Fantastic job! Oscar and Sandy are incredibly responsive and very friendly and try their best to accommodate your schedule. I received my estimate via email and called to book the appointment to have my carpets cleaned. I needed a deep cleaning due to an old dog who has accidents. Not only did Oscar arrive on time, he called to let me know he'd be early! I received email reminders about my appointment and text messages on the day of letting me know he was on his way and estimated arrival time. When he got there, Oscar got right to work and when he was done our carpets looked and smelled amazing! The other great thing, is the price never changed as it so often does with less reputable carpet cleaning businesses. The price on my quote was the price I paid, no surprises or hidden fees. I was so impressed with the work Oscar did, I'm having him clean my air ducts too! I highly recommend Denver Pros.

Another great experience with Luis at Denver Pros. We are repeat customers after we tried cleaning by ourselves - several episodes of our two elderly cats peeing on our brand new carpet, but the Rug Doctor we rented did not do the whole job. When I called Denver Pros, I got an estimate right away and they had an opening the next day. Luis did a very professional, neat, and fast job with our carpet. He took care of our problem, explained everything he was going to do, and said how long it would take to dry. He was efficient, polite and professional. THANK YOU! The price was very reasonable for the space as well. You can’t compare it to renting a Rug Doctor because that is only as hot as the water in your tap, and Denver Pros has a machine that injects steam and enzymes into the rug and rug pad for way deeper, more consistent cleaning. We will keep the cats out of the basement going forward, but if we do have another issue, we know who to call: Denver Pros!

Oscar and his partner were amazing! I would highly recommend this company to anyone and already have. I will use them every time in the future as well. It's so awesome when you have a contact that you can use every time and not go through all the research to choose someone over and over. These guys are hard workers and did a great job cleaning my carpet. I was also pleasantly surprise when my quote did not change at all! The price they gave me was the final price - no surprises!!! Awesome people and will be calling them again next year!

Oscar and Staff were wonderful to work with. They were accommodating, reasonably priced, and did a thorough job. My dogs had decided to have a pee party in the house last week while I was in the hospital having an emergency c-section, and we were already dealing with the accidents they have had in the past. Denver Pros understood my situation and were able to work within my budget and come out within 2 days of my request. Will definitely use them again.

After looking at the reviews of several companies to clean and polish our hardware floors, we settled on Denver Pros Cleaning Service. Their communication and responsiveness prior to the job was excellent. And the two young men that did the work were extremely professional, courteous, and thorough. We could not be happier with how they brought our floors back to their original beauty. We will refer them for sure, and will definitely use them again in the future.

Oscar and his crew are amazing! They arrived on time, worked very hard and provided excellent results. They cleaned our air vents, dryer vent and carpets. I'm very pleased with the results. I liked that they gave us an up-front quote, sent texts about appointment details and arrival times and were very customers oriented. I will be scheduling them next to do our hardwood floors. I highly recommend Denver Pros. They did quality work for a very reasonable price.

We have used other big name companies in the past for carpet cleaning and while the services have been good, we prefer Denver Pros. Oscar and Sandy are always great to work with. We have medium pile carpeted rooms and stairs so they take a little longer to dry but they always feel clean afterwards. No waxy feeling or residue is left behind and the smell is great - very subtle, not strong at all. We have used them twice now about 9 months apart, and the frequency is only due to having pets & allergies, not because the cleaning doesn’t last. I would highly recommend this company for your carpet cleaning needs.

Oscar and team were fantastic in getting the carpets cleaned. We had four dogs over the time we lived in this house and the carpet showed but Oscar and team made the carpet look as if it's brand new!! We have a new home now but will definitely be looking to use their services again! Thank you!

Derek arrived when scheduled. He professional and knowledgeable. He had the problem diagnosed and corrected in short time. When the roof was replaced they put on a vent with a screen. It was eventually completely blocked. Dryer works fine now.

Denver Pros did such a great job cleaning our carpets and area rug. We also appreciated how efficient and professional they were, while in our home. A big bonus for us was their availability and communication. We will continue to use them in the future - highly recommend!
