Kurt and his son came to our home and replaced a tub with a very attractive walk in shower. They did the job in one day as promised. Looks great. The problem is with followup! Water pools on the shower floor and does not dry out between showers. I am guessing it was not leveled properly. Also, some leakage between doors. I called Mellisa and she responded as usual. I waited and no one showed up to fix or discuss. I called several times and was totally ignored. I left messages etc. I got nothing! They were wonderful until I needed to speak about a coup,e of problems and then I was blown off. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Had work to replace 2 toilets and install a drip pan for our water heater. Very professional, and did a great job. They took a lot of care when working in our home. Will use again

This plumbing company is very professional Kurt the owner was on time and very proficient. He definitely knows what he’s doing.
His wife who does the billing she keeps you informed at all times of what’s going on with scheduling and then when the final inspection is happening

Friendly and professional service. Family-owned business that can do remodeling as well as plumbing install/repair. They were punctual and did good quality work at a fair price. The price estimated at the start of the project was the actual price charged, no extras. Overall, very happy with the results. They fixed a leak in our shower drain by replacing the drain and piping and they also stripped off the old silicone and resealed the entire shower area with new silicone. On the first visit, they came out right away and did a temporary repair to fix the leak. This cost $100. A week later, they came back and did a permanent fix which cost $500. Overall, they spent about 3 hours doing the work. This cost half as much as another bid I received. Good quality work, friendly service at a great price. Highly recommended!!!

This company is a true diamond-in-the-rough! From our first contact to project completion, Advanced Plumbing & Remodeling was a gem to work with. They excelled in every area of the project cycle. Melissa responded to our initial inquiry within hours, arrived at our home at the scheduled date/time to discuss our goals for a tub-to-shower conversion and presented options. She made several key recommendations that we hadn't thought of and never came across as pushy or trying to upsell. We received a detailed quote with a full breakdown of costs and options. We wanted to add a bathroom window along with the shower conversion and that was quoted out separately. We met with her again at the tile company to select the materials for the project. She demonstrated detailed knowledge of the various materials and provided key insights that guided our decisions. Getting to the project start date, she stayed in constant communication with us, which is one of the main components of excellent customer care. The project began on a Monday with Kurt, Will, and Jesse arriving at our door exactly on time. You couldn't ask for a finer group of workers. They demonstrated extreme technical competence, absolute professionalism, and a politeness that I've never seen in a work crew. They prepped the work area, kept everything as clean as possible, and built us a mind-blowing shower. The craftsmanship and pride in their work was on full display each and every hour they were at work on our project. From the first meeting with Melissa, I was impressed. Melissa helped with suggestions that best suited our needs such as grab bar placement, seats, and colors. On the installation day Kurt, Jerry, Will, Matt and Melissa arrived at the appointed time. They worked tirelessly all day and finished both showers in the stated time of one day. Everyone was polite, courteous and professional. They put up with my husband's teasing and talking. We are very impressed and highly recommend the services of Advanced Plumbing and Remodeling. I wish I had before and after pictures to share but I didn't think to take any before pictures. The walk-in showers are wonderful. Thank you to an awesome team.

I have been non stop raving about these guys to everyone I know. From the start they have been fast to respond, punctual, quick, efficient, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I needed a new tub, tiling, some drywall repair and texturing due to a leak in my old jetted tub. These amazing workers were able to complete it skillfully and stunningly in just TWO AND A HALF DAYS! I had been getting quotes from all over and Kurt, Melissa, and their crew were the only ones to not only find the tub I had been looking for, but at a reasonable price too! The other contractors I spoke to stated that I would have to find new tiles for my tub especially since my old broken tiles had a bullnose and some had mortar on them, but this crew was able to get trim instead of the bullnose and they were also able to reuse my old tiles. All of the crew were so nice, respectful, and fantastic to work with. They were very clean, making sure to tarp everything whilst doing drywall and paint, and even cleaning up all the dust afterwards. Since I didn't need the power outlet for the new tub from the old jetted tub, I suggested to Kurt to just cap it off but instead he came up with the amazing idea to put it over by my toilet for a bidet. I was gob-smacked at his quick thinking and innovation. Hopefully I won't need any more work anytime soon but if I do, this crew is the first and only on my call list!

Melissa and Kurt are absolutely wonderful to work with. Their entire crew are professional, courteous and talented. Kurt maintains a high standard for quality and is meticulous in his work. Melissia is extremely helpful in bringing your vision to life. She guides you as you create your design. Our master bath took only five days from start to finish. We have already planned to have the remaining bath and stairs remodeled.

I had a great experience with Kurt and his team, from the initial assessment of damage to final clean-up. Communication was great! I knew exactly what progress had been made, and what the next steps would be. They did a great job of giving me options and telling the pros and cons of each, as well as giving me time to make a decision.

This is the second property Melissa and Kurt have remodeled for me, including four bathrooms. They are now my go-to contractors, an easy decision. Truly professional. Detail-oriented. Excellent and easy communication throughout entire process. Expedient, but thorough. Pricing is competitive and reasonable. Afterwards, no mess is ever left behind. Melissa is not overbearing or pushy; she shares the correct amount of info and is smart. Kurt has a great work ethic. He is a problem-solver who, no doubt, can remodel any project.

My mom's bathroom remodel was a smooth operation from start to finish with Kurt & Melissa. From in home consultation, to proposal, to parts ordering, installation, entire process was professional, personable, reasonably priced, timely and executed competently with craftsmanship detail. They did find a surprise when removing the tub, but the issue was handled with ease which made us very happy that we had hired them for the bath to shower remodel. The resulting shower looks amazing compared to previous dated bath design plus has many built in mobility aides for my aging mom. This remodel is a key part of her being able to age in place at her condo. Much thanks for a great bathroom remodel & highly recommend this dynamic duo!

We could not be more pleased with the gym that Kurt and Melissa constructed in our new home. Importantly, they took great care to limit the amount of dust and debris generated by the work to the space under construction, ensuring that were able to continue using our finished basement comfortably while the project was ongoing. While their price was not the lowest bid we received, it was very reasonable, considering the quality and professionalism of the work and the personal touches that they provided.
