Mrs. Shandz is wonderful. She and her team are on time and professional and kind. If you’d like a quick general surface level clean this is the business for you.

Be aware deeper cleaning and attention to detail is not their priority. They are not working off a a high standard. If you’re already a clean/tidy person this is not the service for you. When asked for a deeper cleaning specifically they did not meet this expectation and felt like a waste of time and money.

Edit: I’d like to address the owner’s recent comment. There are several important takeaways regarding this business. The so-called “contract” provided is vague and misleading (see attached). Additionally, attempts at unprofessional behavior—such as defaming a customer or offering fabricated excuses—should be noted. Despite my efforts, there was no response to my personal message or any attempt to address my concern. Nothing was communicated to me during the cleaning. When I on one single occasion voiced reasonable requests or clarifications during the cleaning, the team appeared overwhelmed, rushed, and later used these interactions against me even though the requests were consistent with the terms outlined in their own “contract.”

I hired Shands Cleaning Services for a second time, and was even more impressed than the initial cleaning. Amazing, detailed work… thanks again! Highly recommended!

Angela Shands did a wonderful job with our apartment! We moved out and the place needed a good deep clean. She was also very good with communication. She was on top of our appointment and she responded to any questions I had quickly and was very friendly. They did a great job cleaning the apartment and I got my security deposit back. I highly recommend using Shands!

Called Andy at Timeless Landscape from a mailer. Must be called timeless because they will waste your time. Set up an appointment for a bid and he never showed up. After calling him, he said he had “mechanical problems”. I get it, things happen. Set up for the following day, and another no show. Called him and no apology, no follow through, and was him up on. Couldn’t imagine doing business with this guy.

If you want as little help as possible, and 0 customer service, this is the place to get it. Apparently doing your job and helping someone purchase a grill is too much. Apparently finding someone to help us since they don’t want to, is too much. I guess this is how this Walmart works because automotive center is no better

Horrible customer service had a bad experience at return desk because employee didn't want to help me with a return.

Good place to get home improvement items and ideas. In the spring and summer they have a good selection of plants.

Although this isn't my go-to for garden supplies, they do have a well manicured selection with generally healthy looking plants. I always seem to get at least 1 thing at an amazing discount from this location also. Employees are always friendly and very helpful here!

I have done my whole back yard with the expertise of this Home Depot Garden Center. They have never steered me wrong. Limited plants and trees, but what they do have is awesome. Been coming to this store for 12 years now and we have been happy each time. They have always been willing to help or assist.

Awesome company to do business with ! Originally had me on the schedule for a certain date that I ended up having a BBQ on and was able to schedule me sooner ! Came over to aerate my lawn and was super polite and got it done on a very timely manner! Will definitely being using yard smart llc again, highly recommend.
