KC has been cleaning our carpets for over 2 years now and I can’t find enough wonderful things to say about him. We have 3 pets and our dog loves to pee in specific areas. He’s quick to respond and make an appointment and does phenomenal work.

We had our carpets cleaned this last Sunday. Because the pet urine had soaked deep into the carpet, a faint cat-urine smell returned a couple of days later. As soon as we reached out, the technician came out the same day, no hassle and no pushback! He answered all our questions and completely got rid of the odor at no extra charge! Best carpet cleaning service around! We have had other carpet cleaners before and none of them have done a job like KC! Our carpets are white which is already a hassle to keep clean and with 4 kids, and one on the way, and two dogs! After KC was finished our home looked and smelled brand new!! If I could I would give 10 stars because of the amazing job, great communication, and wonderful customer service. KC, came to our house, he took the time to go through the house, find out what I wanted done and went above and beyond expectations. He was kind, generous and patient. He took his time and did the job correctly. He shampooed my basement carpet and stairs, cleaned and sealed the tile in all 3 of my bathrooms and cleaned and sealed the showers in 2 of my bathrooms. Not to mention the prices are amazing. It smells refreshing and clean and looks just as good. We highly recommend Pro Tech and we will be using them again.

I really appreciated how polite and respectful he was throughout the whole process.
