After the hottest day of the year, I was needing system maintenance done on our RTU as it could not keep up at our restaurant. I reached out to Kyle yesterday afternoon and he was able to come out first thing today. He and Terry showed up right when they said they would. They were able to go over our unit and see that our issue was not directly related to the RTU and did not try and scam us like many other HVAC companies do with older units. We used another company last year that told us that the unit needed to be replaced, so this was great knowing Kyle is not trying to sell us something we do not need. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new HVAC company due to over charges and false diagnostics.

The best service ever!!! I bought a home a couple years back and the our ac wasn't working we had no one who could come look at for less than 600 dollars in a week or so, but his team was here in two hours and had the air blowing cold for the old man and old doggo!

Kyle truly saved the day! We discovered a BAD leak in a bathroom ceiling (water pouring through a light fixture kind of bad) on a Sunday and no emergency plumbers were available. Our neighbors were having their bathroom remodeled so I asked for them to pass my info on to their plumber as a last ditch effort. Even though Kyle was out of town, he called me within just a few minutes and said he'd be there first thing in the morning. He was able to quickly assess and fix the leak. Would 100% recommend!!! Our neighbors also continue to rave about how great he is to work with on their remodel project.

Kyle is the BEST! I had a cold air return that had been cut off from a previous remodel from the original owner of the house. While I was doing a new remodel I wanted to reconnect the cold air return to the new system. However it wasn't just straight forward and easy. I tried for weeks to solve the problem with no solution. Kyle came out and solved the problem within a few minutes and was able to reconnect the return back into the system AND made it more efficient. I will be using Kyle for all of my HVAC needs in the future. He tells you how it is and doesn't try and up sell you on things you don't need like the other HVAC companies do. Definitely hire Kyle if you need HVAC services.

Kyle and his team exceeded my expectations. They were professional and courteous. I needed to replace my old furnace and decided to add central AC to my home. Kyle came out in a timely manner and gave us the best quote. Kyle had excellent communication about when and how the work would be completed. The work was done quickly without any complications. I had a heat pump installed and the installation went so very smoothly.
Brent,Jacob, and Alex were very curiosity, efficient, knowledgeable, and very respectful,I can't say enough about these installers,cleaning up immediately wearing there foot coverings on every in and out of my home.Diffinetly recommend !!!

We've been using Kappler for many years now and are very pleased with the products that we've had installed and delighted with the ongoing service we receive from their exceptional staff.

Kappler has really gone down in quality of their service. I have been a regular customer and purchased 2 full furnace and A/C units for 2 different properties through Kappler. In addition I have paid multiple years for their Gold Service with 24 hour priority service. We had them come over a week ago to do a checkup. It was noted that there was a leak but the tech said they needed to check with the office before they could do the repair. We waited a week but got no reply. Today the A/C stopped cooling, so we called for the 24 hour priority service, (which they should have fixed last week). They gave us the run around and after repeated calls today without a strait answer, they finally sent an email saying they can come in 3.5 weeks! So much for paying for priority service. Now we have to pay someone else to come look at the same problem.

We've been using Kappler for all our HVAC needs from purchases to maintenance, and repairs for at least 15 years. They've consistently been professional, clean, thorough, and have always been responsive when we need them. This last visit was because our AC stopped working properly. They were able to get us on their schedule in 2 days. The tech, Ruben, was awesome. Explained everything that needed to be done, and now our AC is working great! A great relief for the stretch of mid-90 high temperatures we're currently experiencing. We recommend them wholeheartedly.
