Just had our home cleaned for the first time today and I am beyond satisfied with the work they did! Being 7 1/2 months pregnant, I was very much looking forward to this visit. This was our first time hiring a cleaning service and I think it’s safe to say that our expectations were beyond exceeded. I truly appreciate all of the attention to detail they did around the house- which included cleaning out our oven and refrigerator! They were very friendly, too, and completely comfortable working around our very big and curious Husky-retriever mix and two cats. I’m already looking forward to the next time they’re here!

Merry Maids is an amazing company. They come to my house every two weeks for a regular cleaning and leave my house spotless. They have lifted a weight from my shoulders.

We've been using Merry Maids for over a year. They're really responsive to messages, timely, and the cleanings are great. I really like the new links that show exactly when the ladies will show up at your house. It helps me prepare my dog for visitors!

We had these folks clean for us for many years here in Colorado. They were reliable, thorough, careful and did such a great job. Recently, we moved out of our CO home and had them come for the "Moved Out Cleaning". Again, it was such a relief to see our home all nice and ready for selling.

Great service !! Cleaning teams have been excellent and management team handles all complaints and issue in a timely manner.

I hired Merry Maid Aurora for a Spring Cleaning package at a price of $625 for a ~2100 sq ft house.

The cleaning was very poorly done. They missed multiple, very clearly visible areas of the house. They did not wipe down multiple parts of my counters. They only cleaned part of the stairs. They did not sweep or mop or vacuum multiple large parts of the floor. They missed all of the windows in one room. They did not clean or dust multiple pieces of furniture in multiple rooms. The attention to detail was very poor. The cleaners were unprofessional, loudly complaining about the job and not wanting to finish or work on the next house. They were sitting on the floor on their phone instead of cleaning at times. They were counting down the time since they arrived, rather than finishing the job as was explained to me. I was quoted an estimated 3.5 - 4.5 hour window, (again noting that I was paying for a complete job and not an hourly rate), and they left before 4 hours were up.

I called and complained and they offered to send the same team back, or wait 4 days for someone else. The same team came back and partially cleaned up the stuff they left, but still did not finish all of the things I specifically pointed out nor all of the other stuff they missed the first time. The attached pictures are AFTER THE SECOND visit for a $625 cleaning, and are just a small set of the issues I found.

I contacted the owner and was offered $100 as a refund. I have hired other cleaning services a few times (and will definitely be going back to them), and even for less than this now reduced $525 I have never had such poor service. They offered to come out again, but I do not trust or want this company cleaning my house again so that was the most they offered. I asked for half of my money back but the owner refused, argued with me, and only offered $200. He also boasted that he has no accountability, so don't expect to get anywhere with him when you have an issue.

I highly recommend using another cleaning service.

Absolutely horrendous experience. First of the owner is very rude, yells and is unwilling to work with customers. I had paid $525 for a deep clean(if you could call it that), came home after work and found dead flys still on my office carpet and grease still on cabinets. Absolutely no cabinets were cleaned. Next called to ask for a partial refund and the owner actually accused me of planting dead flys and making up anything that was not cleaned. Offered pictures and he said I probably made those up. After being called a liar I hung up. Whatever you do do not let this business in your home. Terrible terrible business.

I loved my first ever clean the cleaners and office staff made it smooth and were so great with communication about what I want and expect my home was completely cleaned spotless and there was great attention to detail and another chore was taken off my mind I highly recommend this cleaning service I will be utilizing this service again

Xiomara and Estela showed up on time and did an amazing job cleaning my home today! I am rather particular and was so impressed with their work that I have requested they be our cleaning crew regularly. Ed is also great at making sure we are satisfied. After trying a few cleaning services, I am thankful we have found one that strives to meet our expectations.

Gaby and Xiomara were super. They were so efficient, working non-stop the whole time and so thorough.They were friendly and answered all my questions, responded to all my requests.I felt very comfortable having them in my home.

We started with the Cleaning Authority several years ago after realizing our previous cleaners were being mean to our dogs. All of the Cleaning Authority staff has been nice to our pups which is the most important thing to us. After our first cleaning, the Cleaning Authority lowered our bill (unheard of!). The office staff is very accommodating with schedule changes and addressing any concerns. In general I would rate our cleanings as an 8 out of 10 but this week Martha and Zuleika were a 10!

Tyler and Alisha were fantastic today! I’ve just had knee surgery and my husband is having a reaction to some medication. This is what they walked into today! They were very kind and we felt so glad to have them here. Thank you Tyler and Alisha!
