Bryan has been head of restoration after finding mold in my kids bedroom in our apartment. He has been communicative, explains everything I need to know about the process in full and easy to understand explanations down to showing the types of products they use for peace of mind with kids in the house, He has been kind and all around great for a tough job. His team has been diligent at keeping everything clean for moving everything in and out and amazingly respectful. Our project is almost done and I can't express enough how grateful I am for Bryan and his work to get our kids room back to a safe clean environment.

Victor handled the drywall and framing for our house addition. He did so in a very professional manner. Our house had dormers with many angles, all lines and cuts were nicely completed.
We had him also tape and texture, which was also completed quickly. Overall very satisfied with work that was completed. The construction of the addition was amazingly fast and followed blueprints perfectly and was accurately built. With limited nice weather was amazing could be done and in enclosed in 3 days. Unlike other contractors we have used, he always showed up for the work as he said he would. And came continually until job was completed not breaking off to do other jobs. -
Normal/average experience shopping here. Not enough staff around when you need a question answered, but when you find someone they are friendly and knowledgeable. The store is as clean as it gets for a Home Depot. Can’t go wrong here for any hardware or home improvement needs.

I wanted 3 plants from outside garden area. The lady letting people into the store said go to exit & see if they will let you go straight to cashier. The exit door guy said I had to wait in the 20 min line to enter then go to cashier. I left my plants with him at the exit.

Both Nick Z. and Monica were absolutely fantastic in assisting me today. Nick was persistent in helping me find what I needed to update my bathroom. Monica was incredibly knowledgible in helping me find what I needed to resurface my bathroom counter tops. Both came together as a team and made the experiance very pleasant. I am a complete beginner when it come to these DIY projects and when I decide to redue my floors, my kitchen, my other bathrooms, I will be seeking out these two again for there assistance. You've earned my business from here on out!
Thank you both very much and I look forward to working with you again.

i ordered items for pick up then they canceled my order because they forgot to check the items were still in stock! now it’s going to take a week if not longer to get my refund of 100 dollars…poor service and poor customer service

DO NOT trust them with your carpet install. Their installer walked off the job because he saw dog urine on my Dad's carpet. (He was on the phone the entire time, fighting with his girlfriend. He only cared about going home). He asked my DISABLED father to help with the tear out, to remove his own vents and doors. THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN!!!! Home depot then had to reschedule due to their installer walking out, leaving my father's house with exposed tack strip throughout FOR TWO WEEKS. Not only are his three pets at risk for damage to their paws, but my daughter cannot visit her grandfather at his home for two weeks. She doesn't understand why she can't go see him. I called corporate and all they care about is that the install is scheduled. They do shoddy work and DO NOT care about customers. All they care about is the bottom line.

It takes alot for me to give a poor rating, so know when I say that the rental department needs a lot of work, I mean it. I’ve rented tools or equipment from this location several times and each time I have had an hour of my time, after I’ve made payment, wasted due to disorganization and lack of professionalism in this department. This ranges from not knowing where keys to equipment are, giving paperwork on the wrong equipment, and forgetting to unlock equipment or give all of the equipments necessary prices. Although I’ve come to this location several times because it was the closest one to the job site, it will save me time to drive further in rent from a more organized location.

I have an old furnace that had asbestos wrapped ductwork.
Peak Home Performance came out through Home Depots HVAC program. When their lead engineer came out to help their sales rep give me a quote I informed them of the asbestos and he also acknowledged this fact. They still quoted me removal of the ductwork. I would later find out that no HVAC company is certified to handle asbestos.
The day came and their employees started cutting into the asbestos wrap. I realized there was no way they could have set up containment that quickly and stopped their workers. I asked them if their boss told them it was asbestos. They said "no."
After calling their boss he told them to just "spray" it with water. But I told them they cannot continue.
The company essentially told me "Tough luck" even though they had a spiel about making it right if they damage your home. Well I had 7,000 dollars worth of damage that needed abatement.
The company left their furnace and all the gear at my house for 38 days getting free storage. It wasn't until I sent official mail that they finally tried to contact me to retrieve their potentially contaminated equipment. They had the nerve to send one guy to grab the gear. I had to help the poor guy get it out of my basement because I felt bad for him. Same guy that got blasted by aspestos dust. Seems like a great employer (sarcasm)
Repeated attempts to speak to their general manager have failed. The guy who answered the phone assures me they will call me but haven't gotten a call. Same goes for the complaint department at home Depot. They said I'd be contacted and still have not.
This company goes through checklists of their "promises" but they don't honor them. Beware their shady practices.
Another note they told me they could continue the work by spraying it. This would have been a major violation of CDPHE and OSHA. Lucky for them I didn't allow them because they would have been in trouble. I have a recording of them saying that.
Bottom line. Beware contracting through home Depot. They don't hold their affiliates accountable.
