In the days where we only leave reviews because we're mad, I want to leave a review to express how HAPPY I have been with this company. I've been with The Cleaning Authority for a few months now and I get my home cleaned bi-weekly by them. After transitioning remote for work it's very important to me that my surroundings are clean! TCA has truly been a life saver! This company genuinely cares about and wants your business. Each crew member takes their time and leaves your home much better then before! I have 2 cats who constantly shed and TCA's industrial vacuums pick up everything!! I was so impressed with how Tavone & Jesus cleaned my home today I felt compelled to share photos. Now yes, the crew are humans and occasionally have forgotten to wipe a mirror once and forgot a spot on a table before, but this entire company takes your business very seriously and will do what they have to in order to not repeat that mistake in the future. Thank you TCA for always doing an awesome job and making my life EASIER & BETTER!!

First cleaning experience with this company. The crew was respectful, polite, and all 3 worked really hard. I was delighted with the result. I work long hours so having a clean house is greatly appreciated! Will definitely keep the service going.

Got a lot of eye rolling from the cleaners as if I wasn't supposed to tell them where to clean. They tend to neglect obvious things. They cleaned the counters but not the island! I ordered their services twice but haven't been blown away either time.

Loved clean house as a one stop shop for my home. I got it painted, bathroom remodeled, and full cleaning all by one company. 10/10

I hired them to clean my moms house. She has never had anyone clean her house before so she was a little hesitant. However, afterward she said the experience was great and she loved it!

VERY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED

I am not happy, this people came and in less than an hour “were done”, I come home and find not even dust right.
Their services or contractors / employees are not doing a good job.
I will notify BBB as well. I bought a discount on Groupon, but that is not an excuse not to do a good job.
I was looking for a janitorial Services to be continuous and unfortunately they won’t be the one!
If I hire someone, I expect for the service to be done and done correctly.
I expect a FULL refund!

2 and a half hours late, mediocre cleaning job. It seemed like they were having a hard day tbh, but like, they left after exactly the 4 hours I paid for and didn't give me the extra time promised to me by the boss person.

Wow! I got a LivingSocial voucher as a gift, and finally was able to use it. Anna & Betty were very friendly and did a fantastic, very thorough job. I think this place is cleaner than it's been since it was built, decades ago. They even did a little decorative arrangement of our potholders on the kitchen counter. :-)

I wish I could give this company less. I am SO disappointed in Groupon for allowing this business to promote on their site. After purchasing I called the company to set up the appointment. Informed them of the type of clean, a move out clean, and proceeded to ask since the deal was 4 man hours of cleaning, what happens if they don't finish? They informed me the people at the home would call and for x$/hr at my discretion they would finish the job.

The day of the assignment they were scheduled to come at 8am. I called the company at 9am when they failed to show. The girl on the phone tells me they'd be there at noon!? When I asked why they were to be 4 hours late with no phone call or the option to reschedule her response was, well do you not want them to come?? Extremely frustrated and able to move the carpet cleaners I had scheduled I waited for noon. They were late to the noon appointment, and show up stating they would only clean the bedrooms. I tried to explain that this was supposed to be a whole house, move-out clean, and at that point the little girl cut me off, got in my face, and proceeded to yell at me about how I could expect them to do all that work (because it is my fault the company apparently did not give her the assignment or the correct assignment). Since I do not stand for that behavior and will not be spoken to like that, especially from a 'business' and especially in my Home, I asked them to leave.

I called the business and asked for the manager. If it were my company and I heard an experience like this, i would be APPALLED! instead the manager was completely aloof and unsympathetic towards the situation, not once was he apologetic, not once did he try to resolve the issue, there was not so much as an attempt to get someone else out as soon as they could. I was just simply astounded and infuriated and decided that they will not see any of my business. Groupon's customer Service was not much better, they will not refund the money, will not allow me to leave a review of service, and still promotes this business today.

STAY AWAY!

Clean House, LLC is not detailed enough in their cleaning abilities for my household. I specifically took "before" photographs of an obvious corner of the kitchen floor where dirt collects and the after cleaning photographs shows that this area wasn't even touched.

I was told that I would get two people for three hours. My husband was home when the cleaners arrived at 10:22 am. He left to run an errand and when he returned home, the cleaners were gone at 12:49pm. That's a half an hour that could of been used to clean the corners of the kitchen floor as I requested in my note. When my husband told me this, I called Clean House, LLC and the receptionist told me that the cleaners arrived at my home at "10:00am and left after 1." Maybe I'm being too literal, but the "three hour" clock should start when they start cleaning and should not include the time the cleaners take to get equipment in and out of the vehicle.

The bathrooms looked and smelled fantastic. There were visible debris left in the crevices of the carpet in the family room that the cleaners vacuumed. The window tracks were cleaned wonderfully. General dusting was completed but obvious dust on a ceiling fan and mantel were left uncleaned.

Clean House, LLC was a recommendation but I would not recommend Clean House, LLC for those of us that are looking for cleaners that stay that pay attention to details while cleaning.

Cesar does great work from handyman services to large jobs. He rebuilt a chimney for me up to code for a great deal and has done many other jobs for us.

Like most of these reviews I bought a living social deal, I am less then satisfied with this company and the job they did, although the 2 cleaners I had were nice, I came home to find that after they requested an additional 30 minutes that I had to pay for additionally, that my house still was not dusted, the fans still had layers of dirt caked on and the hard wood floors had not been cleaned properly. Will not be using them again.

I used this company on a condo about 6 months ago to do a basic monthly clean and they did an amazing job. Then I used them to clean the condo at move out time and not so good. I used them on my new house as a move in, and they did a horrible job. I paid for 3 hours, they called me after the 3 hours and said they needed 3 more hours. I asked them what was done and they couldn't give me that report until Saturday.
They never did get me that report. I went home and absolutely nothing was done. Hardwood floors, blinds, appliances, nothing, and they wanted me to pay for 3more hours?? I will not use them ever again.

I express my highest recommendation on Clean House LLC, I have been consistently impressed by the cleaning service they provider and remodeled in my house they are quality, and professional work super highly recommend.

As a property manager, there is only one cleaning company I use. That company is Clean House. Their cleaners are held to an extremely high standard and will go to great lengths to make my properties sparkle and shine. They will not leave until the job is completed and photos are taken.

Not only are they experts when it comes to cleanings, but they also have expert contractors on staff that do everything interior: painting, carpet replacement, drywall repairs. They just painted the exterior of one of my properties, the quote was half the price of other quotes I received, and it was perfectly done in a timely manner.

I trust this company with my business and anyone looking for simple cleanings to complete remodels should give Clean House a try!!
