My family and I stayed at Jennifer’s air Bnb and after hearing Jennifer scream racial slurs at the co host of her place I figured the people who do business with her would like to know what kind of person she really is and not to mention the absolutely terrible job her company did at cleaning her own air Bnb it was out right disgusting

Would not recommend. Gave them a checklist through the Turno app and specifically requested they show up at 12 as we had guests arrive at 4 the proceeded to show up at 2:22 and didn’t leave till 4:22 we got no notification and I had to ask to even find out if they finished. Not only did we not get photos of the job they did but they did not bother to even change the bedsheets ad we found out today. Find yourself a cleaner that actually does what you request and not this bum company by the way they’ll charge you extra for needing to bring another person to clean the hour on time but won’t show up on time. We’re lucky we didn’t get a bad review. I’ve got better cleaning jobs from people that does this as a side job

WOW! Great business, the sweet lady that came out to clean my home did such a great job. She was communitive and so kind! She chatted with me a bit before she cleaned since I had a little bit of work to do and then after she was done the place looked new!! Will for sure return and have them come clean my home again!

I met with Jennifer regarding the possibility for her company to clean my Airbnb; I hired her because she was pleasant and easy to comminucate with and had some good reviews on Turnoverbnb. She worked for us for 5 months while we traveled and nice Parkhill home was lsited on Airbnb (we travel quite a bit and we’ve been airbnb hosts for many years). I should have read the reviews here on google before hiring her and I can say that like others on this platform the relationship cost me good reviews and a substantial amount of money. I’ve had to offer some guests money back (most recently $550 to an unhappy client that could have said some pretty horrible things about my property in a review) or in other cases people have just left demanding a full refund (that was a $3000 booking lost). In the worst of cases Jennifers cleaner put sheets on the bed that had visible pet hair. The sheets had been laundered “professionally” by her recommended service and then subsequently placed on the bed by her cleaner without regard to the large amounts of dog hair, so that’s literally two very uncaring people handling the practical aspects of my Airbnb Plus listing, people I should be able to trust. At first I thought it was just a matter of her not being able to motivate her people to do quality work but when Jennifer herself came to do a “deep clean” prior to our return home, it was clear that no one on this team has any idea of what it means to clean to the degree that there are no visible traces of the previous guests. At this time nor do I believe at any other time did anyone use the sweeper to clean the hardwood floor under the bed…that’s 5 months worth of dust bunnies plus an airline ticket stub and a dental flossing pick, thanks fully nothing too heinous. In my experience a guest does not want to enter a home that has the dirt or messes from the previous guest, it’s just creepy!

From start to finish, this cleaning service exceeded my expectations in every imaginable way! Jen is an absolute gem, and she did an amazing job cleaning my home! From the moment she arrived, I could tell that she was dedicated to providing the highest level of service possible. Every nook and cranny of my vacation home was meticulously polished to perfection, and she provided pictures at the end of the cleaning. What truly sets this cleaning service apart, however, is the extra mile she went in making thoughtful recommendations and providing a handyman and maintenance tips. It’s clear that she cared about the long-term well-being of my vacation home. I would highly recommend her services if you want someone who puts in the extra effort to care for your home.

Imperial Pressure Cleaning has done a few projects for me (no complaints). A very impressive project the completed was; tear up, re-pour and buff concrete at one of our communities entrance. Our entrances are the first impression and is very important to us that they are, attractive and shine. They did an excellent job. I will continue to use them wherever I can.

Bryan And His crew did an amazing job installing a Floor epoxy in my Garage, not only did they finish in a timely manner but also exceeded my expectations. Out of the 5 Contractors i called Bryan was the only one that answered the first call and only one to show the same day for a quote. Before the project was finished, i had also told him about giving the driveway and front porch a clean for another time. As the job finished he also took the time to take care of the pressure cleaning free of charge, now i have an awesome garage and a clean outdoor Space.

Our home was in need of a deep clean. Elsa and her team were fantastic! We have two dogs, so it’s hard to keep up with dusting and all the tiny areas that dog hair creeps into. But it felt like our home was sparkling after Elsa and her team finished!

We just moved into this home last summer and I don’t even think it was this clean on move-in day. We were truly impressed with the level of service and honestly, the ladies were so kind and personable! We have already asked Elsa to clean our home on a bi-weekly because it was just that good!

Elsa has been cleaning our home for the past 7 months and does such a great job. She is by far the most thorough person we have ever had. She communicates when she is on her way (which I appreciate), asks when I need something extra and sometimes just takes it upon herself to do extra things such as the windows, refrigerator, etc. I highly recommend her!
