I’ve used Cleaning Authority for a couple of months now, and am impressed with their service and overall quality. Any issues I have had have been addressed very quickly, and I really appreciate the managements attention and communication. Yesterday I had my house cleaned by Xiomara and Gaby and was very pleased with their work. I came home from a long day at work; and thoroughly enjoyed just being able to relax with my family knowing my house was cleaned to my high standards. I really noticed their attention to detail, and very glad I hired this company. Thank you!!

The crew did a great job. Aereka, Chris, Alyssa, Elysia did great. Our home looks great. We are happy.

Cleaning Authority has always done a great job cleaning our house! The app works great to let us know when the team is coming and they have a manager to come through periodically to check that everything was done well! Thanks, team!

Oh my God this company is the worst cleaning company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Oh sure they come out and send their best seasoned people for the first two cleanings, which gives you a confident feeling. Great.

Then they start sending worse and worse crews, who rush through the work, don't do anything that's promised in the quote. The last girl was banging into my walls with her swifter mop like she was remodeling my house, apparently that was supposed to be considered mopping my wood floors.
However that isn't what got them fired. They absolutely have no concern about your time and how valuable it is.

They don't tell you when they're coming until the day of, on their extremely antiquated app.

Last month they completely blew me off. No compensation whatsoever for my time wasted.

Yesterday, I had a friend in the hospital and I couldn't give her a for sure time when I could come see her until the day of, because I had to wait to see what the app would tell me was the time frame the cleaners would show.

Which, I had complained about to the owner the previous month, when I finally called him at 5:00 p.m. and no cleaners had shown, nor was my app showing a time, and only then did he tell me, "oops there was nobody to come today."🤨

So yesterday, when my phone showed their arrival time between 4:00 and 5:30 p.m. I made arrangements to go see my friend, and just when I got there and said hello, some rude guy calls me and tells me the cleaning people are outside my house at 1:00, ready to clean, to which I explained to him, I was not home and if they were not there between 4:00-5:30 as scheduled, they were fired.

He couldn't care less again. I don't know if that was the owner or just some snotty kid who answers the phone, but they just lost a good customer because I always tipped well and I always left good reviews, even though the work was becoming more subpar every month. Still, I was trying to work with the very young cleaners themselves rather than leave a bad review.🙄

So the owner or whoever took the call yesterday, who was so rude about their own mess up, and their own lack of standards in scheduling... just lost them another customer, as if you read the reviews, I'm not the only one to complain...

In fact I hope this review costs them another one. I am warning you... Spare yourself the bad experience.

Unless you're only going to use them for two cleans maybe then, with their win you over crew, that is pretty darn good I admit, but they charge you more for that anyway so I would say find another company all together if you live in East Denver. These people suck!!!!

Being a business owner myself and understanding customer service, I am very careful when I leave a review. They've earned this one, trust me. 💋

We get our house cleaned every 4 weeks and every team of cleaning specialists have been great to work with. Martha had been our sole cleaner the last 3 months and she has done an incredible job every time.

So thrilled to have found The Cleaning Authority! My home is spotless and the attention to detail is excellent!

I’ve only had two home cleanings so far but I gotta say, this service is already worth it! The two very nice ladies who came out today even polished my decorations and cleaned the dog shnogs off the glass door. Surfaces, floors, bathrooms are all spotless, it’s great!
I would get so behind on cleaning between grocery shopping, cooking, dishes, laundry, pets, school work, projects and it really does affect my mood in a positive way to live and work in clean, tidy spaces. Improves my motivation to work out too.
Their app also makes it easy to remind myself of scheduled cleanings as well pay or tip my cleaners. I’m very happy with The Cleaning Authority and hope to be able to keep them on for a good while.

We used the cleaning authority a handful of times and we do not recommend. We had issues every time after the initial clean.

At each clean, they give you a list of what will be done, but yet there would be at least 5 deep cleaning things not touched. Because of this, we shared the problems and we were given a complimentary clean. We were promised the same first team (since they did a great job) for this complimentary clean, but that didn’t happen.

There were multiple instances of the owner’s son over promising and under delivering.

If you’re looking for a general tidy, this company is sufficient. But if you’re looking for a CLEAN with attention to detail where you can really take cleaning off your plate, I’d look elsewhere.

The team today did a great job. Very efficient and thorough. I was able to be at home to greet the ladies today. They were very pleasant and did a great job on my bathroom. They cleaned my home thoroughly and efficiently. Looking forward to my next cleaning.

My cleaner was alone for her helper had car trouble. She did a great job and it is a BIG job. She was fast and pleasant and I am glad to have her week after week. Susan

We've been using Cleaning Authority for the past three months and have been very satisfied so far. We appreciate their scheduling flexibility, as well as the attention to detail while cleaning. We typically get two cleaners at a time so all of the work is done in a timely manner. Communication is excellent as well. With the use of their app we get reminders of our scheduled cleanings and reminders when our cleaners are on their way to our home. Today Tyler and Elysia cleaned our home and it looks and smells beautiful...Thank you!

I have been using this company for about 4 months now, and it has been mostly good with a few cleanings that weren't quite up to my expectation. However, I must say that when they do it right, it is an amazing service. The crew that I had today was professional, efficient, did a thorough cleaning, and didn't forget the little details that sets this team apart. After an experience like today, I am giddy for my next cleaning appointments. Much appreciated!

This is the best cleaning service company I've found. They are extremely reliable, responsive, trustworthy, meticulous, and do an amazing clean for an insanely good price. The quality of customer service is also incredible. I love the ease of the app as well where you can easily schedule and pay for services. It makes it everything about this service effortless. Finally, I love that they use all pet-friendly and scent-free cleaning products. That's a HUGE plus.

Also, I'd like to give a special shout out to the teams that cleaned my place on 1/17 and 1/22. They were both very cordial, timely and did an amazing job.

Second visit was the same great cleaning that the first time had been. These ladies were so awesome...and great at their job!

Our third visit resulted in the same outstanding service we received previously, and I can now definitively state that this is should be the first people you call to handle any cleaning needs you have!

As always, these two ladies get it done!! My apartment always feels fresher and lighter when I walk in, putting me in an excellent mood. The cleaning on 5/5/23 may have been the best yet. They even vacuumed my front door mat. My place feels great!!

Zulaka and Marta from the Cleaning Authority Denver East did a great job cleaning my home today. It smells so good and is sparkling clean. I especially appreciate the lovely touches of ornaments created with the paper towels and toilet paper. How adorable! I hope to see the two of them back next time!

Very good initial results for the first clean. Minor issues were quickly addressed by a manager inspection shortly after the cleaning was completed. Looking forward to a continuing relationship woth this company.

EDIT: I left a five star review after my first clean with TCA but sadly I must amend it because the first clean was by far the best. It was all downhill after that. I had numerous issues in the short time I used The Cleaning Authority:

1) They told me there would be no issues with my large dog (who can be intimidating but is not aggressive) only for multiple cleans to be disrupted because the maids were scared of my dog (I was not home). One time the cleaning crew just left my house and did not even tell the company they left. It was not until I called TCA that they even knew their people had left! The result? I had to rush clean the main level because people were coming over that very night. TCA did not offer a discount or refund of any kind.

2) Inconsistent cleans. Sometimes they make the bed, sometimes they don't. Sometimes they dust the coffee table in the living room, sometimes they don't, and so on.

3) Different people every time. I don't love having different cleaners in my house every time. This also makes point 1 worse because the dog never gets to learn "these are the cleaning ladies that show up every so often". I would prefer to have the same crew most of the time (which is what I was promised). I am often not home when the cleaning ladies are there and I would feel more comfortable if it wasn't different people every time.

4) Missing/Moved Stuff. After the last clean, the trashcan in the master bath went missing (super weird), and a nice pen I had IN A CASE on the dresser somehow ended up out of its case and on the floor next to my nightstand on the opposite side of the room. The case was put back like I wouldn't notice. It is like someone tried to pocket the pen but it fell out of their pocket. I am also missing $40 in cash after one of the cleans, although I cannot prove they took it.

Despite my many issues in only a couple months worth of cleans, TCA never once offered a refund or discount. They simply apologized and promised to do better, but the promises were empty. The only people I would recommend TCA to are my enemies.

They will damage your house and then ghost you. I work from home, so I would hear all the banging, scraping, and dropping noises each team would make for several hours while they cleaned. They cleaned here 3 or 4 times, and left my home with scratches on the brand new wood floors, large dings in the freshly painted baseboards, and dirty piles of MY nice kitchen cloths on the counter. They promised to send someone to fix the damage, but after that promise, no text, call, or email of mine has ever been returned. Save yourself the hassle and call Blue Bucket Cleaning; they do a much more careful job!
