I called J&J to service my gas fireplace. Bryon showed up on time. He was polite and neat. He was able to calmly explain to my wife and I what was involved in the service call. In very little time he was able to address and resolve our fireplace starter issue. I was very happy with Bryon and for all future fireplace issues I will be calling Bryon at J&J.

I would highly recommended J&J to anyone in need of their help and service. We had our fireplace stop working. Whereas other companies never returned my call or were booking a month out, J&J was over in a couple of days.

We felt at ease and comfortable with Bryon, who came out. He knew exactly what the issue was and took care of it immediately. Most importantly, Bryon was honest and took the time to make sure all of our components were safe for our family. I will 100% call on J&J every time for future projects and needs.

Do not waste your money on this company. Had a terrible experience, reached out to the company and never heard a word from them. Total scam.

If there was a (-1) rating, I'd have rated this company as such. What a HORRIBLE experience! My boyfriend bought me a deep cleaning for my 1200 sq ft home, to the tune of $314. I added on $30 to have the inside of my kitchen cabinets cleaned. The crew showed up on time, but after 4 1/2 hours (2 of which we left our home, as to be out of their way), they did NO dusting at all, no sort of deep cleaning, no cleaning of the inside of the cupboards, my windows were all smeared as if they'd been cleaned with dirty water, and the outside of the microwave and dishwasher were dirty! They also dishonestly damaged property and attempted to hide it by throwing it into a trash bag and depositing it into my outside trash cans, as well as broke off curtain rods!! After a prolonged back-and-forth with the company, and a few letters from my lawyer boyfriend, they finally refunded all of our $$ and reimbursed me for my losses. STAY AWAY from this company and its dishonest employees!

Great service. I had a little issues with booking at first but their customer service team was able to quickly fix the problem for me. The day of the cleaning, the maids came 10 minutes early and did a walk through with me of the home. Very friendly and their cleaning products made my friend's home smell great at the end. Would definitely use again. Highlight of my experience was their customer service. Very, very friendly and helpful.

I used this company to clean an Empty House for a client moving out.
The absolute WORST cleaning service I have ever used. I never write reviews but they are so bad the public needs to know. Paid them for deep cleaning and they barely did surface cleaning. Had them back to redeem themselves and they were terrible again but they had no problem charging me 100's of dollars both times. I will never use this company again and I would never refer this company unless you are looking to waste your money and look foolish.

I had the opportunity to meet management today. And they were kind and took time to listen to me and make a connection. And that’s how I feel every time I meet janitorial staff at my apartment building from Integrative Environmental Systems. Angela and her team do an incredible job when it comes to the "cleaning" portion of the job but really, that's something you can find a lot of places. Their flexibility to work with my ever changing schedule, to accommodate any special cleaning requests, and in certain cases, going above and beyond the normal call of duty (feeding and walking my dog) can't be found a lot of other places. I appreciate the job they do and recommend them to all.

This company is amazing and professional. They made sure the job on my move out clean got done right and the whole place looked so much better than when I moved in. Carpets cleaned professionally, to point where I don't think management will have to replace them anymore after my dog, business and myself lived there for couple years. Angela was great to work with in coordinating and made sure job got done in a quick time frame. They were referred by my new building in which they do the main property and many units including my new one now. They treated me like a vip client on my first clean being an individual when I know they have way bigger fish, like my new building the Pullman. Made the end of a stressful move very easy. We've had such a wonderful experience over the last 5+ years with Angela and her staff. In particular, Julie & Mariela are rockstars and always do an incredible job cleaning our home. They are so detail-oriented and take care of things I don't even ask them to do (and I am very picky). Their cleaning services are reasonably priced, and they are flexible in how often and when we want them to come. Not only are they professional and trustworthy, but they are so friendly and warm. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service in the downtown Denver area/surrounding neighborhoods!

I wanted to take a moment to extend a heart felt thank you to Juli and Mariela, sp? I have a premature baby at home, making it challenging to keep up with cleaning. Living in Central Park I thought Central Park Cleaners would be a no brainer but they were @$150 more than Integrative Environmental Systems. The care, presentation, uniformed, and detail work was outstanding. Things you wouldn’t expect them to see and clean, like dog stuff, speaker covers, hidden items, they did. Thank you, you made me feel so much better and looks like it did when we moved in. Thank you again!
