en emergency sprinkler repair- even though it was late, he still took his time to take action right away. I could not be so grateful for this company. They are honest and do really great work.

Brian was the most professional and king tech I have had. He explained everything thoroughly and made the experience feel safe and comfortable.

They were able to come out an assess our issue (diaphragm replacement) the same day I called even though it was around 8pm. They came back promptly the following day to fix the issue and only replaced what was absolutely needed. Service was quick and servicer was knowledgeable and friendly. Will use them again!

My fireplace was covering the entire inside with white spot. They cleaned it up and they made it working properly. They even fixed an electrical issue. They also painted the interior of this 20 year old fireplace making it look like new.

Brian was detailed and patient when troubleshooting my outdoor sprinkler leak and we figured out the root cause analysis saving me a lot of money for unnecessary work. He then fixed my sprinklers (making sure all dry spots were accommodated for via rotors, etc.) and now these guys are my Go-To for all things landscaping! Highly recommend!

My gas fireplace had stopped working.
A very pleasant dog-friendly fellow found the problem right away- a wire connection had come loose. After tightening the wire, he thoroughly cleaned the fireplace. I felt that the charge for diagnosis, repair, and cleaning was quite reasonable at $195.

Brion was fabulous! Showed up on the dot at 4PM! Such a nice knowledgeable guy! He really helped us out and really was extremely professional. We will definitely tell others about your services and be calling you again!
