I was very pleased with my experience with Top Gun Restoration. The team was very professional and had a very positive attitude. I really appreciated the clear lines of communication. The workmanship was top notch and timely.

If you don’t pick them to do construction, they will purposefully neglect the mitigation process. It will derail the entire insurance claim like mine. They caused black mold which got exposed when a cabinet was actually pulled. This put my child in the Children’s Hospital fighting with her life with respiratory failure and hypoxia. They pulled zero flooring, cabinets, or walls with two floors flooded with standing water. They will then set their fans up so perfect so that it looks like it’s dried out. If you care about your family’s health and home, definitely stay clear from this CONstruction company.

We were very happy with the awesome renovation Damian and crew at Top Gun did on our main bedroom suite. Everyone was conscientious, friendly and very professional throughout the entire process. The work was of the highest quality, they quickly resolved any issues, and expertly adapted to our requested changes. As a result, we have already hired them for another renovation job.

Thank you for the excellent service, promptness and great attitude from all the workers. We really appreciate Top Gun and the way they handled our restoration cleaning procedure. The workers were at our home every day on time and worked to make sure everything was in perfect condition at the completion of the project.

Top Gun was an absolutely horrible experience and I strongly advise you seek another company for your work. We selected them for a home insurance repair due to a flooding pipe. The initial mitigation of our home went well, but it was all downhill from there. When spraying to cover up the water damage, they sprayed all over food, our exercise equipment and kitchen cabinets, with no effort to cover it up. They routinely told us the would return to complete work and then we would hear nothing for a week or more. The overall quality with the work was OK at some points, and the subcontractors we had in our home installing new flooring did a decent job. We ran into an issue with our flooring, and after 4 attempts on their end to fix it, in which they did nothing but send a different crew out to look at it, we finally had to tell our insurance we no longer wanted them in our home, leaving the project to be fixed by us instead. Their communication was awful, and if you get Bryce as your project manager ask for a new one. He was barely responsive, seemed to never have a clue what was going on, and constantly needed to be reminded of tasks to complete. At points he was even a little condescending. Most of the time, it took 3 to 4 phone calls to get anyone to respond back. They would always advise it was being worked on, but no results to show for it. Flooding in our kitchen took them 9 months to remove and replace flooring, and they didn't even finish the job. Like fools we asked them to repair some other floors in our home, and they over ordered flooring by almost 40 percent. All of that cost came out of my pocket and they pocketed the remaining. Our trim replacement was sloopy and left us with 3 different types. Even our insurance adjuster was unsure why they didn't do trim in some areas. If you like to babysit your contractor, this may be the company for you. Otherwise stay far away.

Couldn't have imagined a better experience with a team of professionals to restore my home after a fire. Communication and performance was excellent. Shout out to Tony the project manager who did an outstanding job.

I was very pleased with the work done by Top Gun.Our project manager was very attentive and responsive to our communication. Everyone who worked on our house was professional and made sure we were satisfied with the work that was done. They worked directly with our insurance company to make the process easier. It was so nice in the midst of our house being torn apart to have such a great company to work with.

Top Gun completed a roof replacement after the summer 24' hail storm really messed things up. The team was very courteous and helpful throughout the process.

From day one, everyone at Top Gun that we had contact with was very professional and yet very friendly and responsive to all our questions and requests. They kept us informed during the process and were totally on top of the entire situation.
Every contractor that they sent out to do the the various jobs that were required to restore the water damage and install the carpet were very professional, extremely friendly and accommodating. Even more importantly, each one did an excellent job! I would highly recommend each of them and will use them again if needed.

Top Gun was quick with their work. They were professional and on time. They went above and beyond with their service and we will be calling them back next time we need anything done. I don't review many companies but I have no problems reviewing great work and better service. Give them a try, you won't regret it!

This company was absolutely terrible to work with. While our direct project manager was nice along with a few of their direct employees, I have nothing but bad things to say about their contractors.
Firstly I want to note this is the company that was haired out by our insurance after a pipe busted in our basement.

This happened in July 2024. The first contractor did not come out to our home until OCTOBER! Our project wasn’t completed till the new year. I kept calling top gun asking why it was taking so long and they said that the company was already paid but backed up. This left our basement in shambles for months. Then we had drywallers and the same company come out for the texturing process. The drywall is bowed, texture has clear lines visible where they over sprayed and at one point we just said absolutely not and had them redo and rip out a few spots. The “professional” was even asking my husband for ideas on how to do certain areas cause he didn’t know how!
Next the painters came out to our home several times to redo areas cause it wasn’t done correctly the first time. There’s still spots in our basement that clearly only has one coat cause we can see the original texture underneath. They also left paint all over our bathroom floor and I had to tell Top Gun that this was unacceptable and to get someone out to clean it up.
Lastly, there was no cleanup. When carpet was replaced I was the one cleaning all the shedded carpet and I cleaned the bathroom.

I’ve worked with other companies in the past, even with insurance involved and I can say this process was an absolute NIGHTMARE. Top Gun’s employees were late causing me to constantly rearrange my schedule, making me cancel appointments and lose money for canceling them last minute.
We will never use this company again and I highly suggest others don’t either. I will also be making a complaint with my insurance company to get them off their list hopefully so no one else goes through this.

I was very happy how fast they came out when our basement flooded. But after that they placed 6 blowers in the basement and ran for 6 days. I tried talking to them as to why this was needed for so long. No one had an answer or call me back
Blowers were on top of carpet and I think it should have been under the carpet. Again no one explained. When the estimate came in, the carpet was ruined anyway! So now we have to replace it
Got my electric bill today and was shocked how much the electric was. Granted this was during really cold days. I am very unhappy with Top Gun, lack of communication etc
We still do not have anything fixed yet. I surev hope it gets done soon. After contacting Top Gun, project manager Justin took over and did an excellent job making sure everything got finished. All contractors were excellent and we were extremely happy with everything that was completed. Thank you Justin and Top Gun for stepping in and making sure the job was completed. We will use Top Gun again

I could not have asked for a more professional company and remodel than provided by Top Gun. The experience was everything I expected in hiring integrous contractors to complete a complex project in my home. Grab a beverage, snack and have a seat.

My water heater corroded causing a myriad of problems in my bathroom, laundry & family rooms. In the end, I decided to fully remodel the bath/laundry room (as they are one) and the damage to the family room floor. Built around 1971 when there were fewer codes from which to adhere, having the work done in home brought standards up to current code.

From the start, Top Gun staff, managers and workers have been professional, courteous, masters of their respective talents, good listeners to their client's needs, provided training and building suggestions when I asked their opinions. Clear communication, key in any field, has been abundant. This applies not only to Top Gun, but their collaborative contractors in demo, asbestos mitigation, electrical, plumbing, sheetrock repair, texturing/painting and tiling as well. When additional issues were discovered throughout the process, they were corrected, with or without my intervention. This is so unlike others' experiences where unexpected problems go ignored or covered up. Top Gun & partners' combined work speaks for itself in the attached pictures.

Where most people seem to dread remodels, I've truly enjoyed the process. Part of it is having a 10-year remodel dream realized. Another is re-engaging with professionals in their respective fields who enjoy sharing their exceptional talents with the public. I retired several years ago due to health problems which took my focus off the working world. Until this (forced) project, I didn't realize how much I missed working with them and deeply appreciate all the people met along the way.

We reach out to Top Gun Restoration for our kitchen remodel in February 2023 for a quote. We have the owners of the company and the project supervisor came to our home to get the quote for our kitchen remodel and discuss what we wanted our kitchen to look like.
Two weeks later, all three gentlemen’s visits our home again to finalize the materials for our kitchen cabinets and get all the measurements for the kitchen.
About two to three weeks later, the company main office call and told us that they set up few appointments for us to go pick the material for our countertops, the sink, faucet, and backsplash.
After the company received our kitchen cabinets from the manufacturer, they submitted to us the schedule of when they were going to start working on our kitchen. The kitchen renovation started on 16th May and completed on the 14th June.
We want to let you all know that all the sub-contractors personnel and Top Gun personnel working on our project were very professional and do their individual job very well. We want to mention how great a job Mr. Tony did as a project supervisor. Tony was supervising few other projects as the same time our project was being worked on. He also made sure that every little detail of our kitchen project was installed properly and that there was no defects. Also, the owners of Top Gun paid a visit to our home few weeks later to check out how great the job their company did for us. We wanted to thank you all for your attention to detail building our kitchen.

Upon learning that I had interior water damage to my home, I jumped into action and reported the initial damage to my insurance company, who recommended Top Gun for professional damage assessment and restoration. From that moment onward, Top Gun earned it's reputation with me as a professional, meticulous, and expert contractor with great customer service. All told, while Top Gun senior management continuously kept me abreast of all phases of the project (from comprehensive damage assessment, all the way to completion of the restoration), they also provided detailed information required by my insurance company, satisfying their requirements and proving to me that Top Gun was top-notch in employing state-of-art trade practices. The trades men and women that serviced the project (leak detection, asbestos testing, structural engineering, design framing, demolition mitigation, utilities (HVAC, electric, plumbing), carpentry, painting ... to name a few) were highly qualified and polite workers and were always under Top Gun's managerial supervision. This provided me a centralized source of information and made my family breathe a sign of relief that our project was in good hands. In the final analysis, Top Gun restored my house to its former glory and I am so very comfortable to unequivocally recommend them to anyone looking for restoration work!

Top Gun Restoration did a fantastic job. One of the bedrooms in the basement flooded due to the whole home humidifier leaking. They immediately came out, assess the damage, removed drywall and baseboards, And treated for mold remediation. A couple weeks later, they sent Ray to install the new drywall, baseboards, including painting the baseboards and painting two walls of the bedroom. Ray did an excellent job. He was very professional and completed the job in one day. He was kind, and kept me informed every step of the way, letting me know when he was leaving for lunch and that he would be back to complete the job the same day instead of in two days. You can’t even tell that the drywall was patched. Very happy with Ray and everyone involved.
