Called late at night with a massive back-up at my Vacation rental. They were at the property within 30 minutes. They made the process easy and stress free. Very professional!

They were knowledgeable and completely upfront about everything that we needed to do to get rid of the mold in my bathroom. Very professional and helpful through the entire process. If we are unfortunate yo need their services again, we will be fortunate to acquire their services again.

My basement had floored with all the recent rains. We called Derek and he was VERY quick to respond. He was extremely professional and polite and took great care of us and saved a TOTAL redo of my basement. Not sure what would have happened if he hadn’t been there as quickly as he was. I would call him in an instant without hesitation if needed again. You will not be sorry.

Highly recommend! Charlie was awesome to work with, he was very flexible with my work schedule and walked me through each step of the process after my home suffered water damage from faulty plumbing. In the chaos of dealing with the home warranty and homeowners insurance it was so relieving to have Charlie be so responsive, timely and knowledgeable; it was definitely one less thing to be worried about!

We had an unexpected leak behind our wall and found water leaked in and under the cabinets. we didn't know who to call and who could come out quick. The reviews were spot on about him and 5 stars. We called Derek of Action 911 and he was there that day to help us out. He was very calm and very professional. He walked us through the whole process and he helped us with our insurance. He handled the insurance which was a hugggge help especially if you never made a claim. He explained the whole process on how it will work and kept us very calm. He removed all the damage and he did the mold testing and water mitigation. He made sure that everything was clean and clear and ready to go. He was in contact with us and let us know everything along the way. His communication skills are excellent he's a terrific guy who has a great local company.
We highly recommend him if you find yourself in an unfortunate situation that needs water mitigation and mold. Absolutely don't hesitate and panic...just call Derek. He is five stars two thumbs up!

We had a wet attic full of condensation, moisture and mold. We had other companies tell us that it would probably be fine if we did nothing. We are so glad that we worked with Derek from Action 911 Restoration. Their team got the insulation removed, treated all of the mold and then sealed the whole attic with Killz to make it look and feel brand new again. They got the job done right and more were more affordable than other quotes we got. I would work with them again. Especially because they came back to take care of our requests, no questions asked. It's hard these days to get a company to come back after they have completed the job. See the before and after pictures that show the amazing improvement. Now we can put new, dry insulation in the attic.

My apartment had water damage due to a flood from the upstairs unit. Cristian and his crew did an exceptional job on the repair. Drywall removal, drying, new drywall, and the best texturing I have ever seen. Clean up was done so quickly. Cristian told us exactly when each stage would be completed. What a pleasure it was to have such professional workers on this job!

CDS has been hands down the most helpful restoration service company I've worked with. I used Bryan for hazmat clean up after we had a situation at my home. He was timely, friendly and very professional. He answered all my questions and was always available whenever I needed. 15/10 I continue to recommend.

I would highly recommend CDS and Bryan Jeffords for mitigation and restoration related to water damage. Bryan quickly responded and was on-site within 2 hours after notifying him that a pipe had burst. Using infrared thermography Bryan showed me exactly where the water had permeated the floor/walls and ceiling. He immediately placed commercial grade equipment to start extracting the water while drying/dehumidifying the structure.

Bryan oversaw the entire project himself. He doesn’t have multiple people managing the mitigation vs restoration process. He is very hands on visiting the site once, sometimes 1-3 times a day to ensure everything was completed to his satisfaction. He is also very thorough at explaining not only his companies restoration process but also what to expect as it relates to filing a claim and working with the insurance company.

Coming home form a vacation, I was greeted with a plumbing issue that resulted in a flooded basement, mold, and water damage. I called the owner, Bryon, super early in the morning. We own an older home and before beginning a renovation project we wanted to ensure we weren’t dealing with any harmful substances. A friend referred us to Bryan so we gave him a call. He came same day to our home to take samples and give us an estimate. He was professional and honest and took the time to explain all of our options. From what I understand, he deals with many big commercial restoration projects, yet was able to personally come and help the “little guy.” I will be calling him for any future projects.
