Team Elyli provided exceptional service, completing a comprehensive house cleaning that exceeded expectations. The service included most areas, although the exterior windows and washer/dryer interiors were excluded. While I had hoped for complete appliance cleaning, the overall cleanliness of the house was outstanding. The team maintained excellent communication, providing timely arrival notifications the day prior and on the day of service. We got a Taskrabbit cleaner (a deep clean) a few weeks ago and we actually felt like we were taken advantage of — took almost 3 hours over estimate and it was not cleaned well, we were so disappointed. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS! The amount of harassment is unbelievable this business is still open. Automated text middle of the night and no one to answer the phone during normal hours. This place is a joke and I will be reporting their business strategy to the BBB and many more.
