Overall wonderful experience. Scheduling with Mrs. Trish was a breeze and super easy. The worker that came out to our house was the true definition of professionalism. Otis was very kind and courteous around my family. He made sure to communicate whatever he was doing and left the house as clean as he found it. You wouldn’t even know he was here. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking.

We had a new furnace installed today by Manuel and Ernest. Five stars does not do them justice. They diagnosed the problem quickly the previous day, brought space heaters to ensure our family was warm through the night. Today around 10 am they arrived at our residence to install a new furnace. Both workers were polite, went right to work, and the job was finished in about 1 hour. The old furnace was removed and taken away, the-area was cleaned up. They went over all the details with me and made sure I understood. They were knowledgeable and took pride in their work. Hands down if you are in need of HVAC help look no further. Thank you both

After having multiple issues with our heat and having the techs on Fort Carson try to fix it, we once again had issues. Fort Carson sent us CO Water & Mold Restoration, and we are so grateful for them! They first sent Ernest who let us know our entire furnace would need replaced. Due to the impending cold and snow, he made sure we were a priority. Within less than 48 hours, Mike and his team were out to replace our furnace. They arrived promptly and were incredibly kind and respectful. They finished early and gave a thorough explanation of the work they had done. When we told them we were experiencing heat displacement, they took extra time to make sure our airflow was even. We sincerely appreciate the work they did.

Super kind people and did amazing work at our house! We had to get our heater replaced and they were very quick to come and do it. They came after hours to check on it and when they said it needed to be replaced they left us with heaters while we waited for them to come the next day. Amazing service and they made sure we wouldn’t suffer with the cold weather at all. My husband and I were so happy about how quick they got everything done. They are great people and we would definitely call them for any other problems in a heart beat!

I would HIGHLY recommend this company for water damage/mold remediation services. We recently hired them to complete work on our basement and I was extremely impressed with them. They did an exceptional job from initial estimate through work completion. I would highly recommend getting Tricia as the Project Coordinator if you can, and Jay as the work foreman. We also had a great experience with Jason working with Jay. Tricia had outstanding communication throughout the whole process, helped with the insurance process, and treated the project as if it was her own. They got us on the schedule quickly and completed work just as fast. They gave me peace of mind that our basement was mold-free and the water damage rectified. Their price was fair and the work thorough. They offer a ton of services and after this experience, Tricia would be my first call for any other project work I would need.
As a homeowner, there are so many choices for project work that get the job done but don't break the bank. The people at Colorado Water and Mold are awesome. I hope this review helps someone else when they are needing work done quickly and in a world where we are quick to criticize what isn't done well, this company is a true example of amazing people doing work they are good at.

I called for help after a home inspection prior to selling. Shane had to do some searching, but found where the mold was located. I gave the go-ahead and he started mitigation same day, as we were on a timeline to close. Shane went above and beyond to answer some regional code questions regarding additional work that didn’t need to be done. His team was professional, thorough, and did great cleaning up when done. Passed next inspection with flying colors! Highly recommend.

I just finished writing A review but it looks like it did not post and I am so impressed with CO Water & Mold Restoration. I wanted to make sure that I did get a review in! From start to finish Shane & crew came out quickly to access our leak. The crew worked carefully and quickly to fix the leak
& repair the drywall. Attention to detail was taken to include photos along the way of work done.

Colorado Water and Mold showed up within an hour of being called. I had a pipe break on my pre-filter that left water on the kitchen floor, ruining the kitchen cabinets with water finding its lowest destination to my downstairs ceiling and stair walls and into a storage area. I had to have portions of the walls and ceiling cut out along with a two foot flood cut in my kitchen and laundry room. Colorado Water and Mold did the mitigation and rebuild for my project. Colorado Water and Mold completed the final punch list on my project to a 5 star satisfaction. Colorado Water and Mold has some very talented workers who will complete the job to your highest expectations. I can’t remember all the names but Shane and Jay did not leave until I was fully satisfied. Thank you Colorado Water and Mold for helping me through this crisis.

I can’t even begin to explain how wonderful we were treated as customers. AND they did an amazing job repairing our leaky shower/ damaged drywall. 100% satisfied. What I loved most, was in our first initial inspection, they actually tested and figured out what was going wrong with our shower and where it was leaking from. Most places would say “oh yah we will learn more if we open up the wall and take a look”. NOT THESE GUYS!! They brought their whole crew to our house plumbers and restorationist and worked together. I want to give a huge shout out to Tessa for literally answering every single one of my phone calls and communicating with me the whole time. Ray the plumber for bringing our shower up to code and replacing all the plumbing in just a day! Ray is also one of the most respectful people I have ever met. Jeff and Kevin the restorationist team for repairing our dry wall and installing an entire new shower enclosure in under 2 days! Jeff and Kevin also gave us great home DIY tips for the future & they are very knowledgeable! We were given 2 quotes to choose from which was helpful. We just felt really cared for as people and home owners and everything was fixed in a timely manner. We will be calling you guys again in the future for sure.

Manny, Scotty, and Mike from Colorado Water & Mold Restoration are absolute pros! They came out to fix not one, but TWO major issues at my place - my furnace and water heater, plus repaired damaged flooring. Their service was top-notch, and they were very courteous and reliable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them for any restoration or repair needs. Five stars isn't enough - they'd get a million stars from me if I could! Thanks, guys, for saving the day (and my sanity)!"

After very unprofessional service and failure to show up when scheduled and failure to conduct moisture readings, GM Jim promised a $575 credit to our account by that afternoon. Instead of receiving a credit, I received repeated calls from other people that each claimed to be a regional manager (so much for truly hiring a locally based and owned company as advertised!). Why is it that a General Manager cannot complete basic tasks and fulfill his promises to the customer when he was onsite, knows the service (non) delivery issues and made the commitment? Credit never came. We now have had to file a dispute claim with Visa to collect the promised $575 for service delivery failure, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for deceptive business practice, and may need to pursue small claims court to get the promised credit.

This company is terribly unprofessional, completely unclear who owns and operates the business, appears to falsely advertise its longevity and local ownership, and fails to fulfill its commitments. But perhaps the worst is how badly they waste the customers time with utterly no respect for a homeowner’s time or property. Beware!

Mike, Ernest, Manny,and Cristo, did an amazing job! To start they called to let me know about their arrival time. They also reminded me about the dog. They were respectful of my home and the floors. They work well together and were respectful of each other. Overall the work was done quickly and efficiently even with them having such a small workspace. My overall problem was sorted out within an hour as promised. If I need someone to come out I'm requesting them.
