John responded to my request for help the following day. He always showed up when he said he would and he was truly meticulous in his quest to remove/kill all of the mold spores. I feel confident that my mold issues have been resolved. His price for doing the job was more than reasonable.

In my years of growing up I have ran two auto repair shops here in Colorado springs. And the biggest thing that I lived by when running those shops was customer service and quality of work. And when this company came out to my water damage they immediately showed those two qualities. They immediately started drying the water damage and taking care of everything.
As a complete stranger to Mr Mooney, he made me feel like family especially during a stressful time suffering water damage. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this company to anybody in Colorado.

If you have a mold issue, this is the company to call. We called several mitigation companies for their input on how we treat the unexpected mold found during our bathroom remodel and get a bid. Jon came to our home and gave us the most thorough mitigation plan of all the companies. Plus, his estimated cost for the mitigation was LESS than the others. Now that the mitigation work is done, the mold is gone, and we can move on with our remodel.

Jon Mooney was super helpful. I've already been dealing with mold toxicity, so when we found mold under our sink, I was devastated. I called him that afternoon and he was able to fit it in his schedule to come over that evening. He is very customer-centered, very friendly, and understanding!

We had our whole ventilation system cleaned out after we had our basement remodeled. There has also been a lot of construction with new build houses and buildings going on around our house for the past year. We had noticed a lot of dust and dirt build up in our vents and air returns, so we figured it was time to have them cleaned out. I was very impressed with how detailed and thorough this company was. I had such a great experience working with this team from the beginning to the end. My first interaction was with Kayla. I mentioned to her that I found a few spots of mold in the outside storage closet of my condo. I was more passive about it, but she took the time to explain that I should get it checked out right away and not wait. She had John call me and we set up a time immediately for him to come by. When John was here, he was very thorough checking my inside walls to make sure that the mold had not spread. He then guided me on what my next steps should be. His knowledge and professionalism is undeniable. I really appreciate the team's effort to keep my home safe for me and my family. I will definitely use them again!

We had a small water leak in our basement, affecting some carpet and one wall. Michelle answered the call to United Water Restoration, and Jonathan came out to set up the driers quickly. After the water issue was fixed, they also connected us to a carpet repair expert who repaired and re-installed the carpet.
We will definitely use them again--HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

Did a wonderful job getting all of the wood, drywall, water bottles soda cans, etc. left by the Saint Aubyn Homes builders. I highly recommend their service. One of our pipes in the basement busted because of the cold weather and leaked water down into the two bedrooms and bathroom downstairs. John and his team were fantastic from the start. Immediately responsive and reassuring that everything would be work out. He got fans out to our place on day 1. John and his team at United Water Restoration took care of everything, including drying mitigation, sending out stuff to storage, repairing, repainting, getting our stuff back in, and working with our insurance. They brought in the right people to do a great job. They were incredibly professional and kind, which made the whole process, which it didn’t last that long, a lot less stressful than it would have been otherwise. Michelle was also a pleasure to work with, she is a “jack of all trades” at the office, she also came to the house and paint, clean and help everyone restoring my place.
Our basement once all was said and done looked fresh and felt brand new. A really positive experience overall.

Amazing, quality work from Jon and his crew! My A/C installers contracted them for my duct cleaning and I couldn't be happier. Not only was the price reasonable, but they were prompt, so personable, and very professional. All my questions were answered with patience and I would highly recommend them!
