This company has been soliciting us through our website contact pages intended for business leads. This is not a good practice, and for that reason alone, I would not use them.

I would highly recommend Simple, the new ownership truly understands what serving their customers look like and will do their best to satisfy your needs!

This is the cleaning company we have at work. They do just about nothing. I have talked with Donna before about getting on track with them and it has not helped today I came into work to find nothing had been done. A vase was broken and hidden. Donna is very good at making up excuses. We recently decided to go with another company that is better and very comparable in price. They have been picking up the slack these guys leave until our contract with them is done.

I’m so impressed with the new owners and their commitment to excellence, integrity, and an amazing finished product. I’ve used other cleaners in the past and consistently felt underserved. That’s never been a concern with Marty and his crew since he took over. Ask for Marty and thank me later.

SIMPLE Cleaning is really great. They are one of the best long-term partners that help keep our business going. Shout out to Chris who always communicates, and is quick to fix any issue that might arise!

This company has definitely been very good. Especially with me being a first time contractor for them. They are very responsible and professional. I would really recommend this company if you want to grow your business. The best thing is that you don’t need to go and invest lots of money $$$ to get a building from them like other companies do.

We have used Patriot/Simple for a few years at the organization I work at. We have had always had a very positive experience with them! They are thorough at cleaning our offices and have stepped up their cleaning procedures due to COVID-19. What I truly appreciate about them is their excellent communication skills! They ask for feedback regularly and are very easy to get a hold of. They are also affordable for us, which is nice. I highly recommend them!

Rude Jerks . I have a janitorial LLC, logo, experience working with other companies. I've been in trucking the majority of my life but I do have a janitorial llc. I called up to inquire about getting some work from this company and the lady was a complete rude jerk. I would look somewhere else if you were looking to start a janitor business.

They offer excellent service. Great group of people with whom one can work. they are responsible, punctual and respectful.

I called this company a couple months ago about some cleaning for the following week because I was moving, and had to leave a voice mail. They never bothered to return my call. Unprofessional.
