The epitome of great customer service and quality work, the Krueger Brothers Construction Team has served above and beyond since our first meeting. After reaching out to different companies for quotes for a covered deck, the most comfortable choice was contracting Krueger Brothers and it has been better than expected.

The process from start to finish was well communicated to us. Each team member was thoughtful and respectful in acquainting us with products and choices for our project as well as answering questions and concerns along the way. All meetings, material deliveries, construction dates were given in advance and with timely updates. Weather is a normal part of the safe construction equation and it was appreciated that we received updates around the snow, hail, wind. They must have a meteorologist on staff because their timing around the weather was pretty amazing—schedule adjusted seamlessly.

During construction time, the team showed cohesiveness and strong work ethic. Each individual on our job – Ronnie, Ricky, Austin, Aaron, Scott was amazing and I witnessed every day acts of construction kindness as extra details were paid attention to. Every single day I noticed an above and beyond moment. On a five-star rating scale, I’ll give these guys a ten for super-star craftsmanship, respect for the customers, best communication/responses ever. Thank you!

PS We moved to our home recently. In our last home, we had multiple projects over the years—two bathrooms, a large pool deck, cellar renovation, kitchen reno and family room remodel. We worked with five different construction teams over the years and I would definitely rate Scott, Ronnie, Ricky, Austin, Aaron with Krueger Brothers at the top. Keep it up, Team!

JR, Max, and Josh are super in their work for repairing our windows! They are polite and careful about their work. Their painting work is excellent. They clean up the carpet well. They even listen to our consideration and ideas of putting up owning with remaining meta roof panels to protect the hail damage. Jon is also super and responsive in handling our contract!! With this kind effort and quality work, we will go with Krueger brother with all our needs in the future!

We finally got our new deck! Danielle convinced us to go with Krueger Brothers even though they were more expensive than the other quotes we got. She even made some great suggestions, such as eliminating the step out of the house and making the deck level with the patio door. They got stalled when the city made me get a zoning variance, but they handled all the paper work for me and finally got going. It was amazing how many people were involved, but they were very well coordinated and I ended up with a very beautiful and well built deck. They left no trash and didn't damage anything.

My wife and I are very pleased with their work and the fact that they quickly answered all texts and phone calls.

I would like to thank Danielle, Josh, Fabian, Jason, Chase, Nick, Candelario, James, Richard, Semaj, Keri, John Strong, Aaron Rodgers(it was the off season for him), and others whose names I didn't get.

I have worked with Krueger Brothers Construction on many projects. Their teams are professional, the work sites are organized and clean, and I am impressed with their work every time. From exterior remodeling projects for entire town homes complexes, to a remodel of a hotel, to deck replacement in homes--Krueger Brothers work is fantastic regardless of the size of project.

Everyone I have worked with has been respectful and care about getting the best result with least disruption for their customers. Keri, Tex, and Jeremy are a few examples of their staff that are great people to work with.

Krueger Brothers replaced 10 windows and added vinyl siding and gutters to my home. Mike K. visited, got details about what I wanted and then came back a few days later with their bid, which was far more competitive than the others I got. The professionalism of the presentation far outweighed the others as well. Fast forward several months (due to issues with getting materials) and my project turned out great. Grace in the office was always so pleasant when contacting me with schedule updates. The window crew of Joe, Semaj, and Max did a fine, neat job and worked very quickly. Joe even rehung my blinds for me when the windows were done. The siding guys were so good. The lead guy, Jose, went above and beyond, and the other two, another Jose and Saul, were great at their jobs. Their attention to detail on every trim piece is very noticeable. Also, listening to Saul whistle while he worked made me happy!
Other than needing a little more communication than I got from my project manager, everything was great! My house is beautiful.

Additional Comments: The trim around my tongue and groove deck ceiling began to separate approximately one year after my deck was completed. I contacted Krueger Brothers and they scheduled an immediate inspection. James arrived on time, assessed the situation, and fixed the problem in less than an hour at no charge. He was pleasant and professional throughout. Thanks James and Krueger Brothers!

Original Post: Working with Krueger Brothers was a very positive experience from beginning to end. They collaborated with us on the front end to design a deck that met our needs and was within our budget. They then went the extra mile to obtain a variance from the city planning commission to enlarge our deck beyond existing limits. When constructing the deck, the crew was always professional, respectful, personable, responsive, and on time. My thanks to Mike Kinner for his design advice and Richard Shepard for his excellent project management. A special thanks to the construction crew (Joe, Wesley, and Ryan) for their quality work and commitment to excellence. Lastly, I want to thank the support staff (Amanda in Reception, Semaj in Design/Procurement, Miguel and Keri in Invoicing/Accounting) for their excellent work behind the scenes. Krueger Brothers Construction removed our old deck and installed a new one. The quality is remarkable and the workers, Mike, Jason, Ricky & Tex were superb. They were always on time and VERY professional. Each day they would clean up the area below the deck and make the site neat and tidy. Their workmanship was absolutely the best. All miter joints are perfect and the planks and joists are totally true. They made this job look like a work of art and they should be commended for the quality of work and the wonderful attitude they have. I looked forward to seeing them every day and watching in amazement how well they worked together and how beautiful our deck looks. A Rolls Royce of a deck job!!!! Awesome experience! Krueger Bros installed a sliding door for us and even though the shipment had been delayed multiple times, they were always very responsive and kept us up-to-date on the status of our project. They were always very professional, the build team was excellent! They got a 12ft door in so tight it only needed a single shim to level. We will definitely be contacting them for a quote when our porch needs to be rebuilt!

From the first interaction on the phone scheduling a meeting for an estimate, Krueger Brother's was far superior in their customer service and professionalism. Their office staff, salesman Mike, PM Brad and entire crew kept a constant flow of communication from estimate to project completion.

During the sales/estimating process, Mike was very transparent and passionate about the deck I had envisioned. Bringing samples, pictures of past projects and a very thorough estimate binder. WOW!

Mike sold me not only on their customer service, but also the available 0% financing for 12-months, which made the slightly higher cost over the next guy, a no brainer to sign with KB.

Brad was assigned as the PM and was very easy to text and get updates. Meeting with their materials purchaser prior to ordering the deck to confirm my design gave me confidence the deck was going to be built how I wanted it to look.

Once materials were in, the crew of Joe, Semaj, Tex and Trevor came out and went to work. They worked each day and around delays on permits to get the deck completed. At the final walk through, there were issues with quality of cuts and material left behind. After a short phone call and meeting at my house with Brad, the crew returned and made everything right.

The final product is beautiful. Truly a great upgrade and showcase to my backyard that will last. Krueger Brothers is more than just a contractor, they are white glove experience and I'll call them for other exterior work at my house.

The crew that tore down our old deck and replaced it with a new one were just excellent. They were all very capable and efficient. It was pleasure to have business with Krueger Brothers company. Ms. Danielle was very professional and work with ours budget and preferences. The building team; Tex, Aaron and Trent were very professional, respectful, and fast working. They answered any question I had and explained the whole process. They fix and addressed every interaction I noticed no matter how small or big it was. I am perfectionist and have very high standards. The team took it very respectfully and seriously to make sure I feel happy at the end of the project. They took a pride for work they did. I was very happy to have the business with the professionals like them.

Krueger Bros. replaced my original deck. From the initial sales contact with Curtis, design by Semaj, pre-built meeting with Richard, everything went great. This was a relatively small project, but Krueger Bros were all in and kept me well advised and updated. The crew of Tex, Trent, Aaron and Jon, did a great job and were not only timely, but worked full days and confirmed minor details during the both demo and build. Bonus was my dog met and liked them all.

Krueger Brothers is professional as to be expected, everything was permitted and inspected. They used excellent materials as selected during the sale and design process. Do not expect a cheap project. For what I experienced and received, it was however, within reason, and the results were excellent.

WOW – what an AMAZING job!

For nearly two years, my wife and I discussed an addition to our existing porch. We contacted three contractors for bids and each of them made to process seem very simple, and each claiming there was little preparation work to do, and that concrete could just be poured against the existing siding, stucco, and stone. With some knowledge of construction, I had some reservations about the proposed approaches, so I contacted an engineering firm who confirmed my suspicions and said that waterproof barriers and flashing need to be installed behind the siding and stone before any concrete was poured.

After gaining that key bit of knowledge and seeking out a quality contractor for another bid we received a recommendation from a friend who raved about the work that was done for them by Krueger Brothers Construction. We contacted them, and within a day Michael Krueger showed up and, without any prompting, provided a well described plan for the porch addition which included the waterproof barriers and needed flashing. I now knew I was working with a company that knew what they were doing.

A few days later we received a very competitive bid and committed to the project. I cannot say enough about Krueger Brothers Construction and their commitment to serve their clients. Michael communicated with us about each phase of the project - when their crews would be there, what to expect, etc. The project is amazing and looks like it was there when the house was built – no ugly seams and the stucco and stonework is flawless!

For those seeking a truly professional contractor and one who is committed to client service - I would strongly recommend Krueger Brother construction.

We met with Danielle, a representative with Krueger Brothers, who showed us options of new siding for our home. We decided on stucco and the process of setting up the time and plans went well.
The installers were very professional and efficient. They were respective of our property and when the job was completed, their clean up was great. We are very pleased with the looks of our home. We definitely recommend Krueger Brothers and hope to have them build a back deck for us sometime in the future.

Recently had Krueger Brothers replace four large windows in our living/dining area. We could not be happier with this project from start to finish. KB designed and built a deck cover for us. Every aspect of the project was challenging, but they overcame every issue (including satisfying CSFD/City on WUI and hillside ordinance). Caleb and Phil handled design and procurement. Jeremiah supervised a great crew (Aaron, Trent, Chase), and James did a masterful job on the few punch list items. We really enjoy our new deck cover and recommend KB without reservation!

The five men that took down the old deck and rebuild the new deck was the team of Fabian, Edwin, Candy, Cody and Brett. They did a wonderful job working together and I would hire them again! They always had a Good Morning greeting and were polite, happy and professional in their attitude and work. I was impressed that there was not any bad language or loud talk when working together. Fabian has a wonderful attitude, he is a good leader and gets the job done. I would hire Krueger Brothers again and recommend their company to others which I have already done.

Excellent work by the team (Aaron, Armond, Tex & Trent)! Very happy with our new deck. Materials and quality of work were top notch. Appreciate them working to preserve existing columns and rails from old deck - making the job a little more complicated. Crew is also doing a nice job cleaning up. Very excited to see fully finished product once stucco work is complete (this part to be done by sub). Neighbors have already asked for Krueger Brothers contact as they like the product and have been watching the process. Definitely recommend them and will use again in future for our other deck!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kruger Brother Construction on a project to install sliding patio doors. Chris, a member of their team, did an outstanding job. He and his crew installed the doors perfectly. Unfortunately, the subcontractor who handled the stucco repair after the door installation did not meet my expectations. However, Chris went above and beyond by petitioning the company to address the issue. Thanks to Chris’s exceptional management, the company covered the full cost of replacing the stucco wall. I am extremely satisfied with the service and dedication provided by Chris and Kruger Brother Construction.

Krueger Brothers completed a siding project for me over the summer. I am very happy with the experience, especially with communication and follow through. The sales team showed up when they said they would and answered all of my questions both in person and through email when needed. Chris, the project manager, communicated often and worked with me to make sure I was happy with the outcome of the projects at each step (siding, gutters, painting, light installation, and cedar accents). Chris also clarified details of the work before it began to make sure everyone was on the same page and handled minor inconveniences/changes that are inevitable with these types of projects to my satisfaction. I am very happy with how everything turned out and would use this company again for future projects.
