During the cold front a few weeks ago, my heater suffered some major issues and it made it so our house was in the low 50s! I spoke with kyle i believe and he diagnosed the issue, got the part we needed and fixed it in a matter of hours. His prices for the labor and quick fix were more then fair and we owe him a lot of gratitude for not only coming out in the cold, but making sure he didnt leave until he knew the issue was resolved. Kraemer Mechanical installed a new heat pump/AC and air handler for my townhouse after our old one died. Communication was prompt and easy (I was able to email them photos of the old unit to get an estimate, which was so much faster than the traditional in-person visit). Turnaround time was fast, especially given the shortages. When one of the items was delayed unexpectedly, they did everything in their power to quickly get that item delivered, and even moved their schedule around to install it and to make sure we had heat before the first snow of the season. Very professional, reliable, and considerate people, and I would be happy to work with them again for any future HVAC or related needs.
