COS Cleaning did a deep clean of our public area floors. They were efficient, professional, cost-effective and through. We couldn't have been happier with the result.

Jose and his company are excellent in all phases of repair and cleaning of houses in preparation for sale. His work was an important factor in the rapid sale of our house.

COS Cleaning & Restoration provided superb service for a rental home of mine with relatively new carpets (3.5 yrs) showing high traffic wear. Great communication, on time with appointments, excellent care of the home with protective plastic laid down for equipment, and great results on both carpets AND upholstery. We had Juan redo our downstairs bathroom after we had some piping work done and he did an amazing job !!!!!! He put in new tile in our shower and shower handles and shower head . He also did the showers base improvements and put in lament flooring in the bathroom flooring area. He fixed areas around the bathroom walls and put new baseboards in too.

We had him also do our laundry room flooring and baseboards too.

It’s so nice how great the bathroom and flooring looks now.

We are thankful to him and all his hard work .

He cleaned carpets twice at previous home and did a fabulous job. I very rarely provide public posts but for COS I'm sharing because he was diligent, professional, timely, and accommodating to the situation. A guest had made a mess that a different company could not get out. COS worked to remove the stain and made called back a few days later to check on the stain. He left such a good impression that I contacted him again. Sometimes carpets are left wet and it takes days to dry. His technique was dry in a few hours. I was pleased and my landlord was pleased. He provides excellent customer service at a fair and reasonable price.

Jose and his crew members were great to work with. Don’t let their name fool you, they do so much more than just cleaning and restoration. They recommended some improvements on our project, and also ways to cut costs. They worked hard, provided quality workmanship, and when a problem arose they had solutions. I highly recommend them, and they will be replacing our roof soon.

They took great care in preparing the space, completed the job efficiently, and left everything spotless when they were done. Poor workmanship. Gives one price and then raises it. Does work without authorizing the work to be done. Damage done to flooring and shower pan.

Unreliable. How can you just take money and not have your crew show up? What company just changed PM in the middle of a job and not relay all the information for the job. Job was not complete. Horrible!!!

I was very impressed with Clean Masters, and my wife was even more impressed. And if she is impressed then that says a lot! To me, I was impressed with the communication. I knew exactly what time they were coming everyday. They talked to me at the end of the day on what was accomplished and what still needed to be done. They did such a great job drying my wood floors, drying the carpet, checking for mold and others that we went with the company to build back/renovate the areas damaged by water.

Outstanding people and very helpful

Fermin, the project manager for our backyard renovation was super friendly and helpful. He was very professional and got my opinion on multiple aspects of the project just to verify that they were doing exactly what I had in mind. The workers were crazy efficient, finishing in about 3 days when the estimate we had been given was 2-3 weeks of work. Highly recommended, would use Genesis Group again!
