This was super awesome, im getting ready to have a baby and doing the yard got really hard, they took the time to do everything I asked for!!! They were nice and calm double checked with me it was awesome!!

They mowed my lawn one time & then after that, they stated they could not find anyone to mow my lawn. I gave them multiple chances before I cancelled. If you have problems or questions, there is no phone number to call. Emails are canned responses.

Even though we ended up going with a different company, LawnStater was easy to setup for day/time, their website and mobile app is user friendly, and their customer service is very friendly

Going on 2 weeks now with nobody showing up even tho they told me they would arrive Saturday and didn't, can't even get ahold of anybody in office. I do not recommend this company I will be going somewhere else

This is an excellent service, they've been servicing my lawn since 2020. The personnel are always friendly and complete professionals. Would highly recommend!

No show! I was given a sun up til sun down time frame and someone had to be here when they arrived. Completely ruined my day. My first and only experience with this company because this is extremely unprofessional.

Have weekly mowing service. Last week 1 solar lawn stake cut in half. Reported it. No mitigation. This week, 2 solar lights broken by his weed whacker. Left the back gate wide open on his way out. Time to find a new service.

Best part of the service is that it is set and forget. You don't have to be home, they come one of two days and your yard is just done. Really a great idea for those of us that can't stand doing yard work.
