Great bunch of folks. I've worked with Dan and the gang for a number of years.

Worst experience we have ever had. Don' just walk away but RUN. This company has no ethics and their level of craftsmanship is very poor. Only gave them one star as it was required.

Every job that was done by this company around my house resulted in hours of cleanup by me due to poor employee cleanup/ethics.
Today they were working by my house again & threw a raw half eaten jalepeno over my fence so my dogs could get into it. When I complained to worker....he said I was " harassing " him???? Real upstanding people...NOT!

Very Happy we chose to hire S&R. The care given to my ideas and options to how we could achieve them was awesome. The timeline given when we worked out details took our family into consideration and tracked very well. As with any project, issues arise but the professionalism in how to handle each was stellar. I won't hesitate to hire them again

I've been working with S&R for the last 11months dealing with my hail damage claim. When you have their attention, they do a good job, such as my roof. I would happily give a higher rating, but the lack of communication and follow through with this company is very frustrating! Most of the workers do not speak English so correcting issues on the spot is extremely difficult, therefore you have to work directly with the owner who is so overwhelmed with work that he cannot complete projects in a timely manner. Therefore, projects drag on and on with little follow through and follow up. I cannot recommend this company even though I believe the owner wants to deliver quality service but is unable to do so. Also, be careful because S&R filed a certificate of completion with my insurance company even though there were still items to be fixed.

Roof workmanship great. A little trouble with communication. But once solved they were very willing to work out a reasonable payment plan for decking not covered by insurance

They did an incredible job restoring and expanding a 1950s bomb shelter on my property. This is my 2nd time hiring 1st Call and both times were very pleasant experiences. Very knowledgeable and willing to explain every step of the way.

I have had a wonderful experience with this company twice now. They are a family owned and operated business. I adored the previous owner and was so sad to hear he passed away recently. It was heartwarming to find out his family is continuing the good work. I would certainly recommend supporting this local business if you need any work done!

They handled my roof inspection, my insurance claim, and replaced my roof. Very thorough and the customer service I received was above and beyond what I have come to expect from contractors. Thanks guys.

Nice place easy to get into wish more stores around had to walk 4 miles to get something to drink use bathroom at least put portapot outside for drivers to use

I had two basement room ceilings insulated and my garage exterior walls/ceiling insulated. From the very fair bid (Kent) to the work crew, exceptional work and professionalism! And when I did have any question, it was addressed immediately! Definitely recommend!

Brandon and his crew showed up on time, did an excellent job, and were professional and friendly throughout the entire process. A July hailstorm destroyed 21 of our Pella windows in our foothills home which we built three decades ago.. My wife aand I chose Krueger Brothers for replaceement.. Despite subfreezing weather, the project went smoothly. Aaron was our Project Manager, and his team of Joe (foreman), Ryan, Andrew, and James were courteous, highly professional, and artisans in their work. It was fun working with them. They would be welcome in our home at any time in the future. My wife and I have contracted the remodel of two homes, built another, and finished-out a large professional office. Never before have we experienced such pleasure in a project. Every person with whom we have had contact with Krueger Brothers has been a delight, and the excellence of this company clearly originates with Michael and Matt, the owner-brothers. We are already contemplating future projects; there is no doubt that we will be working with Krueger Brothers Construction.
