UWRG really came through for our family when we needed it most. We had a water leak from our fridge that cause extensive damage to our kitchen and basement. We contacted UWRG and they immediately came out to help us. Our project manager Josh was amazing and always reachable whenever I had any questions or concerns. They made an extremely stressful project easier for us and we are very thankful for all their help.

Our business basement flooded on a weekend overnight. It was Sunday morning when I made the call and Jon was on site in 30 minutes. He had his machines in place for fast removal of all of the water. Once the water was removed he quickly went into the drying phase which saved the building from more damage and mold setting in. I am impressed by how he and his crew (Michelle, Chris, Jordan, Mike, & Richard!!!) took on this project and saw it all the way through step by step to the very end. Not only did Jon walk me through the process of restoring our building but he also handled all of the insurance parts. He was on site for the adjuster evaluation and dealt with ALL of the insurance company issues. Every email, text, call was answered or returned quickly. Michelle was key in dealing with the insurance company and getting materials. She made sure I had exactly what I wanted for this project. If I was not satisfied with how something went she made sure it was addressed and rectified quickly. I was asked for approvals on items to make sure it was how I wanted something done and was allowed to be involved in this project which was very valuable to me. They were all on time, professional, and respectful of me and the building. In short THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO!! And they did it well in an appropriate amount of time. It was a joy to work with this team and I would have them handle any future projects in our business or home.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in such a stressful and traumatic situation. Early Saturday morning, we woke up to over six inches of water in our basement—a homeowner’s nightmare. I woke Jordan by phone at 5:00 AM but he couldn’t have been nicer. By 8:00 AM, he and his team were already at our home, ready to help.

From start to finish, they were incredible. They kept us informed every step of the way, handled our property with great care, and worked with impressive speed. In just 3-4 days, our entire basement was dried out and gutted. They even helped us navigate the insurance process, ensuring we were supported throughout.

We had a couple of basement floods in our house due to old pipes going to the street. Michelle's team ran the repairs both times. The project management and work was excellent. Reliable communication and quality work. This team goes the extra mile. I was out of town during the repairs and this team kept me updated with calls, photos and texts. They looked after the house as well making sure doors were locked, heat and cameras on. It's tough to find trust out there but we found it with this group. They replaced carpet, dry wall, floor boards and paint. Cleaned existing carpet as well.

I would highly recommend c.o.s cleaning and restoration. I started off using there services when I moved into my new home to get the carpets cleaned. I chose him because he was one of the best priced in town. My carpets were disgusting from the previous tennits but Jose had them looking brand new.
Months later my basement flooded and Jose and his team were able to take care of everything, from new walls, flooring, and baseboards even a new vanity in the bathroom. It was a big project, but jose and his team were able to get it done in a timely manner. Jose and his team would come at unusual hours to fit into my schedule to ensure that the project was finished as quickly as possible. My basement is absolutely beautiful now. Every single person that was brought into my home to fix my basement was extremely professional and respectful.

I would recommend this company to absolutely anyone. From something simple like needing your carpets deep cleaned, to more complex projects involved plumbing and tearing out walls and floors, these are your guys. Honest, hardworking, respectful and extremely fair priced.

Great service, I placed my order for service a month in advance and never had issue confirming or anything for a timely service. Jose said the carpet looked "brand new" once he was done, I was a bit skeptical, however when I got home it really did, no stains, a uniformed clean, would definitely use his help again!

COS Cleaning did a spectacular job on installing our floating floors. Jose the owner worked with us, as we encountered unexpected issues with the concrete floors under the carpet. The price was right and his crew for the most part were excellent with their job skills!

We had major water leakage and damage that affected both stories of our house. Jose and his crew did an amazing job restoring each room. You’d never know anything ever happened! Everything actually looks better now than before. The carpet that was cleaned looks new. Jose is very professional and has a hard work ethic. He knows what he’s doing and made sure each area was 100% dried before moving on to phase two. He uses the right tools and has the right skills to get the job done correctly. I know that mold will not be an issue because he treated every square inch. He will answer all your questions and has good communication skills, including the timing of when he comes.
