Collin Dickerson is always professional and courteous, our access to our backyard is tricky with trees and a gate to make sure the dog doesn't run out, Collin does a great job of making sure everything is put back in correctly and also gets our entire yard and the hard to reach places!

Tech came to the door. Introduced himself, explained the service and asked if there was anything he needed to know before he started. Nice polite guy.

And his report he said he got all the trees, but did not mention a thing about the shrubs which is supposed to be part of the deal so I’m a little upset with this if he didn’t do the shrubs. Can you follow up on this or give me his number and I’ll follow up on it because that’s what I pay for.

Cannot comment on effectiveness of the application yet.

Regarding Linwood’s work, all I can say is it was the FASTEST application we ever received from the company. My wife and I both noted he rang the doorbell and was gone very quickly. Hopefully the job was done right.

Shout out to Rob for his service visit this week. He was conscientious of our property while he did his work (put up/down rain downspout, gates closed, rocks put back into borders). Good customer service. All trees serviced. Brief conversation. No issues.

We had our lawn aerated as part of our annual service with Senske. Daniel, our service technician, was great! He took the extra time to ensure our sprinklers were marked, even though we weren’t home at the time. He was super helpful and pleasant, and even asked if we had any other questions about our lawn.

Should be zero stars. I live in Idaho we moved to a new house 1 mile down road, called multiple times to get them to come out, they went to old address and I called right before sprayed said why are you guy so confused we moved. again gave new address in Idaho, they said we got it we will come Monday. Monday they never came or called. Tuesday they sprayed house with same street address a house in Colorado. I have called 5 times each time they said we will take care of it. Charge was pending when I called they could have easily cancel charge, didn’t happen. Had to dispute charge through my bank. This company is a joke. Reporting to better business bureau.

We have been using Senske for several years. Our lawn is best in the block every summer. Starts in early with a dandelion free lawn, and green healthy lawn the remainder of the summer. Our technician Daniel Faser applied our early cold weather fertilizer today. He always calls ahead, checks in before he starts, and goes beyond to ensure all the lawn is covered. Very courteous, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Senske Services for your lawn care.

Nice selection but I must have come in a bad day. It was not even busy today. Each one from the floor, to cashiers, to the staff in the Xmas tree section ignored us. They were taking to each other though. I felt like the staff went out of their way to avoid and ignore us except when we were in the parking lot when a staff said goodbye. I rather go to Walmart garden section next time.

I shop often at Tagawa and love their flowers (tho they are a bit pricey). However, I purchased a Linden tree and it is dying. I took a picture of it within the warranty period to customer service and was told they don't accept pictures, I would have to bring the tree back. No glance at the picture to maybe even see if there is a way to save it...they don't accept pictures. I am a 70 year old woman that paid to have the tree delivered and planted because I have no means of doing it and now they think I can dig it up or cut it down on my own to return it. So, basically, they do not guarantee their trees. I will shop for trees and bushes elsewhere from now on.

This place has everything!! Wow what a selection and a very knowledgeable staff. I would give this place 5 stars but it is very pricy $$$$. But, you have to think about the selection available. I did see the same thing we bought at home depot for $30 (home depot) for $70 at Tagawa. I did just see they have a 45 day return policy so you can purchase and plant with confidence. HOWEVER, home depot has a return policy on shrubs and perennials for 1 year. Maybe the plants are cared for better, soil etc.. but seems like a large price difference. So let's say this, they have stuff for everyone and you will learn something for sure. Quality and selection is off the charts. So take my review as you see fit, but don't go here expecting to get home depot / lowes prices

I Would like to give a special thanks to Ms. Jen for having such a warm conversation and knowing the store. She is Truly awesome and I cannot express enough how helpful she was. She knew more than I'll ever know about the Tagawa Garden. The atmosphere of this place is another conversation for another experience. I can say this..... this place is irreplaceable.

    Special thanks to Ms. Jen!!!!!
    She wears the coolest glasses.

Tarawa is a great place to go for selection and advice. If you're not sure what need there's always someone to assist. Many employees have been there for many years. A tribute to the company and ownership, especially in these unusual days. Thanks Tagawa

I had a consultation with Ashley at Tawaga Gardens, and she was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, attentive, and genuinely willing to help. I shared my concerns about improving curb appeal, and Ashley really listened to my needs. She offered thoughtful suggestions and even took the time to explain how to care for perennials during the off-season—something I had no idea about. I highly recommend booking an appointment with her if you’re looking for expert advice and a friendly experience!

Fantastic garden center with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great experience getting a few things for the yard. There is even a little coffee place inside and a store where you can pick up some local foodstuffs.

My wife loves this nursery and loves making the trek from Boulder to Parker especially to go and shop for her plants . Today was exceptional as I accompanied her and can see why she loves this beautiful garden store . It was more than I imagined and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a great chat with Mr Robert as he came along to help us with the purchase of a particular chilli plant I was looking for . He was very enthusiastic about what he did and was such a great representative for the company. I always like to acknowledge nice people like Mr Robert . A story behind the people that we come across on a daily basis and he certainly had one tell . Makes the experience of shopping a very special touch .
Thank you again Mr Robert and we loved your suggestion the Joshi’s

5 star service every time! Not your run of the mill box store nursey. You can find a large variety of house plants, exotics, bedding plants, pots to plant in, seed varieties, a great gift area, etc.... You will never leave disappointed. They will help you bring your garden or patio design to life! Plus The Grey Nursery Cat!!!!

This place has an awesome lay out and location. The staff are super friendly, and ready to help you find the right product. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for. And they have way more options than their competitors.

Horrible customer service experience. I bought my husband an olive tree in June for Father's Day (as a tribute to my daughter born earlier in the year and we named Olive). I knew the tree was dried out when I purchased it, but I didn't realize the extent never owning this type of tree before. I put a LOT of time and care into trying to get the tree back into good condition, including a lot of reading on the topic. After a few months of being unable to revive the tree, I threw in the towel and took it back to Tagawa Gardens. I presented the store with my receipt (which I held on to because, as I said, the tree was dry when I purchased it and knew from early on there may be a problem) and was told this is a "house plant" and the return needed to happen within 45 days of purchase. However, even on the receipt itself, it clearly states that trees can be returned within 1 year for store credit. I asked to speak with the manager, who on inspection of the tree broke off multiple branches. She told me she would offer 25% off a new purchase. I told her that was unacceptable, especially since she had broken off pieces of the tree. She then proceeds to break off several more pieces off the tree. I told her again that wasn't OK, that this is my property and if the store wasn't going to take the tree back she shouldn't be breaking pieces off. She only said she had to be "fair" to other customers and would offer the 25% off a new purchase. I asked to speak to the other store manager, who justified her breaking off the 10+ branches to see if the tree was "viable".

I can't describe the whole experience as anything other than disgusting. I tried to show my good faith to the store by not rushing back the second I knew there was a problem with the tree. I expected Tagawa Gardens to show some good faith as well, or at the very least, honor the policy they have WRITTEN on their receipt. I really wanted this tree to work out, especially given the sentimental value it held. But, if I had taken the tree home, never watered or cared for it, but returned it during the 45 day "house plant" return window, that would have been ok???

All I can say is thank goodness for credit card disputes. I submitted my documentation to my credit card company and have been credited the purchase price.

    Shame on you Tagawa Gardens!
