I am in a phase of life where I’d like to be good at plants and I’m willing to put in the work to do so. My partner and I swung by O’Toole’s this weekend to pickup a few houseplants for our recently renovated basement. We were looking for plants that were beautiful to look at, but also not too high maintenance as we will surely make some mistakes when it comes to caring for the plants. An associate helped us find some perfect plants! She patiently showed us many options, and gave us care instructions for each. Our new plants look great, and we feel equipped to care for them. Grateful for her assistance!

Highly recommend! Amazing selection, good pricing, and incredibly helpful staff. James and Sam were fantastic at pointing me to exactly what I was looking for and also give me tips to ensure my flowers bloom all season. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. Check out was seamless and everyone was so friendly. My new favorite place to shop for flowers!

They still have lots e lots beautiful flowers 🌺. And plants. And pots. And everything to make your house or yard nice.

Average selection of grasses and trees, helpful staff, GREAT prices! Does have GREAT selection of herbs and vegetables.

Be sure to look for the prairie dogs…between the service road and the highway! Super cute!!

This is absolutely the best nursery around. I am so sad that they had to close the South store we drove all the way up from Highlands Ranch to Broomfield and we're rewarded with a wonderful spruce and a good price and gorgeous other plants in wonderful shape and reasonably priced. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Best place to get your Christmas tree! This is the only place I’ve found a tree that lasts until New Year’s Day.

We stopped in for a few perennials and annuals and Jess really helped us out picking a great combination. We're looking forward to enjoying them!

The guy at the register was friendly. We went in looking for large bales of soil, and were surprised to learn that they don't carry anything other than regular sized bags. We needed a decent amount to fill some garden boxes, so ended up going elsewhere. Kind of a bummer.

We recently moved from suburban Chicago to Broomfield and we desperately needed to find a good Garden Center/Nursery. Two months ago, 3 of our neighbors all suggested we visit O'Toole's in Westminster. As soon as we arrived, **Julie** welcomed us with her infectious smile and personality. And before we knew it, we had loaded up the car with 4 juniper trees, 1 peach tree, bags of special planting soil, various plants, flowers, and mulch. Since that visit (and purchase), all our plantings are THRIVING. That is because O'Toole's has QUALITY products. And, Julie was simply fantastic, too! We found that true with 2 of her other colleagues as well. If you want GOOD SERVICE, GREAT PEOPLE, **FANTASTIC SELECTION** of quality plants/trees/flowers of all kinds . . . and have a PLEASANT experience with knowledgeable people.... go to O'Toole's and look up Julie or any of her colleagues! Ignorance and stupidity are ugly symptoms of an uninformed, Westminster citizen. Fortunately, we have an O’Tooles here to guide us with accurate information and helpful suggestions.

Came here and Alyssa was an amazing help! She knows so much about houseplants and was able to answer all of my grandmas questions!

We love getting our Christmas tree at O’Toole’s! They have the best selection and are super friendly.

I’m deeply disappointed with my experience at O'Toole's.

I purchased a prayer plant that turned out to be infested with soil-dwelling caterpillars or larvae. I discovered this shortly after bringing it home and immediately called the store with my concern. They told me it was a sign of healthy soil. While I understand that earthworms can be beneficial, caterpillars are not; they’re pests. After researching for over an hour, I confirmed these larvae can damage plants and potentially lead to a moth infestation, which is the last thing I want in my home.

When I called back to explain that this is not acceptable and not a sign of healthy soil, they refused to offer a refund or replacement unless I physically drove back to the store, an hour away.

Now I’m left dealing with a pest risk in my home, sanitizing everything, and either nursing a stressed plant back to health or letting it die. All because this store didn’t do basic quality control on their soil or stock.

If you care about bringing safe, healthy plants into your home and not dealing with the emotional and physical labor of pest removal, I strongly urge you to reconsider shopping here.

This experience was stressful, costly, and entirely avoidable. I expected better.

Still under a little remodel but will always be the wifes goto place for flowers.excellent and wide variety of plants and some very helpful employees

O'toole's is extremely out of touch with their prices. To go Echter's or Lowe's instead, they have 10x the plants at 1/4 the cost.

I had such a wonderful experience! I am new to the plant community and Catherine (assistant manager) is AMAZING!! She took a generous amount of time to educate me on the basics and helped me pick out the best houseplants that are a great option for beginners. She is extremely knowledgeable and such a ray of sunshine ☀️ I highly recommend the Westminster location as Catherine, as well as the other staff, go way above and beyond. Thank you again, Catherine!

I stopped in on 12/02/26 looking for a spider plant. Alyssa assisted me and answered all my questions. Awesome experience.

As soon as we walked in, Ryan greeted us with a big smile and asked us if we needed any help. Then Mike helped us pick out flowers for two large pots. He was very knowledgeable, super friendly, and had a good eye for creating a lovely arrangement. I'd never been to O'Toole's before and the customer service was above and beyond. I'll never shop at Home Depot again!
