Manny and Scottie did an excellent job with getting our AC up and running. They were quick and corrected the previous vendors job.

Manuel and Ernest spearheaded a full furnace replacement and did it in a timely and professional manner. They did a great job, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for hvac/water/mold services.

We had some mold growing under our tiles in our bathroom. Thomas and Maria showed up and got the job done. They both were very friendly and hardworking. Great company with Awesome workers. Thanks again Thomas and Maria.

Would highly recommend Jay. He came and fixed the dry wall in our downstairs bathroom. He was very friendly and cleaned up after himself. He did a great job!

I just want to say Manny and Scott came to replace our unit and they were absolutely AMAZING!! I 100% recommend them. They were fast and everything was done properly. Words can’t express how thankful I am of them.

When I had a dishwater leak which resulted in my hard wood floors buckling, I immediately called CW&MR. They came out immediately and started the drying out process they use to fix the problem. Shane and his guys were great to work with and kept me informed along the way as to how things were progressing. Someone came out each day to check the progress which took about a week. The buckled floors are dried out and flat again like new. I definitely recommend this business.

Manuel and Scottie were amazing with replacing my furnace. Now my house is warm and ready for the Colorado winter. I asked them to wear the shoe covers and they did with no issues and cleaned up all the dust from the old furnace. I highly recommend them.

They're a fairly small crew, but that doesn't stop them from putting in damn good work. They work quickly and efficiently both individually and as a team to solve any issue that may arise. Even with the contracting organization being terrible with upkeeping their own housing units, CWMR made it work best as they could and kept me updated through the whole process(which is more than Balfour/Beatty can say.)

They did a wonderful job installing the new furnace. We have been without heat and ac for two weeks. Mike and Scotty were such a big help.

I would like to give an absolute shoutout to the plumbers through Colorado Water & Mold Restoration. We have had substantial plumbing issues at our home, that seemed to at one point to never end. The plumbers Marco, Rey, Joe are the top of the line. They have been nothing but professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, with top notch quality. Their communication has been nothing but a relief, Mrs. Trish on top of the plumbers have always been great on communicating as quick as possible. They answer questions and concerns with full transparency and always make sure to work with you in any way that they can. Every time they are on a job they always make sure the area is safe and clean and as if they were never there. Every job that they’ve had to do on our home has turned out better than expected. Professional quality at the top. With everything else they’re incredibly respectful of property and personal belongings!

If we could leave 100 stars we would. The only people i will ever trust with my HVAC system again. Mike and Scotty were absolutely freaking amazing, They were so prompt, kind, efficient, clean, and professional. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Hire them, just do it, you wont be disappointed.

We had an excellent experience. Jay was able to knock out all of the repairs in one day. Our housing office said it would take all week and he got it done real quick with great results.
