Update: After my review I was contacted by this business. They were so apologectic to what happen and explained an issue they were having with a former employee not showing for appts. Not only did they come out and fix my system that day and make it right but offered free of charge for every thing that happen. I met Jay (an owner) and he was extremely nice, professional, and knowledgable. They worked so fast, answered all my questions, and diganosed and fixed my system so quickly. I HIGHLY recommend this business and will be having them come out every year to service my sprinkler system and blow out the lines for winter!

I can’t say enough bad! I made an appt for someone to come out and look at my system. Not only did they not show. I had to call the next day and she acted as if she couldn’t find my appt then found it and gave me some story about two trucks breaking down. Told me someone would be out in 24-48 hours. No one ever showed. I never heard from the again. I’ve called twice since then. Left messages. No one calls. No one shows up. Nothing. This place was recommended by my neighbor but I will never recommend them.

These guys are awesome! I have a home built in the 50s with an extremely old irrigation system. It hasn't been turned on in at least 15 years. They came out and had everything needed with them to patch holes in the lines, run new lines, replace capped off sprinkler heads, and repair and replace the solenoids. They're very professional and friendly, and willing to put in a lot of work to get your sprinkler system running right.

Set an appointment in mid June to service my sprinkler system. A date was agreed upon for the morning of 7/1/22, and John/Jeremy would be the service techs. On July 1st, I received no response from the company and called them at 11:45am to confirm the appointment. The female answering said she didn’t have an appointment for my address, and she could set a new appointment after July 4th. I was told that a new clerk started a couple weeks prior and the appointment by her apparently didn’t get made. I advised that I would find a different sprinkler company and do a review for lack of professionalism and the clerk started some attitude then hung up the phone.

I would rate this company A+ across the board. I recommend this company each time if someone was looking for a company that installed, and/or repair sprinkler systems. They are always on time, and have great employees. I also like that it's a local family owned company.

I have used Superior Systems in the past and found them to be punctual and professional. This time my sprinkler system startup appointment was missed and had to be rescheduled. The technicians who arrived (early) were very personable and efficient in getting the system started. However, one head that was leaking went unnoticed, which I reported the office. In response, a timely service call was scheduled and the head was replaced, as their services are warranted. I suspect these issues were a result of recovering from COVID lockdowns which have created "restart" issues for companies like Superior. In good conscious, I cannot hold this against them, but rated my experience as four, not five stars.

I had to leave a 1 star but I would leave a zero. The most un professional company I have ever dealt with. The receptionist interrupted me and talked over me and wouldn’t listen to my concern. She seamed overwhelmed and not able to handle a question in a professional manner. The work was sub par as well. Based on my experience with this company I Would not recommend them.

Easily the best irrigation company in town, and frankly one of the best small businesses. John and his crew are always friendly, prompt, and affordable. No issues with any of the work they've performed at our property. Will continue to support and recommend them.

My husband and I needed to have some sprinkler system repairs. My mom also needed to have repairs done at her home. The owners of Superior Systems were very knowledgeable and professional. They did a great job! Will definitely refer them to anyone we know that needs their sprinkler system serviced or repaired.

Could not be more pleased. Jeremy and Roy replaced 30 sprinkler heads and 3 sprinklers and tuned up the system so it's now doing its job. Scheduled for an hour they stayed two hours into lunchtime to complete the job. The price was reasonable. Superior Systems will be the first place I call for future work on the irrigation system.

Called the number to schedule an appointment on 5/1. Lady answered, told her I wanted to add an additional line/head. She scheduled me for about a week in advance for 5/13, figured that was great as most sprinkler companies were scheduling about a month out for this time of year. She confirmed over the phone that 2 guys with a fully equipped van would show up and that the work would be completed the day of the appointment. Said awesome. Well, was mowing my lawn Sunday (yesterday, 5/12) and I ran over a sprinkler head, figured no big deal, we’ll just have them replace it while they’re at it anyways the following day. Guy gets here today to talk with my wife. Said he can do the sprinkler head but it isn’t possible to do the additional line/head and was only here to do a quote on that, and was only here to replace the head. Weird, since you didn’t know about the broken head I had ran over since it just happened yesterday?? Guy clearly just didn’t want to do the work as he also quoted about $250-$300 higher than other quotes I had received for the project. Guy also said “be sure to schedule that appointment for the additional line/head asap as we’re super busy!” Odd, since you were only booked about a week out when others were booked a month or more out. Still charged the “visit fee” of $95, even though he was apparently here to only give us a “free” quote since he never had any intention of doing the originally requested work. Complete and utter waste of time and money

Superior Systems got my sprinkler system working like a charm. The south side of my front yard and part of the backyard had to be seeded. My lawn has grown into a beautiful lawn looking like it has been here for years. The person answering the phone does an amazing job scheduling. The workmen also show up when they say they are showing up. Great job Superior Systems team!

I have used Superior Systems for over 4 years now. They have a great team of professionals and have always done a great job with my irrigation system.

These guys are great! I had an issue with a tree needing to be replaced multiple times. Contacted Superior Systems and they knew exactly what to do. This tree has lasted longer than any of the previous ones and is super healthy. Very prompt scheduling and clear communication. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I have always had a wonderful shopping experience at Wal-mart.

We go to Walmart quite a bit and every time it is just great I mean it’s just a Walmart and it’s really fun to go to

I had a 30+ year old juniper. It was massive. The work was very professional and the clean up was great! Will definitely use them again if I need work done! Thank you AAAA Heathy Tree for being there for me!!

Their pricing is exceptional compared to other companies. Combining Elvis's experience and the cost, I give them five stars all the way.
