Cesar has done tons of work at our house and business. They have cleaned our home for over 10 years & our office slightly longer.

Also done construction services for a house flip in Arvada that sold at asking.

I paid for 3 hours, and got 3 people for one hour each which is fine except they all left 15 minutes early, for a total of 45 minutes of charged time and no service provided. I would have preferred that they ask me if there were additional tasks they could do or to have just paid for what I got which was 2.25 hours of cleaning instead of 3. They were late also, and didn’t communicate with me. In general, it was just not great and I won’t use them again.

Finding a quality vendor to help our property management company has been tough. That is, until we met Cesar and his team. Not only can they assist with cleaning, they do full service turns to make it easy for us to have one and done vendor. Cesar is incredibly personable and Berenice in the office is great to work with!! Excited to build a great and long lasting partnership with Clean House.

Cesar and his team were so professional, thorough, and efficient. They tackled every corner of my house with precision, leaving it sparkling clean and smelling fresh. Their customer service was exceptional, they we're friendly, accommodating, and attentive to my needs. Highly recommend

They were great! They did an incredibly thorough job. I could hardly believe how much they got done in the short time that they were here. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

I contacted Mr Barriga first as a contractor to help finish renovations to my father's house before listing it for sale. We initially contacted him through his business, Trilogy Multiservice. However we were asked to make the check for the deposit out to Clean House CO, which is the company we seemed to be doing business with from then on (In hind sight this was red flag number one). Both are owned by Mr Barriga. I was told he was licensed and bonded, although I have still not found any contractors license and was never provided a number(red flag number two). We proceeded with many assurances all was being taken care of. During the early stages of work, which seemed to proceed as expected, we agreed to list the house with Mr Barriga as our agent through the Century 21 Dream Home brokerage he is part of. After a rather rushed job to finish work (and get a check), many items were left unfinished such as a roof leak that was not repaired, siding left un-caulked with large gaps, paint touch-up and clean-up not completed to name a few (red flag number three). I ended up finishing the work my self and agreed to a refund of $1500 (less than 10% of the total he charged) for compensation. This matter is still unresolved and is indicative of how this working relationship continued.
Mr Barriga, almost immediately upon listing the house, started asking about seeking an offer from “an investor I know” (red flag number four). We had multiple showings during the Christmas holiday and knew we were at a good price to attract a buyer so we told him we would not be interested in an investors offer for at least a month. Even when in negotiation with a buyer only a couple weeks later Mr Barriga continued to mention “his investor” that would be a back up offer. At one point he said it would be a full price cash offer (once to me and then at a different time to my father) which he later denied saying. After the buyers inspection he was so bold as to ask if he could share their inspection report with “his investor” (red flag number five). Luckily the sale was completed and we did not have to deal with this any further, at least on the real estate end.
It seemed rather apparent Mr Barriga wanted “his investor” to buy the house, and that we were being nudged in that direction. Now I am being told the compensation we agreed on for the renovation work is “tied up in a house he invested in” as reason for non payment. I am now pursuing a small claims lawsuit to settle the matter. This is at least very suspect and unethical behavior and I felt it should be shared.

I paid for four man-hours - two cleaners came and were there for one hour. I have a broken back, so it's important to have the job done right, because I can't supplement it, otherwise I would clean my house myself. They rushed the cleaning and did a clearly rushed job, which is odd, because they had another full hour to do the job right. Several issues arose during the cleaning and after. My shoes were just thrown into my closet, smashing some of my more expensive shoes. My upstairs bathroom sink's drain plug was broken and I had to call someone in to come and replace it as it caused my sink to not be able to drain. My dining room table and areas in the kitchen were never even wiped down. Things were just pushed against and not cleaned on or around certain areas. Honestly, I don't know what I paid for. Not to mention, I never heard back from this company, no check up, or follow up. This was not a good experience by any means.

Aaron recently refinished my hardwood stairs and did a wonderful job! He even came back a week later to check on them and applied another coat of polyurethane.
His prices are reasonable and he’s a very nice guy too! Highly recommend!!

I can emphatically say this company and Aaron have my highest recommendation!! I would give 6 stars if it were allowed.

Aaron came to Castle Rock and worked on pale beige carpets in my father’s house that had never been professionally cleaned - in over 20 years. He removed years of stains including two that I never thought could be removed from a pale carpet: black shoe polish, and wood putty that had melted and run down closet doors and stained every closet entrance. The stains are COMPLETELY GONE!

He also worked in the kitchen on what I thought were yellowish tiles with very dirty grout…. The tiles turned out to be pale taupe, grey and ivory and the grout a pale grey!! The kitchen floor looks brand new! Years of grime are gone!

I can’t say enough good things about his services and work ethic. I have already recommended him to family and friends. And I will definitely be using his services exclusively in the future! Thank you Aaron!!

Never have I been so impressed with a home cleaning service. It’s been hard getting my home for sale with all the nuts and bolts you have to do before you can list it. We had team number 5 come out and clean our home and I’m so impressed! I feel like a hotel guest in my own home! My home is ready for pictures now! Thank you Molly Maid! I highly recommend if you are someone selling your home.

By the way my tub has never been cleaner! It’s sparking white! Thank you again!!!

My team (14) did an amazing job! Plus the service was easy to set up and schedule. For me it was set up and the very next day was my 1st clean! No contracts. Great service!

Candy and Paula were absolutely wonderful and my house is sparkiling. They took their time cleaned baseboards, pictures, walls, etc. I am very impressed with their continued hard work and professionalism.
