Rooftop dryer vent cleaning - Denver Pros were able to beat their scheduled job arrival by an hour. They were friendly and efficient. Oscar was able to give us a quote on another service that we are having done later this month. In all, Denver Pros were great!

Oscar deserves seven out of five stars. He is an absolute professional who truly cares about his business and his customers. Oscar respected our home as if it were his. He is so trustworthy that we left Oscar alone at our home while we ran errands. It was a big job, our home is more than 6,000 sq ft. Oscar returned our carpet to seemingly new quality. He also cleaned our air ducts/vents. We own multiple homes and have worked with many contractors. Oscar is several levels above anyone we have worked with in the past. He represents the old school style of pride in craftsmanship. I've never left a review for a business before. Oscar's work was worth the time to leave a review. It would be a mistake to not hire Denver Pro's for your carpet, air duct job. Thank you, Oscar!

Oscar and Sandy are wonderful to work with. Both are so kind, efficient and very professional. We have now used them twice and they have earned our business for life. Both times we have had our carpets cleaned and this past time we also had our vents and dryer vent cleaned. We are very happy with the results!

They are a SUPER responsive team. I booked a bundle with carpet clean dryer vent clean. Price was fair and transparent. They are very punctual for the appointment. In terms of the actual service, well done and very professional! I will def look for their service again next time!

I had 45 windows to clean. Oscar showed up as scheduled and did a wonderful job. On another occasion I had them out to clean my dryer vent. It’s amazing what came out of that vent!!! Excellent service!

Oscar and his team did a deep clean on my hardwood floors and WOW what a wonderful result! They cleaned, buffed and polished and left the floor looking just like it did when I had them refinished 3 years ago. I am impressed with the level of communication and commitment to the customer. Denver Pros was very responsive when I inquired about carpet cleaning on their website. Booking an appointment was easy and the quote they gave me was more than reasonable. The quote also showed was what covered under that particular price point and what was going to be extra. My appointment was at 8 am, and they were very punctual (which I thoroughly appreciate).

Something else that I find refreshing is they didn't try to upsell me; I told the carpet cleaning specialist, Javier, my concerns about pet stains & odor. Before we went any further, he stated there was an extra fee for pet treatment and asked if that was okay. I loved that! He didn't recommend that I should add all these services and he didn't just add it in without my consent. He gave me a choice and made sure I agreed to the adjusted cost before the work even started. Javier was quick, efficient, and kind. I will definitely go to Denver Pros again and I would highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for their carpets to be cleaned.

The experience was 5 star from start to finish. Getting an estimate was easy and reasonable. Book cleaning was fast and easy too. With updates via email and text messaging was great too. Oscar was great, very professional, friendly and someone who takes great pride in his work. He took his time and even helped my husband move a few of the heavy furniture pieces back. I am so please with how our carpets turned out! They look brand new, and ready for our newest addition!!

Oscar was absolutely wonderful. He always responded quickly, his work and attention to detail was of the highest quality, and he was very amicable. We had him deep clean the carpets on the stairs and second level of our new home. He was prepared and careful to ensure his equipment didn't cause any damage to the house. He charged me the same as the quote, which I had received over the phone. And my biggest praise for him was his commitment to getting the job done. He reached out the morning of our scheduled appointment to say he was at the hospital with his wife. He wouldn't be able to come as early as scheduled. But he knew that my daughter was allergic to the dog of the previous owner and that we HAD to have the carpets cleaned before moving in the next day. So Oscar left the hospital to set up and begin cleaning, ran back to the hospital to discharge his wife and get her home safely, then came back to our house to finish the carpets. I was so impressed and delighted, as I was starting to feel a little desperate. The carpets looked amazing the next day and I am soooo pleased to have used Denver Pros. Five stars!

I was extremely pleased with the quality of Denver Pros work. The team arrived on time and completed the work as they predicted. The quality of the carpet and upholstery cleaning was the best I have ever experienced. I will definitely bring Denver Pros back in the future. They also cleaned my dryer ducts and will use them for future duct cleaning, as well. I highly recommend this business. The woman who scheduled me was very professional and helpful. The tech was on time, he was professional, and personable. I like his he was friendly, polite, and trustworthy. He was honest and open about the pricing and helpful to understand my options. He was clear, concise, and direct in his communication, which I can respect as a businessman.
The service was great. He did a very good job on the carpet, was quick, and I left him at home with my wife during the service and everything was perfect.

I worked with Denver Pros. after finding them via google as a certified google provider. They did excellent work and I would recommend them to anyone here in the Denver area. Specifically:

1. Oscar and team were easy to communicate with. They were punctual with their responses.

2. No surprises. Oscar gave me a quote and that's what I paid for the services.

3. The carpet was obviously in much better condition after they completed the work, and it dried quickly. The quality of the work was what I expected for the cost.

4. Scheduling was easy. Originally, Oscar was going to have to come after usual business hours to help us with the carpets as our timeline was tight. He had no issue working after hours for us. On the day of an appointment cancelled and he was communicative and was able to come earlier and give us even better treatment.

5. Oscar was able to remove an entire cat's worth of hair from the house we purchased. He even shared a picture with us to show how much he found, which was both awe-inspiring and terrifying. We are very glad we paid to have the carpets cleaned on move in.

We moved into the area but the carpets were not cleaned before the original owners left. So We contacted Denver Pros for service based on previous reviews. Oscar was in high demand for his cleaning ability so we ended up waiting a few weeks. The wait was worth it, he took care of the floors, cleaning them to perfection and took care of the spot where our cat had decided to wet in a couple of times before we blocked him out of the area. A day later and everything looks great and the scents neutralized. We are quite happy with everything done and would hire Denver Pros, especially Oscar, again!

Wow! Oscar is fantastic! He is everything you want in a contractor: professional, knowledgable, thorough, personable. A disrespectful tenant left a rental in a disastrous state. Oscar informed me which carpets should not be cleaned because they would never be right and did a great job on those that could be cleaned. He responded to questions thoroughly and even offered additional guidance on all my concerns after he left the property! Great company! I'll definitely be using them again!
