This was our third cleaning and the first time I was away from home while the crew came in to clean the house. What a treat it was to return home and find the house clean, the floors shiny and the rooms smelling fresh and clean. It's like the elves came and brought me an early Christmas present. Very satisfied.

We have had our home cleaned by The Cleaning Authority multiple times and each time they exceed all expectations. I can confidently say that they never disappoint. Their attention to detail is remarkable, and their staff is always punctual and polite. The team is very meticulous about returning items to their original placement while making sure everything is thoroughly cleaned. I highly recommend them!

This is our first cleaning and the team did a great job. We have 2 dogs and dog hair is always a problem. After they left, you can't find any dog hair anywhere. They thoroughly vacuumed our sofas and chair.

Horrible service. Attached are pictures from after the second time they came to clean. Both teams did not wear a mask and they did not even move chairs surrounding the dining room table to clean during the DEEP clean. I paid extra for a deep clean and this is unacceptable. Use a different service

We recently started using The Cleaning Authority - Denver East and have been very pleased with the level of service. Martha and Zuleika have done a very nice job on the first 2 initial deep cleans. It's very nice coming home to a clean house!

Avoid Cleaning Authority Denver – Unprofessional and Not Worth the Money

I had high hopes when I signed up for Cleaning Authority in Denver, but my experience was a massive disappointment from start to finish. They lost my trust during the initial A and B cleanings, and things only got worse from there.

First, they completely missed a rescheduled appointment, which was already frustrating. But when they did show up, the cleaning was anything but detailed. My bathrooms and flat surfaces still had visible dust and grime because they barely moved items to clean properly. Instead, they lazily ran a dry cloth around the edges. The showers and toilets (in a house with two teenage kids, no less) looked almost the same as before they arrived—hardly what I would call a professional deep clean.

When I initially signed up, they assured me of a satisfaction guarantee. But when I raised my concerns, they offered a pathetic 10% discount. To put that in perspective: I was charged $185 for what they claimed would be a 2-3 hour cleaning, yet the team spent only one hour in my home and did an awful job. Their so-called "remedy" was giving me $18 back—meaning I still paid $167 for an hour of subpar work.

Bottom line: Cleaning Authority Denver does not stand behind their promises, their service is rushed and ineffective, and their "guarantee" is a joke. If you're looking for reliable, high-quality cleaning, go elsewhere.

Oh, give me a break with this generic, corporate nonsense. You’re "sorry to hear about my dissatisfaction"? How about being sorry for wasting my money and failing to do the job you were paid for?

Let’s set the record straight—yes, I gave feedback, and no, you did NOT make it right. Offering a re-clean means nothing when the first cleaning was so incompetent that I had zero faith in your ability to fix it. And don’t act like I refused the re-clean for no reason—your team already showed me they cut corners and didn’t care, so why would I waste even more of my time?

And let’s talk about this so-called "goodwill gesture." You took $18 off a $185 disaster—a pathetic excuse for compensation. That’s not goodwill, that’s an insult.

Oh, and your "estimated labor hours"? Don’t gaslight me. You sold me on 2-3 hours of cleaning, and your team rushed through my home in ONE hour, barely doing anything. If that’s "fully and accurately communicated," then you’re just admitting to misleading customers.

You didn’t meet my expectations, you didn’t uphold your promises, and you didn’t take real accountability. Instead of this condescending response, you should be fixing your broken service. I’ll be warning everyone to stay far away from your company.

Had a great cleaning today and very happy from the experience. Jewel and Makalya did a fantastic job and fulfilled our expectations. Looking forward to the regular servicing.

Had our third visit from The Cleaning Authority today, and this week’s team managed to get a stain out of the bathtub in our children’s bathroom that has been there since we purchased the house two years ago. We have tried to clean it, using a variety of cleaning agents. We just decided it was a part of the bathtub now. They got it out. Color me very impressed.

I used them for a year and they did a decent job when I had them scheduled for biweekly but every time I asked for an extra clean for a special event like family coming, they always did a terrible job. Leaving bathroom floors untouched, trash in every trashcan, floor not vacuumed, surfaces not wiped down and when I would complain, they would offer to send someone out on a different day but if I'm doing a cleaning to welcome family, I need the cleaning done that day and properly. No offer for additional cleaning at a different time or refunds since I had to finish the cleanings. They did nothing to address my complaints, I even documented with pictures right after the cleanings. Disappointed in the service and customer service at this company. I won't be using them again.

Poor cleaning. No communication. I hired them when I moved to the area to do a move in cleaning. They spent less than an hour on that cleaning and the place was still gross (see picture). So I called to complain and was routed to a call center. Left messages there and eventually got connected with a manager on the phone. They said, "No problem, we'll come back and do it again and won't charge you for the first one."

So they came back and did another 45m "clean," it wasn't any better.

Only now they've billed me for both of them. I've called the call center numerous times, but all they can do is leave a message with the local business, which is always ignored.

It's been a year and I'm still dealing with this, and they still have a key to my home. That makes me feel good.

I used this same franchise in another city and it was great. This one is NOT good and I've wasted hundreds of dollars with them.

REPLY: Automated emails don’t count. I’ve called your office at least 5 times and never had a call back. And by office I mean call center. They take messages, but nothing happens.

FINAL UPDATE: I resolved this with their 'debt' collections agency to clear the account for what I actually owed (not what I was charged for that was not done). I never got my key back or heard from the company.

I will update this review of this gets resolved. For now, your law firm you retained is communicating with me at least.

The one star is for poor communication. We never know when they are going to show up, or how long they are in our home. Multiple times the cleaners have walked into my home while I was feeding my small children.

I’ve tried to speak with them to adjust my schedule and I cannot reach anyone to help. I just wanted my day and cleaning time changed. No one has been able to help me. I have now called 5 times, and they are confused about my requests each time I call. It’s very odd.

The scheduling department and communication team need to help.

Also… this is my “made” bed.

    What is happening?

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Absolutely horrible. Had three people show up for a deep clean and we're still unsure what they did. Was told it was two of the threes' first day and they were being trained, but never saw they actually being trained. The bathroom was covered in hair, the toilet wasn't clean, counters were dirty, floors were dirty, services we paid extra for weren't done. The "walk through at the end of every clean" never happened. This business is an absolute joke. Customer service is atrocious. Like other reviewers, "Kat" yelled at my wife on the phone and went on about "needing to pay her employees" and refused to give a refund.

The cleaners stayed only about one hour if not less. You could tell they only did a surface clean. There was crumbs and leaves on the carpet, they did not do along the sides or did not move anything. It was just a quick surface clean, it was not worth the money I pay

This company does a fantastic job! Martha is great at getting everything cleaned up and is very attention to detail oriented. House looks and smells amazing every time they come by. I look forward to any cleaning week we have scheduled because I know the house will look amazing. Highly recommend!

Brieanna & Desirea did a great job. No suggestions for improvement. We would like to have them (team 3) as our regular cleaning crew.

We've used the Cleaning Authority for years for a monthly clean service, just to keep things in check. I really like the consistency in how the house cleaning is done. I also like that there are always at least two people and they can clean the house in under two hours. Also, all the cleaners are friendly.
