As a contractor who does a lot of post construction cleaning, I have to say that Diane is an amazing person to work with!

I contracted with this company to build a patio enclosure on to the rear of my home. The project manager and the project superintendent were a dream team to work with. They handled everything, beginning to end, on my project with great skill and complete professionalism. They kept me well informed and came to my property frequently to inspect the work progress and ensure that the quality of the work met their high standards. The various trades that were brought on site were all very respectful of me and my property. They were mindful that they were working in an existing residential area, and they were very careful with parking, noise and keeping the area neat and clean.

It was a pleasure to work with the staff to get this enclosure built and I am thrilled with the final product. The patio enclosure is beautiful and exceeds what I had envisioned. It complements my house so well that it looks like it could have been part of the original construction of the home. They took great care to deliver a high-quality product. Additionally, the project was completed on time and under budget. I could not be more pleased.

Gary’s team did a great job with a master bath remodel, a laundry room remodel, and oversight for re-stucco’ing the house, and coordinating the replacement of all our windows and doors (31). Dave and Ralph (painting and carpentry) are masters of their craft, and if it can be done, they know how to do it, and done right. We are pleased with the work and how easy they are to work with. Accommodating, professional, and communicate quickly on any issues or opportunities. We would use them again if we had a project that warranted their services.

We were honestly not even thinking about reskimming our home’s stucco exterior; we knew we needed a few repairs, but certainly didn’t plan to do the entire exterior. Edgar and his crew from Pikes Peak Construction, LLC were working next door and we could see how hard his crew worked and how well organized they were. We began talking with Edgar and were sufficiently impressed we asked for a bid on both repairs and the entire house. Edgar convinced us the best and most cost effective approach would be to do the whole exterior. His bid was reasonable, given the work involved, and they began work on our house very quickly. We are so impressed with everyone in the company. They all work as a team and help one another out. Everyone from the owner of the company on down makes certain that every detail has been completed to perfection. We are thrilled they did our house!

The owner said he doesn't want my business, he said that he is not interested in any new business and said if you don't like it give me a bad review. I said ok

I was calling around to compare estimates and I found a business that had good reviews and a great estimate, so I went with them and let everyone else, including D&D to tell them the amount of my estimate and let them know if it’s not less than my current estimate that I was going with the best one and D&D text me back accusing me of lying about being lower than their estimate and ask me to send PROOF! I’ve never been accused of lying when all im trying to do is save money because I live on a limited income as I am disabled. I had to share because it was shocking to be accused of lying from a person i dont even know, let alone a business. Of course i blocked them after I sent the proof!

David provided an affordable quote to remove the popcorn ceiling and repair 46 holes in our drywall due to a repipe. Professional and prompt work. We lived in the basement while they worked upstairs so we still had to use the kitchen and they worked around that. The dust was next world though. They cleaned up as much as possible but we still had dust everywhere from the drywall. We hope they will come and finish removing the popcorn from the basement when our budget allows.

This is our second time working with D&D construction & renovation LLC and I will always hire them for all future dry wall projects. They are very kind, communicative, thoughtful, and reasonably priced.

Our first project was complex and the result exceeded what I expected. Our second project was smaller but the precision and quality work is outstanding.

They showed up on time everyday, they cleaned up after themselves, the walls look flawless, I highly recommend this company.
