Ruben did my yearly maintenance/inspection on my heat pump and min-split systems. Did a great job and documented all results (approx. 18 photos). Friendly and doesn't mind answering questions.

Alex, Justin, Beck, and Noah all worked together to do an excellent job of installing a tankless water heater for us. They were prompt, efficient, professional, and courteous, and they also did a great job of protecting our floors and cleaning up after the installation was complete. Also, Brent, who met with us initially to discuss tankless water heaters and to give us an estimate is wonderful to work with and made us confident that we had made the best choice. We highly recommend Kappler Mechanical!

The team (Beck, Adrian, Eric, Logan and maybe one or two that I did not meet) that installed our heat pump did an excellent job. Their communication of the work was clear, concise and always left room for questions. They checked in at the start and end of each day to keep us informed. They were respectful of our house and pets and finished within the time frame contained in the bid.

The electrician Nate was courteous, professional, and he got the job done. He even helped move some heavy furniture around! I chose this company because it is veteran-owned. Glad I did, would recommend for any job.

Very happy with Kappler Mechanical. From the first time I contacted them to the post-installation inspection, they have been responsive and helpful.

I reached out to several HVAC contractors with quote requests, but Kappler Mechanical was the one that scheduled me for an actual walkthrough and provided a thorough and detailed quote with comparison options. The person answered all my questions and discussed the details of the various options, pros and cons, etc. I had already researched the field and knew their quotes were in line with what the prices were in the market.

They did all the rebate stuff for me, their quote was transparrent, and their financing options were helpful.

Installation went great. Everyone was very professional, explained everything to me very well and I knew exactly what was going on. They cleaned up after themselves, walked me through everything they installed, and answered all my questions (and I had a lot!).

So far the system has been running great, Kappler Mechanical reached out to schedule their follow-up inspection. The units came with warranties and Kappler provides an extended warranty on some of their work (at least they did for my stuff).

Very happy with their work and their responsiveness! Everyone, from the in-house person coordinating everything and the person looking at my home to provide a quote to all the people who did the installation, everyone was great!

Ruben was excellent! Very high quality and did an excellent job explaining his work. He really seems to know his stuff. I got his card so I could request him in the future. I opted for a two visit plan so he can check out the furnace in the fall.

I can’t imagine going anywhere else in the future. The whole company seemed like they knew what they were doing. But, the best part was working with Ruben. He has a great personality and is very professional. I knew what he was doing as he went through the procedure for me. Let put it this way. Should I ever need assistance again, I will request Ruben, hands-down. Delightful human being in every regard. Kudos to the company as well as Ruben. He is definitely a keeper!

Travis Lim from Kappler repaired the humidifier and taught us how to use the new Humidistat. We really like Kappler for their consistent service quality, responsiveness (same day appointment!) and fair pricing. And the technicians including Travis take the time to educate us on how the equipment is supposed to operate.

Kappler went above and beyond with professionalism, logistics, and everything possible. They came highly recommended. From start to finish for our split units, everything was coordinated in a timely manner and explained in detailed with rebates, tax credits and warranties. Install didn’t take too long and the overall experience with the install team was so professional.

Kappler has been top notch since the beginning of our services with this company. They offer great products and provide excellent service to match! We had several mini split systems installed in our older property and we feel we got a good value.
Today, we had some maintenance completed which required a gate to be opened (I totally forgot I had opened it) and Travis came back to remind me about the gate. I have two small dogs, so this was a very meaningful reminder.

Kappler sent Travis over very quickly when a power surge took out our HVAC systems. He did a great job and got us safely running the same day.

Adrian installed a new AprilAir 720 Humidifier on the air handler of our furnace. Nice clean installation. We needed a larger humidifier for the house after the basement was finished out. I have used Kappler Mechanical for our split AC/heat-pump as well. Another job well done. I would recommend Kappler Mechanical for all your HVAC needs.

I've had then clean my outside AC unit last summer. They suggested a Silver service as my heating system was 15 years with out service. They came out for the furnace check. Checked operation and cleaned a number of parts and a drain valve I did not know about valve I did knot now about. They few times they been out always the professionals.

Incredibly positive experience with Kappler Mechanical Heating and Air conditioning. Brent Monnin provided a comprehensive recommendation for mitigating the noise level of our current HVAC system with new quieter units, zoning and additional ductwork. The installation crew - notably Alex and Noah - were punctual, courteous, competent, professional and knowledgeable. They provided clear communication throughout the whole process and instilled confidence. All of our interactions with employees of this company demonstrated what delightful people they are and their positive esprit de corps, and we are more than happy with our new system.

Our heating system was down since two days ago. Then, I called the office and very kindly arranged a serviceman dispatch next day. The repair person, Rubin Lemus, was so kind us to explain us trobles. thanks enough, he carries a repair part and fixed within a hour. very much appreciated. no more freezing night.

Can't say enough about Kappler Mechanical. Brent spent 2 hours helping me figure out the best set up for my 114 year old ductless house. The install of the Mitsubishi 3 ton 4 zone mini-split system was not an easy task but these guys worked like a fine oiled machine. Always surprises when dealing with a very old home and the Kappler team defiantly ran into a couple but nothing they couldn't engineer their way through. All the install technicians were courteous and very professional. They kept me updated on the progress and answered all my questions along the way.

Very pleased with the final product. The attention to detail and quality of work is apparent in the few pictures I'll post here. It's a pleasure to find a company that takes pride in their work and I can't recommend them highly enough!
